Hi,

I have applied for a connection under BP No. [protected] and handed over all the documents along with the cheque of 7000 to Mr. Raghvendra Singh phone number # [protected] on 06-Sep-24.

But its now two weeks my documents have not been submitted to the office yet . When we called him he says i have already given the documents to upload but when we confirmed through customer care they informed us they haven't...

A meter reader names "Shiva Kumar" visited our premises on[protected], at our address F-190, Beta-2, Greater Noida. Before letting him in as we enquired into his details, name and organization etc., he started yelling and misbehaving.
A man representing a utility company, whose job is to deal with customers all day, flips and starts misbehaving, yelling, shouting, doing "tu, tadak", with 2 women! IGL Company for sure is setting up...

This is regarding BP # - [protected] mapped to D133 FF Saket. I had asked for the connection to be disconnected but it did not get closed and the buyers of the house used the connection and paid. I repeatedly over different whatsapp numbers have communicated that the connection be disconnected byt the amount of bill has now become Rs 10K+ whereas, i have sold off my house 3 years back....

I have submitted the request on 18/04/25 for New connection and after feasibility check on 1st May 25 security deposit of Rs 7000 was paid and on 5th May request no [protected] for early installation but till now installation is not yet done.

Mr Anil @[protected] visited on 15 th May, not responding to calls.

Mr Sarif @[protected] visited on 29th May not responding calls.

I had shared screenshot of my meter on 4-Mar-25. Short bill was generated 1-May-25 for Rs. 1500 approx. I called the helpline number for detailed bill and they told that it would be generated in 48 hours. Today, 4-Jun-25, I have paid Rs. 1600 (with Rs.100 late fee) because the due date was 20-May-25.
But the detailed bill is still not available on IGL website/ Watsapp helpline number of 1800 helpline number.br...

Ever since then, I have been regulary following up or rather chasing your Company for installation of New Connection at my Flat but in complete vain.

I have talked numerous times over your customer care number and with your marketing person in Noida (Mr. Amit Raj). Every time I have been told that my documentation is complete but the IGL System/Server is DOWN...

We have been calling IGL from past 7 days we are kept calling and people are receiving the call but not taking any action. Last Friday we somehow manage to raise complaint and generated the complaint ID. Ever since people are kept ignoring and now, they said like generally It will take 11 days to initiate the process. Executive says the same was done with 4 Days but still it is not done

Now it's been 7 Days gone but no one is there to resolve my issue . Everytime I connect with IGL CC executive they said that your request is Under process .

My IGL gas connection installed since 2019 and since then I am paying my bills timely. Suddenly in Aug 2024 I have received a bill from IGL for Rs. 10, 197/- as to my surprise I haven't used the gas so much. igl connection was disconnected in the month of august'2023 but still i am getting the bills and gettings calls from igl to clear the payment whereas disconnection is not yet updated in the system that's why bills are being generated every month. Despite of my repeated request to your customer care, no action has been taken till today.

Since May 2023, I have been receiving Inflated gas bills and I also filed a complaint with the IGL customer care on 22nd of June, 2023 through mail. I also tried to seek help from IGL customer care verbally but couldn't receive any help from the concerned authorities. The mail regarding the complaint has been attached as a screenshot.

There is gas smell in the back lane of my house (E-4/146 Sector-7, Rohini, Delhi) since past 2 months, near the IGL pipelines. Due to 50 degrees weather in Delhi, it poses a great threat to the residential houses built near it.

I requested for the IGL connection in Jan 23 and it took the IGL team over a year to come and initiate some work, even though the money was paid already.

And when they started it took good 4-5 months to do the engineering marvel as attached.
