That's why they doing such activities

No 3g indoor coverage
I lost my phone along with sim
While roaming incoming calls not get my number [protected] pls resolve this complaint
My broadband connection number is [protected].I am paying my Bill in time. But due to cable cut phone is dead . BSNL can't provide 50 meters cable..but very prompt in sending the Bill of my dead broadband connection .Really horrible experience.
My Land Line Phone No. [protected] is not working since today morning. It has a Broad Band Connection as well. However, it is still working. Kindly resole the problem.

    I've been experiencing network difficulties and extremely low internet speeds lately on my carrier network bsnl. And since 22nd of july 2019, from around 6.30 - 7.00 pm, the internet speeds have dropped so low that it is absolutely impossible to even open a web page in one go. (I'm using my family member's mobile hot-spot (Via airtel carrier sim) to file this complaint. Such is the condition of the net speeds here.)

    I have been calling the customer care at 1503 to reach the customer care executive, since 22nd july 8.28 pm. Since then, i've called on the number to reach then at various times of the day. Varying from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon or in the evening at 5.00 pm. I've also requested call backs by selecting the option via the automated voice system. But neither was my call received even once after waiting, nor was i called back.

    Now i'm trying to port my number to another network carrier but its only those sms that are not being sent! As if they're being blocked specifically! I've tried more than 10 times but to no use.

    I hope this matter is taken care of at the earliest. Being a college student, its really very difficult to manage payments or form fill ups with such internet instability. And furthermore, the consumer should in an uninfringed manner be able to send the port sms.

    In the attached images you'll see more of the failed messages..

    Also note that all the calls to the customer service got auto cut after 1.5 or 2 minutes. I don't know the reason to this but no amount of waiting could yield a responsive successful call.

    I've also tried sending the sms using different smart phones and even a feature phone. But even that couldn't avail any response.

      I have sent porting request to 1990 many times in past 2 days (Port my bsnl number).
      Bsnl is not providing me with the upc. I dont know why is this happening this way. I planned to port because of their poor service and they are showing up their quality of service in this regard too. Other service providers never refuse to port out this way though they take a few words from us to know the reason.

      This is so bad from bsnl

      I need upc immediately.

      That was by mistake
      MY BSNL Broadband is not working since last 02 weeks. No one is attending the complaint and getting the message that the complaint is resolved but the same is not done. My landline is working perfect but broadband is done since last 15 days. My Landline No is.[protected]

        4g network was running very smoothly but from the last 2 days bsnl network is having so much problem in our area.. Sometimes network get disappear.. Sometimes even if network is available, sms and call get not reachable.. Mobile data is totally barred.. No network/signal at all... It is hereby requested to concerned authority to look into the matter and rectify the problem as soon as possible.

          I have tried to get upc code from bsnl. Sent messages for getting upc and wasted my money. Bsnl deliberately cheating the customers (Who wished to port from bsnl due to worst services and waste service plans) lies that there is some network error. Poeple are not fool to believe their lies. If bsnl is not issuing porting code that means the only operator who disrespect trai rules is bsnl. It should be very helpful to the society if bsnl shutdown it's services as bsnl services proves again and again its the worlds worst telecom operator.
          Trai needs to take strict action against bsnl for such a violation of rules and need to deduct fine for such violation.

              On sunday i.e 21/07/19 i made a recharge of Rs. 19/- from my Mobikwik wallet for validity extension of my BSNL NO. [protected]. An amount of Rs. 19/- deducted twice (i.e. Rs. 38) from the wallet but only one recharge of
              Rs.19/- is done by BSNL. Mobikwik is not ready to give a proper reply and asking me to contact customer care of BSNL. BSNL customer care is giving vague answers like you could not recharge same plan twice etc. If that is correct then why they are not refunding the amount. Rs. 19/- is not a huge amount but as a customer I feel that I have been cheated and not getting proper answer from both Mobikwik and BSNL.
              The transaction ID for recharge done through Mobikwik is as under:

              Transaction Id: BSW[protected] for Rs. 19/-

              from the above only one transaction is credited to my BSNL account and the second one is deducted from Mobikwik wallet but neither credited to BSNL nor refunded to my wallet. BSNL customer care is very pathetic and not giving proper answer.

                  Unable to send any message and customer care not replying properly.. One representative is saying this is not bsnl no, another is saying we cannot help, another is saying it will take 4-5 days for sms to work. I simply need upc code which i generated last week but unable to get it also... Very poor service from bsnl.

