Dear Sir/madam, I made a transaction through BILDESK to pay my BSNL postpaid mobile bill for 2 mobile account on 25/07/2018. The amount of Rs.1033.00 had been debited from my ICICI account. Whereas BSNL showing the transaction failed. The transaction id is EGM[protected] dated[protected] time 22:40:05.0 Please do the needful to resolve the issue.
