I have surrendered my telephone number[protected] and also deposited the telephone instrument in august, 2017 but as on date i have not received the refund of security deposit and my reminders to the local officials are not heard or replied.

It was also with tremendous difficulty my request for surrender was accepted by the official concerned in bsnl sector 6, faridabad. The reason for surrender was no proper action was taken by the linemen to keep the line in proper working condition for long. On enquiry, even several of my friends in the surroundings also found facing such problem. While in sector 6 fbd. Bsnl office, the official who attended me called the linemen and shouted at him but the linemen also in the same tune replied to the senior officials which shows the arrogence of the officials in bsnl. I had to run between sector 6 to sector 15 main office to complete the formalities. Had it been in any other telephone (Private) provider they would have done everything in a single counter in an air-conditioned atmosphere within few minutes. Bsnl officials are hell bent to destroy the image may be with the alliance with the private operator.

In front of the sector 6 faridabad office there is a sign in the wall which shows "invester grievences" but when i went close to it, i found it to be the toilet, and none of the officials bother to change it till then.

Yesterday I was informed that there is no fault in the line but today also we are not getting any dial tone in our PBX board. Please rectify and report.

    I have availed wan services from bsnl. I complained[protected] on 8th july 2018 regarding non-functioning of internet services. No action was taken by bsnl and services continue to be unavailable for most of the time. Again i complained in december for which i lost docket no. After booking complaint after 24 hours i received message regarding resolution of my complaint which was not happened. Again i registered complaint on 8th jan[protected], but no action was taken except inquiring regarding resuming services. When i contacted bsnl on 10-jan-2019 regarding the same, customercare executive has instructed me to go to bsnl office without providing any docket number. I have been paying the bills which are comparatively higher than any landline service provided by them. I would like to know how bsnl can charge me so much without providing services. I request bsnl not to generate bill henceforth till the services are restored.

    I cannot send any text from my sim . it is a postpaid one and i have not been able to send a single text from it .i have tried complaining but they just ignore my complaints and then don't pick up my calls . it is the worst service u can get in india .please don't go for BSNL i will never recommend it.
    Since today morning bsnl has been deducting ₹5 as last call charge though no calls or sms have been made. Even customer care guy was not able to resolve the issue.
    Without my consent it's subscribing and my amount is getting deducted..please clear this issue and refund my amount as eraly as possible.. screen shot of the subscription message have been attached here.

      My internet speed on average is about less than 10 kb/sec.
      It's even slower than 2g even though it shows i'm connected to h+. My data limit is very much fresh, even if i wanted to it seems i can't exhaust my data.
      And then contacting customer care 4 times, they just hang up after hearing my situation saying they'll transfer to concerning official. Sometimes they treat me like its my device fault while i can use max download speed on jio or airtel anytime.

        Hello I'm from hyderabad from so many days I'm trying to port my number to bsnl i went to bsnl office near to my home so many times but the employees are so aggressive i don't know what they are thinking about themselves I'm just fedup with thier behavior evrytime whenever i will go they will not respond properly and they say server is low come tomorrow.. When i went next day they will say same thing again and again what the hell is this behavior i don't understand if they behave like this people who are thinking to connect with bsnl they will never see them again. So kindly help me. They are other lot of options for people's to go to other sims also we think bsnl is good that's y we r tolerating this kind of weird behaviors

          It was my mistake to go for a landline connection from bsnl and the same proved to be true very soon. An agent has visited my house for filling of application form and for collection of necessary documents. Later he gave me the demand note number ([protected]) which i deposited on[protected]. Since[protected], i have been continuously following up with that person but he is not giving me any satisfactory reply and my phone is not yet installed. Since last week he is not even picking up my phone.

          I have raised the to the customer care of the bsnl also but whole the company seems to be sleeping. It is not very wrong that people hate them.

            On 8th january, during a day of strike when their customer care offices are not functioning, bsnl automatically subscribed provided number to some 'confession' service and deducted rs. 15 from balance.

            1. Firstly, unable to unsubscribe with the number provided in the sms

            2. The customer care executive on bsnl mobile customer portal refused to refund money and pointed out that there was a confirmation call (At 11.21am) from number to service which is untrue. Due to strike there is no physical customer care office open here to lodge complaint. This smells like a scam to swindle money out of talk balance.

