Bharat swipe
Fake company dont trust i have used their swiping Mechine and still didnt get my money credited in my bank account worst customer care ever they dont even care abt issue they will say u will vet a call back from us but u will never get any call.. don’t believe this company it’s not trust worthy to give ur bank details and trust it with ur money..

I was a Bharat Pay swipe machine user.. The user ID is [protected] with the name POOJA GARMENTS an authorize clothing shop. The company asked me to get their swipe machine installed as by paying a sum of 5000 as a security deposit that would be refundable at the same day on returning back the machine.. But the company is doing a big fraud for selling their machines. The company has hired cheap salesperson they just manipulate providing wrong information for just sake of their commisions and are making frauds.. I have made a request of returning back the machine on 3 of april 2021, they asked me that to wait for 7 working days to get refund reflected in my bank account.. But it has been 11 days i haven't received any refund and on contacting to customer care they are just manipulating of transfering this case n all.. They are not providing the exact information about when the refund will be processed.. This is really very disappointing to know ..

Deducted Money yet not refunded
I am Sagar Nabojja. My money has been deducted from my account as on dated 5th feb 2021 of amount Rs. 20000 and Rs. 30000 respectively. I have contacted on your help support number but yet my issue has not been resolved. My total amount of Rs. 50000 has been deducted. It should have been resolved by 7 days from the day it has been deducted.
Please do the needful and check the account as soon as possible.

Swipe machine
I used swipe machine of Bharat pe but transcation is done on 29 dec 2020 after that I am not able to transfer that money to my account I connected to customer care but customer support team always said we will solve your issue within 24 hours it really panic.

Money not refunded for cancelled machine
I see the ad of bharat pe 0% fee on swiping and I have very small shop in society. So I thought to apply for machine and filled the details what asked after that payment page opened and they asking 5000 pay which was returnable so I ok with that and pay the amount which should be the last option but after payment one another page open for kyc and asking for gst number etc which I don't have. I called customer care same day and told everything and cancelled my machine and he promised to machine will be cancelled and money refunded within 3 to 4 days. But till today I called approx 5 times in customer care and they told only one thing that you will receive a call for cancellation with 24 hrs but I didn't receive any call from their customer care yet.

I paid 5000(five thousand ) to Bharat pe through UPI[protected] to bharatpe[protected]@yesbankltd on 11 August 2020 and when i ordered then my order was cancelled as non serviceable area then they give a text to me that your refund has given within 48 Hours but yet i complaint for this several time approx 20 times but they can'not refund my money and i also wait for it when they say please wait till 48 hours then also they close my issue without taking an action.
