Dear Sir, I am having extreme difficulty in getting a cylinder delivered at my doorstep inspite of booking the same for 6 times in the last 2 months. The first booking was done on 15.07.2015 and the 6th on the 11.08.2015, in between I have made 4 bookings for a gas cylinder. 5 times the booking has been cancelled by the dealer for reasons unknown. the last booking is showing pending since 11.082015. I want to know why most of the pumps ie BPCL-IOC-HP are charging Rs2/= or Rs4/= for filling air in 2/4 wheeler respectively in Bangalore.No where in Karnataka pumps are charging but in Bangalore city the pump people beg from the customer for FREE AIR SERVICE.If you do not pay them they abuse.
