I am a woman doing a small scale business in Bangalore. I have a bharat pe merchant scanner, for the same I get payments at my store. I transferred 25000 rupees from Bharat Pe merchant account into my account on 22 December 2021, on Bharat pe it showed successful and money never came into my account. Then I contacted customer care and they lodged a complaint (complaint number, 6158789), I submitted my account statement as proof that money is not credited. Its been more than a week now, customer care has marked the complaint resolved and there is no trace of my money. Again if I call customer care they are asking for the proof again. Its horrible experience, its my hard earned money. Please stay away from such companies. I have seen plethora of such issues happening to the merchants. Was this information helpful? |
