Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — From last 6 months subsidy not come in my account

(Complain is very critical and hope u resolve asap)
I have open a connection in bpcl with adhar card and also i opened the account (For subsidy) in bank of baroda with adhar card but last six month i have nothing subisidy amount come in my subsidy account while i already link a adhar card in my bank and also in bharat gas connection
