Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — 4g Volte

I have my 4g volte settings turned on in my phone and my BSNL sim is new 4g capable, and I also have 4g tower right 200-300m away from my home. I still do not get volte.
I raised my complain and they generated a ticket no.
They Fking closed my ticket after 1-2 weeks; marking it as resolved without even solving it. And now the ticket doesnt even show up in the support history of the 3rd class BSNL app. Luckily I have sms so, not that I can even do anything with it. Still.
Such a terrible network. I have to go through this harassment for a simple 4g Volte in 2025.