                  Please send the upc code to me and i dont require any other services from you

                    Network dismissing for 2 hrs at night from three days, sometimes internet is not working and outgoing calls are also not going. I'm from bankura, west bengal. Don't know what type of problem it is but very irritating and frustrating. Please fix this as soon as possible. Tried many solutions like turning airplane mode, changing phones, changing slots, but it's a major network problem so pls fix this issue...

                      I have disconnected my landline no[protected] about 2-3 years ago. But still i bsnl has not refunded my depositry amount.
                      When i had enquire at veraval bsnl office they told that cheque of amount 1079/- has send to me via post, which i have not received through, then again they told me to contacat to junagadh bsnl office. Junagadh bsnl officer told me to give a application in written, which i have send to them via registered post. After about one month again i have called to junagadh bsnl office they told me now you have to called to ahmedabad bsnl office. Again i have called to ahmedabad bsnl office they told we don't know any thing.
                      I don"t know when i will get my refund.

                        For this i do complaint to bsnl office but they didn't give positive responce to my complaint having issue and told that we will check it. But they didn't send any technician to check the connection and the connection is still inactive. The company generate new bill every month without usage. And phone was dead from last three and half months.

                            We have complain of non working of internet from long and for the same line man of the exchange mr. Nasir ul haq has visited and after not resolved the issue he have called to mr. Kulveer baswar jto of the padra exchange. During the call mr. Nasir has hand over his mobile to me for further talk and when we i have started to talk with mr. Kulveer, he got angry with me and used very cheap language. Request you to take immediate action in this regards.

                              Tower name uteshwar tal mahableshwar district satara near tapola
                              In our region from 1st july 2019 the tower is down mode. We have complained it to bsnl authorities regarding it. But the people who managing this tower haven't shown any positive attitude regarding this issue. I think they haven't tried tow solve this issue. We are living in remote area where there is heavy rain if our mobiles are not in working conditions we not able to contact anybody. So kindly resolve issue as soon as possible. Hope for positive response.

Eight months already been passed away but till date i do not receive refund of deposit amount of rs.1625. I had frequently called at bsnl office of ahmedabad but they did not give me satisfactory reply. Please. Do the needful & refund the same at the earliest.

                                I surrendered my land line no [protected] on February 6th and till date refund has not com. It is more than 5 months. Please do the needful.
                                Line complaint is happening weekly basis and every time BSNL is taking more than a week to clear the issue. Phone :[protected].

                                Please do the need full to fix issue permanently.

                                  I am using broadband combo plan 249 from bsnl which was revised to become broadband combo plan 299 excluding gst which offers upto 1.5gb data daily upto 8 mbps speed and after that unlimited with 1mbps speed. But from last week i have only recieved speeds below 1 mbps. I complained two times to bsnl customer grievance cell, once using the official complaint portal and next time using the customer care number[protected]. The concerned authorities have not yet responded.

                                    I had successfully paid last month's billing amount of Rs.648/- before the due date on June 27th, 2019 about 4:34 PM. The billing amount is paid through the Phonepe App. after successful payment of amount Rs.648/- for last month, this month bill comes with the previous month amount Rs.648/- and this month billing amount Rs.650/- that is the total amount of Rs.1309/-.
                                    All required details can be found from Last month bill payment receipt and this month's bill, which is already attached to this letter.
                                    So please check all this, and correct the billing amount.

                                    I was residing in BTM Layout II stage Bangalore 560076 with landline telephone no. 26785031 and had surrendered along with the instrument on 29th april 2019. I had given the cancelled cheque also for bank details for crediting the refund proceeds of the landline deposit .but till date no action has been taken

                                      Ihave surrendered landline phone[protected] in may, 2018. Subsequently
                                      Informed on phone in oct, 2018 that refund order ref asreooo6706768 dtd.
                                      10.09.2018 for rs1745/- was issued. I have also furnished my bank details
                                      In the surrender form while submitting. Sorry to inform that till now i have
                                      Neither received the cheque nor refund to my bank a/c. My qurries are not
                                      Being responded.

                                        I am using BSNL broadband connection since almost a year.
                                        Suddenly I received an SMS today stating my monthly plan upgrade is performed.
                                        I called up customer care executive and enquired about it, the answer is it's auto upgrade to the plan is applied.
                                        Without consulting with customer how the plan can be upgraded and expected customer to pay the increased amount even if he is not looking for.
                                        I don't wanted to upgrade my plan, then why forceful plan upgrade is applied.
                                        I don't wish to continue with BSNL anymore, please surrender my connection.
