My booking no is[protected]dated06of april 15.I have not got any cylinder since apr.6.Iregisterd compain several times but resut is cypher.My queries no's are 872340, 854349, 845814, 843202, 799371.Ihave been asked two times on phone about gas dilevry but action has been not taken against distributor.Today i have rebooked then knew about distributor clearedBooking upto august28-2015.My new booking no is[protected].

      Dear Sir/Madam, I have already submitted my documents regarding linking the Aadhaar card to your branch (Vandana bharat gas agency, Pimple Nilakh, Pune) 3 months ago. But still my subsidy not returned yet. I have checked online in your "Bharat gas site" its showing not linked yet. Have already linked my aadhaar card with the bank account. Even I have tried to re-link my aadhaar number online but your Distributer name which is "Vandana Bharat gas agency" is not coming in the list. And your agency address is very far from my address. It is not possible to come again and again to your agency. Also I want to change my current address.       I have resolved my problem. Please just remove my comment.
      I think this site is not useful for us.. as I just register the complaint within a minute i got a call from a person he told me that we will link your aadhaar card as well as change your address but you need to pay 10 rs. as a service-charge.. I told him ok..provide me the link where i have to pay he told me "No you have to give me your debit card number as well as cvv no. also provide me the OTP details once you get the OTP" this is such a non-sense thing i have ever heard how can i provide my confidential information to such a unknown person...this is totally un useful for me.. please dont give your confidential info to any of the unknown person...

        Dear Sir, Am sorry to hear and experience misbehavior and ridiculous service from your representative when I had visited your outlet at Seaport - Airport Rd, Thrikkakara, Kakkanad, Kerala 682021 to fill the diesel in my ford figo Car. Instead of Diesel, your representative had filled petrol in it and when I had complained to Manager in charge (Mr. Rakesh) regarding the issue, his simple answer was its normal here and we have several issues daily and no need to worry about. They had also appointed a service technician to clear these kind of issue. Do you think it’s a normal practice in the said pump? He even said the employee who had filled the petrol will pay for the entire cause. I never meant to take his salary from him for compensating the cause. As you are a reputed firm, I was very ashamed to experience unprofessional behaviour from your representatives. They even said to me that even in BENZ ad BMW it happens and no one had raised complaint and mine is just a Ford Figo. Is this a good dealer response? Do you think this can be tolerated? I expect a good response and best feedback from your side. As the issue has not resolved, I am forced to call out for police for settlement. Their commitment was they have one service technician he will do the needful. As am a customer my request was to take my vehicle to ford service centre and do the needful for me. After several discussion with police officers, they had agreed to pay me the pullover charge to the nearest ford service centre as I demanded. But I am the actual loser as I have to pay for the service cost at ford service centre, I have to pay the Cab fare from your outlet to my office and wasted my time for these issues. Which is not my concern even. Am attaching herewith the cab fee for your reference. I am requesting your favourable feedback to resolve the issue. Regards, SAJEER T S [protected]

          I registered for second cylinder in Dec 2014 through online. The status of the request is still 'Yet to be processed'. I have contacted Distributor and they insisted me to buy goods along with the second cylinder. So I am requesting you to consider my complaint and provide the steps to get second cylinder. I am not the only one worrying about this kind of dealing.Most of them.PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO VANISH THE CORRUPTION.

            I had booked my BP refill on 11/8/2015. I received the cylinder on the same day. Till date I have not received my subsidy for the same. I have regularly receiving the subsidy be fore this incedent I am a retired Person and a senior citizen too and required gas subsidy. Name : S.N.Dabholkar. My consumer no is 723. Dealer is Goa cooperative marketing federation Ponda, North Goa. Order no as per the BPCL portal 44172, Cash me memo as per the portal 43621, actual cash memo no as per the dealer is 244014. When contacted the dealerIi was told that bank has refused to credit the subsidy. when confirmed with bank, No such action has been done by my bank confirmed in writing with them. When lodged a complaint about the same on the web portal received a thanks giving letter saying that I have opted out of my subsidy and the same is allotted to one Mr kambli. I have not done any such act either online or by submitting the form to the dealership. the matter has been taken with the BPCL executive Mr Prateek Shrivastav in Goa, but no action so far. The web portal server is also down for last four days. Mr Modi our PM has made an appeal to give up the subsidy voluntarily but the concerned company is doing the same without the knowledge of the customer and diverting the same to other customer may due to the underhand dealing with them. I request to investigate the matter and reinstate the subsidy immediately/. Regards Satchidanand Dabholkar

              I R. Ramachandramma, a consumer of Bharat Gas through Tirumala Enterprises([protected]@ Venkatadri colony, HumayunNagar, Hyderabad) found that the cylinder that was delivered to us on 15th July '15 didn't have a seal(the plastic cover) at the top of cylinder i.e the connecting point of cylinder with the gas pipe. In addition, we have noticed there is a leakage of gas from the cylinder on connecting the pipe. I would like to bring to your notice that all the cylinders have to be sealed and checked properly and then be delivered to the consumers. My details: 1. Name: R.Ramachandramma 2. That's not the end, in the box for "Your Remarks" it accepts only the name(It should match the name accepted earlier). I love my nation and the companies serving it, hence I felt that it was my responsibility to let you know about the poor system and improve it.                   One booking has taken place by phone 50 days back...but till date no delivery is made by vishal bharat gas, , , after several reminders to deliver the same...but responce to our supplies...today received one message...dear customer your lpg refill order no.[protected] has been cancelledon account of order cancelled as cylinder could not be delivered after two attempts please...now this type of testics started by distributor or co...is it justified...such message gave me a shock of cheating.

