Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — malpractice during filling of petrol | |||
I am a defence officer working with iaf at jaipur. On 31 oct 19 at 0710hrs on the way to my job place i had to refill my toyota etios car with petrol. On the way from jaipur army cantt to airforce station i stopped at bpcl pump m/s balaji at bani park. I was attended by one mr deendayal and i asked him to fill petrol for rs 2000. He started refilling and i gave my card for payment, while looking at card swipe machine and entering the pin this gentle man pushed a switch and stopped filling. I noticed it and saw that he had filled petrol for only rs 1507. On enquiry he was rude and informed that something must have happened where as i had clearly seen that he had pressed the switch to stop refilling. He resumed filling after that. Since it was early morning no station manager was available for lodging a complaint. To make easy money people like him, spoils reputation of good companies. With this experience i will never ever go to a bpcl pump again. Kindly take action against the individual so that he dosent fool around with other customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
