[Resolved] Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Non refund of transaction failure in respect of consumer No.[protected]reg. | |||
I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 17.05.2021and made payment using upi on bill desk portal. Amount of Rs. 812 was deducted from my account but is showed payment status: failure. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account till date. I also had to pay in cash to receive the cylinder.
