Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Complaint Against Vaneeta Gas Agency (Distributor Code: 203011) for Non-Delivery and Unauthorized Distribution

I would like to lodge a complaint against Vaneeta Gas Agency, Jinti Tal Patan (Distributor Code: 203011) regarding a serious issue we are currently facing.

We have not booked a gas cylinder recently, but we have come to know that the agency is allegedly supplying cylinders to other people through unauthorized (black market) means. Due to this, we are now in urgent need of a gas cylinder, but we are unable to receive one when required.

This situation is causing us significant inconvenience. I request you to kindly investigate this matter urgently and take strict action against Vaneeta Gas Agency, Jinti Tal Patan (Distributor Code: 203011) if any malpractice is found. I also request you to ensure that our gas cylinder is delivered to us as soon as possible.

Please treat this complaint as urgent and take necessary action at the earliest.
