[Resolved] Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — subsidy transfer failed | |
I received the message communication on 20th sep stating the subsidy transfer of rs 324.3 against order no. 58925 failed with a reason "subsidy transfer failed due to aadhaar number inactive". I called the helpline number "[protected]" and they told me to 1. Delink my aadhaar from new bank account. And after 4 days 2. Link my aadhaar with the bank account again under npci. Also they asked me to wait for 15 days. I completed the above mentioned 2 steps by 1st of oct and when i called them on 23rd oct they again said the same that my aadhaar number is inactive and is not linked to bank account. And now they are asking me to do the same again. Please look into my case on high priority and resolve it. Also, for your information, until sep 2018 i was getting the subsidy in my pnb account and i wanted to get the subsidy in hdfc bank account with which my aadhaar was already linked so i followed bharat gas helpline executive's instruction and de-link and linked the aadhaar with hdfc bank account.
