Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — pos transaction failure and deduction of money | |||
I had filled petrol from bp pump in kerala where i had used indian bank credit card. I had entered pin as requested by the person on duty. However the machine did not respond proper manner. The concerned person cancelled the transaction. I did not receive any sms or notification regarding this. So i thought the transaction is failure and left the locality by paying using some other methods. However after 45 minutes i received a message by indian bank claiming that the amount has been deducted, which reflected in my bank statement. Was this information helpful? | |||
