Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Refund not received for online payment | |
I have made a payment through google pay for BPCL gas booking on 18/7/21. However in the BPCL app it showed error in booking and booking was not made. But the amount was deducted from my account. After which I made a booking with cash on delivery and paid online later which also resulted in failure of payment. The delivery person took money in cash at the time of delivery. I have not received any refund as yet. Before this I have complained twice without any proper resolution. Attaching photos for reference Was this information helpful? | |