                    I went to fill Petrol at Jayanagar Service Station on 27th August 2015 for Rs.300/- I asked the person to fill for Rs.300/- The person filled only for Rs.100/- first and told me that he forgot to insert the amount in the meter and later entered Rs.200 and continued filling from Rs.100/- and later told me that it becomes zero automatically. I checked the meter it was showing only half when it comes to full when i fill in an Suzuki Access Vehicle. When asked for bill he told that the printer is not working and gave me a written bill without date. When asked he told he wont write the date. COMPLETELY CHEATED.

                      The petrol pump of BPCL adjacent to Kalpavruksh building in Charkop is distributing water mixed fuel in cars and this is leading to damage of many cars engine around the vicinity. I had got my tank of swift desire full from this pump and in 3 to 4 days my engine started giving teouble. On checking it was known that all feul injectors and uel oulp has been contaminated due to water mixed desiel filled at pump. Also on the service station at Charkop it was learned that few more cars had eeported the same problem who had filled fuel at this pump. The pump attendents are supposedly full aware of this and irrespective are not bothered of consumers. Due to this I am without car for 10 days leading to discomfort apart from loss for getting my car repaired. Please take necessary action to prevent others from this discomfort and loss. Harshad More

                        I am holding domestic cooking gas connection from BP for more than 30 years. As part of the DBTL scheme, I supplied all relevant documents and my case was cleared as "CTC". I also received the subsidy money in my bank account for FIVE times in 2015, which goes to prove that my records are in current status with BP Gas. I booked refill on 11-Aug-15, which got delivered on 14-Aug-15, and paid full money (Rs.603.50). Subsidy amount of Rs.198.18 is yet to be credited by Bharat Gas. When I made a complaint in their website, reply that I got was "pl visit to the agency with bank pass book for Non AV Verified.". But my Agency has no clue! Please help me to get the subsidy amount.

                              I Maruti Dalvi is regular customer of LPG in BPCL. They submitted LPG subsidy against cylinder. They have already deducted a subsidy amount of Rs. 185/- in my account. But this time they have submitted only Rs 157/- In my account. I can't understand why are u submitted less amount in my account. Give me explanation with details less amount. Cash Receipt No. 70418 Dt. 20.08.2015. Maruti Dalvi.

                              Not a proper way to deducted subsidy amount.
                              I am a customer of BPCL with Customer Id:7181 8431 of Sree Vidya Distributers of Pantheerankave, Calicut .I had transferred my Indane Gas Connection with Subsidy to the above said BPCL agency in the first week of January, this year.
                              Now I am not getting Gas Subsidy.The bank has already linked my Aadhar number with my Account.I have three bank accounts and all are linked too.But the agency says it is not linked.
                              Kindly take necessary action to continue my subsidy.

                                I AM HAVING BHARAT GAS SERVICE. i have booked my refill cylinder on[protected]. but till today i.e.[protected] i have not received my cylinder. around 22 days held bt the cylinder is not delivered yet. i have already complaint many times but no action is taken.

                                our distributor(shri ram gas service) says tomorrow we will supply your cylinder. but their tomorrow never comes. i am not satisfed with the distributor.

                                    My consumer no is 53321561 with Bangalore Gas Agency, BTM, 1st stage, Bangalore-560029. I had booked for a refill about 15 days ago and till date the refill not delivered. On 22nd aug, I got a message from the agency that my booking is cancelled due house locked. I immediately contacted the agency and informed them, the delivery boy is not true, since we have been in the house waiting only for this delivery, delaying all our important personal works. The agency gave the delivery boy's name and contact no. We contacted this delivery boy only to be rebuked and insulted. My main complaint is customer care is run by these uncultured, arrogant delivery boys rather than the agency. The agency is totally helpless and indifferent. It appears they have no control on such dominating delivery boys. I seek a strong action on this delivery boy Jagganath.                                       Dear Sir, I am having extreme difficulty in getting a cylinder delivered at my doorstep inspite of booking the same for 6 times in the last 2 months. The first booking was done on 15.07.2015 and the 6th on the 11.08.2015, in between I have made 4 bookings for a gas cylinder. 5 times the booking has been cancelled by the dealer for reasons unknown. the last booking is showing pending since 11.082015. The Bharat gas dealer details are as follows AMARDEEP GAS SERVICE, GENERAL MAHADEV SINGH ROAD, KANWALI, DEHRADUN (UTTARAKHAND), 248001 . Phone[protected],[protected],[protected] The dealer is particularly not picking up calls and when u go to him for getting a cylinder, he is saying that gas cylinders are not coming so he cannot deliver. Sir, this is causing a lot of problems for me as self has a touring job and its very difficult for my wife to go to the dealer and get a cylinder by her own .
