Bharat Sanchar Bhavan — Broadband not working for last 20 days

Dear Authority I have made a complaint on 16th Oct 2013 as my Broadband is not working since then. There has been no action in this regards, please fix this issue. Please escalate this matter to get this resolved, Its a very sad fact that, bills get generated on time but the services are always hampered on a regular basis.
