Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Refused to redeem citibank credit card reward points | |||
On monday 20th of december around 7.30 am the undersigned visited bharat petroleum fuel station, ravi automobiles in dombivli to fill petrol.. After filling i gave my citi bank credit card & asked the filler to redeem my reward points. I was denied for using this offer for reason not known. The delivery boy takes extra money and doesn't provide bill of the gas when asked.T his is kind of fooling us. When called in the office they don't answer the call.
