[Resolved] Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Deducted Amount of Rs.837.50 is still not Refunded | |||||
Consumer no.53606896, tried booking from BPCL site through google pay on JUL182021, amount got deducted but booking for cyclinder failed, transaction id :[protected], i had raised complaint regarding the same in the site, complaint no:7258041. customer care representative said it would be refunded within one week, but still not received refund. Aug 14, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Received mail from Company stating that the refund is processed, so i verified my account and refund was done, thanks Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
