We are applying igl connection on 29th november 2018 but connection not start now till date. Emi already start from december month rs500 deduct from my account.
We already contact your customer care no. 3time but not get it sufficient result

I am a domestic png consumer having b. P no-[protected]. For the last one year i am always getting my bill late. For this i am not able to pay in time and the next bill which also comes late add penal interest on my previous dues which is totally unjustified. I complained about this two times without any result. The present cycle has also become due but i have not received any bill till now-a. K. Majumdar...

Feasibility checks for new domestic gas connection have already been done for my residence c9/9557, vasant kunj, new delhi.

Rs 6000 security amount cheque was collected 3 weeks ago by mr himanshu but it hasn't been presented yet inspite of multiple reminders.
Though not able to understand the reason of delay.

Can you pls get this expedited & closed?...

19.07.2018 feasibility check pass
31.07.2018 document received
05.08.2018 received payment of rs.275/- for bp #[protected]

Still no connection provided.
I have completed all the formalities related to documents and payment.
Igl has also done feasibility check and that is also passed.
If u dont wana give connection than i will go to consumer court...

IGL — false status connection installed and generate bill

I have applied for new connection and created a customer zone login. Now 90 days passed but nothing happen physically.

But in customer zone portal it showing connection installed. I contacted to customer zone and they told meter is already installed but in reality nothing is happened physically at my home.

They are generating bill for me and i did not get anything from igl. They only said we already installed meter at your home and give connection to you.

I opted for new png connection in majlis park for house no. C-476, ff. My bp number is 40007914. I paid 6000inr to igl on 30th oct 2018.. Labour came to my house in nov for installation and told me to pay them 500 in cash for the setup but i refused to do so bzc as per igl no payment should be done in cash. Labour went back without any installation. As of today 9th jan 2019, no installation has been done and igl executive mr amit from rohini branch is telling me that we have to wait for another 3-4 months for installation as they will hire new contractor for the area majlis park in the new financial...

Indraprastha Gas Limited [Igl] — regarding mismatch of communication by igl customer care agents/head office agents

I had applied for new png connection (Bp no - [protected]) before 4 month back, and i was told (By customer care) to submit cheque amount rs.1275 along with document, and i had submitted with doc.
Then i received a phone from igl head office to to convert same cheque into canceled cheque as having offer period and no charges required for installation, and i did it.
Now when i am asking to share week the installation, response is coming as "as per our record your payment is not updated at our portal"

I can see there is big differences in communication between head office...

Indraprastha Gas Limited [Igl] — even after payment done installation not done and it has been more than 6 months

I have been following up with the igl helpline numerous times but nothing happened.in aug my cheque got passed and after that nothing has happened.
Igl dedline is 90 days but it has been more than 5 motnhs. Still installayion pending.
Also called project engineer and he also not responds. Kindly help me out. If ig cannot do it should come in upfront and say it rather than making customer frustrate.

IGL — even after payment installation not done

After payment no body come here for installation, i had received a mail from igl on 1-11-18 that all formalities done from my end i did lots of call on customer care and also did so many reminder call to agents, but still not getting any response from your end, no one come for installation they are say call to another agent. Take it on prior bases....

I am complaining against bill received in december 2018. Bill shows wrong meter reading by igl, though the executive came twice to take reading and photo of the meter reading was sent through whatsapp on 23.12.2018. Meter reading on 23.12.2018 is 210, 913 whereas in the bill it shows 216, 864 on 14.12.2018, which is wrong and bill wrongly calculated....

I paid bill sum of rs 6613.87 on 13th oct 2018. Again igl demands rs 2670.24 when ever the premises was closed since august. My total reading is 635.051, snap of meter already sent, since meter was installed 3 years back. We never received the bill. I requeste to authorities please send details bills on my email address.

I applied for png connection through indraprastha gas limited delhi in the month of sep-2018. My b. P. No. Is [protected].
Still my connection is not started and also meter was installed at wrong placed despite of my consent.
Project manager of igl of my area not picking up my phone and supervisor of igl of my area not taking any concrete action to correct the meter location and starting of burner through gas pipeline.

Requesting igl higher authorities to intervene in the matter and do the needful on priority....

No installation of png BP[protected] connection has been made since six months till date by igl authorities.
several request has been made to customer care and area coordinator but no action is taken till now.
It is requested to either take necessary action or refund my amount into my account to avoid unnecessary hassles.

I have made written complaints to your customer care e-mail id & have called the customer care help line number several times. I have had two calls from your office to ask if my complaint has been addressed. I have had assurances from them that my connection will be provided soon. Last call was recd as on the[protected]. My place has not even been surveyed till date. Please advice by when the connection will be provided to me.

Dear team,

I am a png customer from 1 jan'17 (Bp[protected]), i paid all my bills ontime, everytime i am paying bills along with security deposit rs 500, as per the number of bills i have already (In aug 18) paid entire security amount, but as i checked found security amount is still there in the december month bill, same checked by one of your executive (Neeru choudhary) she told me we will share revised bill and will exclude this security amount rs500 dec month bill. After that called so many times on the customer care number and tried to resolve the problems but i failed.
