I made a booking for shifting of my goods from Goregaon East (Mumbai) to Anand Nagar (Gwalior) .
First payment of advance booking was done on 12.08.2025 to

And the final payment was done on the same account.
There were 4 boxes of consignment and bike with helmet,
When the consignment reached at the destination i.e, Anand Nagar, Gwalior, on 28.08.2025 One of the boxes was torn and then packed with cellophane paper again and that box consist of my diecasts cars out of which few of my limeted edition cars were missing.
I informed Ranjit Singh about this and asked for the resolution, on the next day (29.08.2025) I got a mail that few and we will sent you the pictures of that for verification, but haven't received any update from them till now, when I call Ranjit Singh about update, he just say sir don't take tension I will pass you the pictures.
But there is no update and on 29.08.2025 when I received my bike my Studs thunder Helmet was also missing I again informed them about the same but received no update till now . I have sent them reminders mail many of the time but received no response .
They have also mentioned fake mail ID and page link on the their Bill, when we try to open the link it open to the original BHARAT PACKERS AND MOVERS .
The original company are also replied to me about the wrong practice.
They are fooling and fraud the people with such kind of practices.
