Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Worst distributor- No phone number, no response

I am writing this from Bengaluru, One distributor named " NARESH BHARAT GAS" We were forcefully migrated to this distributor 2 years back. From the time we are migrated we are facing problem every time to get refill of cylinder.
He never pics any calls or never call back, not even deliver cylinder unless we give compliant to helpline number.
Even he give delayed delivery.
Never seen such a worst distributor. How he is given distribution i dont know... may be very political influence person.
Now 2026 May 11 i booked cylinder after 60 days, he is not receiving phone Even bharat gas helpline number no body is picking...even mail is not going...it is bouncing...such a worst service is bharat gas.
Any one pls guide how to port to other company like INDANE.
