Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Cylinder not delivered even after receiving delivery message

Am BPCL consumer with consumer id 40941.
On every delivery of cylinder, I used to get message saying cylinder got delivered, but actually it not delivered by delivery person.
I usually get call from him saying he would deliver within couple of days, but he doesn't keep his word, I need to call him multiple time and argue with him.

This repeats on every cylinder booking.
On previous delivery I made a compliant on BPCL portal - No response; Further I went to Agency in person and complaint there - No response and corrective measure.

This time booking also I called agency and complaint - they just said we will track and get it delivered; 3 days passed now; still I didn't receive the cylinder.

Its really Frustrating to track this simple cylinder delivery every time among our other hectic life. I believe its not Himalayan customer service business.
Not sure is this the same case with other agency and other petroleum company!

Pls Any one from BPCL take action.
