Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — lpg subsidy not received after booking cylinders

I shifted from hp gas to bharat gas in the month of may, 2018. I have taken two cylinders with filled and paid amount. But i have not received subsidy amount so far. I contacted customer care. They are saying as per details available on their record, aadhar linked after booking of cylinders. But i did not go to bank for the said purpose. I have been getting subsidy amount from 2013 to april, 2018 from "dwaraka gas hp agency". But now i did not receive it. It is purely system mistake. Further, they allotted me reference number: 2969640 but not problem solved so far. Kindly take necessary action in this regard.
