I narendra pal singh s/o sh. Surya pal singh resident of teacher colony, dhampur have a consumer number of 2436. The subsidy of lpg was being regularly deposited in my bank account till the month of sep 17. At that time my registered number stopped working. I thereafter have got my new number updated both at the gas agency and the bank but the subsidy has stopped being credited in my bank account now. I booked my cylinder of lpg with invoice number 118899 in feb 2018 worth rs. 767.50 and i got message on mobile that the subsidy of rs. 269.42 has failed. This has been the case since october 2017 onwards. I contacted my distributor prakash gas agency, dhampur and was advised to contact with my bank to get my account updated with aadhar. I verified the same in allahabad bank, dhampur and found that the same is already updated. I have been running around between bank and distributor but it has been of no use. As i last resort after not receiving my subsidy for past 9 months, i decided to lodge a complaint for redressal. Was this information helpful? | |||
