Hi, I had booked Bharat packers and movers ( they are A packers and movers), for shipment of good to USA via cargo, in Jan 2026, they picked up the goods from Mumbai ( candles and sweet boxes ordered fur a function ), they promised me to deliver it by Feb, then they said by March, but till now it has not reached at destination . Now the person is not picking up my calls.

I made a booking for shifting of my goods from Goregaon East (Mumbai) to Anand Nagar (Gwalior) .
First payment of advance booking was done on 12.08.2025 to

There were 4 boxes of consignment and bike with helmet,...

I booked this packers and movers to shift to thiruvallur from hyderabad. They came home inspected the things and took Rs.2000 as token amount. Then on 7th july 2021 the packed my things. They told me 25000 is the total amount but after taking all my things, they told me that i have to pay Rs.39134 which includes insurance charges and they did not share me the insurance copy. They just shared a invoice which is attached to this complain. I paid the complete amount in google pay. I have attached payment screenshot here. Then they delivered the things on 9th july 2021. But when i unpacked the things my LED TV was broken which cost 13000. attached tv bill also. My bike rear view mirror is broken, my steel almirah is bent and kitchen items are broken and they did worst packaging. I contacted the agency and told about the problem they told they will not pay for complete damage they will pay only 80% of TV repair amount. I asked them for insurance copy they are not sharing to me. And now they are not lifting my calls and not replying to my message. Since I am out of City I am not able to pay a visit to those people. I request the forum to please help me get the compensation amount for my damage and get refund of the insurance amount that they took from but never took the insurance.

I have taken the services of Bike transport from Pune to Nadiad on 12-Aug-2020. They sent a pickup guy to take my bike from my home in Pune. Paid Rs 400 for that as well.

Till date, I have not received my bike and everytime, they are giving different reasons. No stopped receiving my phone also.

Any help in resolving this issue is highly appreciated.

It is very worst company for items transport.. They were saying that they do deliver vehicle in 3 days from pune to banglore.. It is 10 th day.. We have not got our vehicle.. Saying some bakwas reason.. Person from bangalore krishna saying we will deliver day after tomorrow.. Person from puna rathod saying it will be delivered by tomorrow.. They are only fooling us.. Never go for bharat packers..

Moved my household items from dehradun to hyderabad.
* sent all boxes wet and untrained packers.
* promised 10 days to delivers but took more than 15 days.
* one kitchen box was missing, cost me 15000/-.
* got insurance from bharati aixs but no response from them.
* movers company owner mr. Sharmaji charged me 1000/- extra for extra boxes which i paid but after that talked very rude whenever i asked about my box or about my insurance claim amount.
* box cost me 15000/- but they mentioned i will get only 500/- or 1000/- because its not his company responsibility, if box items were jewelry or kitchen items. But after whenever i called them, they disconnected my call.
* i took his company service as they charged little less and based on hyderabad. But it was wrong decision.

I had booked a scooter to be transported from ahmedabad to mulund, mumbai on 16th feb 2018. Till date, as of 28th march 2018. It was supposed to be delivered within 3-4 days by 20th march. Yet till now 26th march i have not received the parcel. When i called them they are only telling lies all the time that they will deliver it by today or tomorrow.

Really really worst service dont ever try that no matter what they say dont belive they said bike will reach in 4 days but till 10 days they didnt even know where the bike is and never ever belivev home delivery they just say that our workers are no. i am talking about pune pimpri branch but doesnt matter never ever go for this movers and packers. Never!!!

I hired bharat packer and movers to shift from pune to bangalore. The sales person promised to take the money in two installments.
When the belongings were picked up they started asking for full payments, they also used abusive language against women.
We paid the full money as our whole belongings were there with them.At the time of delivery they again asked for money to deliver but we have already paid the whole money to them.
They said if no money is paid we will not give you your belongings. After all this we settled for 1000 additional money.
On opening the material many things were broken.

I will request all not to give business to these people.
