I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Sadguru Krupa Bharat gas agency regarding the recurring delay in delivery and a serious case of fraud involving my booking ID.
Despite booking my refill on [16th March 2026] (Booking Ref No: 66139, I have not received the cylinder even after 30 days. Upon following up with the agency, I received no satisfactory response.
Furthermore, I have discovered a highly concerning discrepancy:
My digital records/SMS alerts indicate that a cylinder has been "Delivered" against my booking ID.
In reality, no cylinder was delivered to my premises.
It is evident that the agency or its delivery personnel are diverting subsidized cylinders to be sold in the black market while marking them as delivered in the system using my credentials. This is not only a breach of service but a legal offense and financial fraud. This is issues of lot many people around agashi Arnala region situated in Palghar district. As most people are illiterate in this region have no idea about how complaints are registered.
I request you to:
Investigate this "ghost delivery" and identify the individuals involved in black-marketing.
Ensure the immediate delivery of my cylinder.
