Bharat gas app par Rs.730.51 payment kiya tha via Amazon Pay. Aur payment deduct ho jane ke bad Bharat gas app par Payment status Failed dikha raha hai. Phir mujhe COD payment karna pada Uske bad Maine bpcl customer care par call kiya tha un logone kaha ki refund mil jayega. Lekin 10 days ho gaya abhi tak refund nahi mila. So please help me.
