Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — not getting the lpg subsidy after change in account

Sir,
I was getting my lpg gas subsidy in one of my sbi account. But due to some reasons i had to close that account. And the new account to which i wanted the subsidy has been updated with bharat petroleum. But now i am not getting the subsidy to my new account for about 8 months. And the subsidy for about 8 months is pending.
Please provide me with the necessary instructions to solve the problem.