              Mb no. [protected]. No message is being sent. Smsc checked from phone information, coming [protected] after refresh and updated the same. Still not fixed. Checked other message settings too. Unable to identify the problem. Sms app is taking contact manager as default.
              As it appears, it is not compatible to network connection. Please help to resolve the issue

                  I have purchased nokia 6.1 plus handset, but while using bsnl sim card 3 g internet not working, and for this issue i contacted to nokia service center they told me that its bsnl problem, even i replaced my sim cards 3 times but same problem occurs, waiting for effective solution from bsnl, i personally visited and wasted my 3 days time for this issue,

                        BSNL Landline - PHONE DEAD FOR 2yrs
                        I am feed up by the daily messages coming from BSNL and also they are not like normal promotion messages but abnormal and inappropriate messages. Even I did DND but they are not stopping.I am telling you don't give me the choice to cancel the sim again because this is not a good behavior. Also this is a kind of sexual harrasment so stop it.

But this instrument make engage tone voice all of a sudden in night hours which disturbs us and unless we lift its receiver and place it again and again it do es not get silent.                               I recharged my jio number from sbi rewardz with 100 wrongly choosen my operator as bsnl on 30th december. So i didn't get recharge message but sbi rewardz customer care said we got the confirmation from bsnl so we cant refund and bsnl customer care said we haven't recharged as this number is not in our database. I want my refund but both are saying each other as culprit

                                I'm working remotely from home, with wireless connection i couldn't able to connect my client ip, in order to do that i was in need of broadband connection. Bsnl is the only broadband service provider in our area, so i have approached ae for new connection. My house is 350 meter away from the existing broadband pole. Since fiber cable is not available at natham branch, he asked me to go with traditional copper wire telephone line (Dsl) for time being, he also promised that once fiber cable is received from madurai office, surely he will do the cable change for me.
                                Upon his promise about fiber connection, installation happened on the same week with dsl. From the day 1 connection was not stable,
                                With this poor connection i couldn't able to connect remote for which i got this connection.

                                In-between twice the cable wire got cut because of wind, in this regard i have made many complaints to bsnl department. Also submitted a complaint letter to the bsnl natham on june 2018.
                                Despite that nothing related to fiber cable connection has been done, launched new complaint to customer support, they responded well and changed dsl to cable wire with condition basis
                                (Minimum 2 connection required, so i got additional connection to get rid of the problem).
                                But it solved only 60% of the connection issue. Still connection goes on and off atleast 10 times a day and poor upload speed. The situation is still pathetic & unsolved

                                I have approached customer support of other service providers (Airtel and reliance jio), they said minimum 15 connections required to start the service in our area which is impossible for me to do but
                                I can assure people will start getting connections once they start seeing good service. I don't know what else i can do, apart from contacting one after other. It is very very urgent.
                                Kindly help me to get proper broadband connection at the earliest.

                                  On 7 january 2015 bsnl rewari booked a telephone landline telephone for me having number[protected] and promise to install the phone at my home very soon.
                                  But after more than 3 years passed but after frequent request they did not install the landline phone at my home making lame excuses regarding damage faulty line and fault not found buy their lineman.
                                  Now on 12th december 2018 they forcefully send me a refund cheque of security deposited by me with their own will and mendatorily action because they don't want to install the phone please take necessary action and order to install my landline phone at my home i don't want this refund and it is violation of all consumer rights and criminal breach of trust by bsnl.

                                  Hoping for the favourable and prompt action please.

                                    I have bsnl broadband connection at home. I am very disappointed with the connection issues. There is internet for one day and the other day, it's no longer there. This has been going on for the last 6-7 months. I have to make a complaint everyday. The officials resolve the issue but next day, it's again the same issue. It has become impossible to do any work. Out of 30 days in a month, there is no internet on an average for 12-15 days. But as a consumer, i am asked to pay the entire bill for the month which is around rs. 800. The broadband service is really unsatisfactory.

                                      I didnt subscribe any health tips pack. When get the intimation about the deduction of 30/- i immediately informed not to send tips through SMS. Still they deducted. This happened lost month. Again repeated this month also inspite of sending sms not to. I called few times toll free number and customer care also. No response. I want to attach snap shots of both sms and call log. How to do. Please do the needful .
