    Please note, contact number [protected]/ account number [protected], the land phone is not working for more than 2yrs. We just pay the bill of 490rs once a month. Many complients has been sent to local bsnl office and even to toll free customer cares.
    The bsnl fight with us if we give complients.
    Could some one address this please.

    Please note, contact number [protected]/ account number [protected], the land phone is not working for more than 2yrs. We just pay the bill of 490Rs once a month. Many complients has been sent to local BSNL office and even to Toll free customer cares.

    BSNL Landline - PHONE DEAD FOR 2yrs
    I am feed up by the daily messages coming from BSNL and also they are not like normal promotion messages but abnormal and inappropriate messages. Even I did DND but they are not stopping.I am telling you don't give me the choice to cancel the sim again because this is not a good behavior. Also this is a kind of sexual harrasment so stop it.

      Satish s rayabhattanavar request u to delete my sim card registration of phone number [protected]. The reason for the above decision is to avoid illigal activities from my sim as the my mobile is lost. The people are useless nowadays they will the phone number and sim cards as they like of illegal activities. Kindly please do the needfull job..

      I am prabhakaran from vellore tamilnadu, i am 20 years customer of BSNL, i saw a adverstisement resgarding the FTTH net so i visited bsnl bavan and asked for details for knowing things they said me that they will establish the connection within 3 working days. i paid 777 on[protected] still now there is no response from them

        My phone set is not working. I can not make out going calls and i do not also hear any ring for incoming calls. But this instrument make engage tone voice all of a sudden in night hours which disturbs us and unless we lift its receiver and place it again and again it do es not get silent. Ultimately sir, this instrument became useless. Hence i request to please replace the instrument of phone with a new instrument having caller id as early as possible.

          I recharged my jio number from sbi rewardz with 100 wrongly choosen my operator as bsnl on 30th december. So i didn't get recharge message but sbi rewardz customer care said we got the confirmation from bsnl so we cant refund and bsnl customer care said we haven't recharged as this number is not in our database. I want my refund but both are saying each other as culprit

          Mobile holding bsnl sim robbed in delhi metro on 25.12.18 afternoon around, 2.00 pm to 255pm. F.I.R filed in vasant vihar, p.s.crime branch, Delhi Ref s/o No.430/2014 D.P. LRno.3028980/2018 dt 25.12.18 at 20.18hrs. request to block immediately to avoid the sim going in to antisocials hands.

            I'm working remotely from home, with wireless connection i couldn't able to connect my client ip, in order to do that i was in need of broadband connection. Bsnl is the only broadband service provider in our area, so i have approached ae for new connection. My house is 350 meter away from the existing broadband pole. Since fiber cable is not available at natham branch, he asked me to go with traditional copper wire telephone line (Dsl) for time being, he also promised that once fiber cable is received from madurai office, surely he will do the cable change for me.
            Upon his promise about fiber connection, installation happened on the same week with dsl. From the day 1 connection was not stable,
            With this poor connection i couldn't able to connect remote for which i got this connection.

            In-between twice the cable wire got cut because of wind, in this regard i have made many complaints to bsnl department. Also submitted a complaint letter to the bsnl natham on june 2018.
            Despite that nothing related to fiber cable connection has been done, launched new complaint to customer support, they responded well and changed dsl to cable wire with condition basis
            (Minimum 2 connection required, so i got additional connection to get rid of the problem).
            But it solved only 60% of the connection issue. Still connection goes on and off atleast 10 times a day and poor upload speed. The situation is still pathetic & unsolved

            I have approached customer support of other service providers (Airtel and reliance jio), they said minimum 15 connections required to start the service in our area which is impossible for me to do but
            I can assure people will start getting connections once they start seeing good service. I don't know what else i can do, apart from contacting one after other. It is very very urgent.
            Kindly help me to get proper broadband connection at the earliest.

              On 7 january 2015 bsnl rewari booked a telephone landline telephone for me having number[protected] and promise to install the phone at my home very soon.
              But after more than 3 years passed but after frequent request they did not install the landline phone at my home making lame excuses regarding damage faulty line and fault not found buy their lineman.
              Now on 12th december 2018 they forcefully send me a refund cheque of security deposited by me with their own will and mendatorily action because they don't want to install the phone please take necessary action and order to install my landline phone at my home i don't want this refund and it is violation of all consumer rights and criminal breach of trust by bsnl.

              Hoping for the favourable and prompt action please.

                I have bsnl broadband connection at home. I am very disappointed with the connection issues. There is internet for one day and the other day, it's no longer there. This has been going on for the last 6-7 months. I have to make a complaint everyday. The officials resolve the issue but next day, it's again the same issue. It has become impossible to do any work. Out of 30 days in a month, there is no internet on an average for 12-15 days. But as a consumer, i am asked to pay the entire bill for the month which is around rs. 800. The broadband service is really unsatisfactory.

                  I didnt subscribe any health tips pack. When get the intimation about the deduction of 30/- i immediately informed not to send tips through SMS. Still they deducted. This happened lost month. Again repeated this month also inspite of sending sms not to. I called few times toll free number and customer care also. No response. I want to attach snap shots of both sms and call log. How to do. Please do the needful .

Checked and updated smsc as well bt nothing works. Since i am a cochlear implant patient i am also unable to contact customer care to resolve my case and submitting my complant here.                       We are living in tikkar village and here always issues of mobile signals and internet.
                      There's no source of signals and telecommunications many times... Here's a tower of bsnl but no signal come properly always show like no signal found in our area and its a very old problem sometimes its has been for weeks and no one do anything about it please solve this problem as soon u can thanks.

I had my own phone for an landline service. Please take necessary steps to deposit refund amount rs.500/- into my bank account as soon as possible.                           I am getting otp from 57171 this is why please stop this why these otp from 57171 getting on my number these otp many times come on my number in a day and these are diturbing and irritating and tell me the reason why these otp many times come via sms and why these are created and what is.                               I have just ported my airtel number to bsnl number. Since then i am facing a voice clarity problem. When the person on other side attends my call, he or she is unable to hear my voice, but i can hear his or her voice clearly. Hence i may request you to rectify the problem at the earliest otherwise i have to port the number again. Waiting for a favourable reply.

                                Since last 2 yrs i am getting a bill not more than rs.290 but last 2 months i have got a bill more than 1000rs. When i informed the local office they are showing me a call details which has originated frm my no. I am in a big surprise hwcome this is possible as i stay alone and i dont use my landline for any call last 2 yrs. It isclear that something fishy is going on with my no. This has been probably done by the technical persons who maintains the local wired connection frm the dp box. My connection has been given for use to some other person and they are using it and the bill is getting generated by my name. Pls look after this matter seriously as this is an organization run by the central govt.

                                  I made recharge RS. 118 for the mobile no [protected] on 10 Dec 2018 at 5:34 pm thru bsnl portal. But I seen a error message that your transaction is failed. Due to urgency I tried again recharge. This time also there is no response from site after entered the OTP.
                                  But the mobile is recharged Even after two times error.
                                  My credit card has charged two times of RS 118. When I called to BSNL customer care, they are telling that you did two times and both are showing successful. I have mailed to [protected]@bsnl.co.in. but there is no response. So you wouldn't get any refund. So please take a complaint against this issue and make then return back the amount. transaction unsuccessful message screen shot are also attached for reference.

                                    Please be informed that the above telephone no. Is registered with ecs mandate since long. As instructed by your office fresh mandate was also been given and the payments were regularly debited from my account registered with you. But unfortunately it is learnt that my connection is temporarily disconnected due to non - payment of bills. Being a senior citizen, to avoid hazards in respect of payment, the ecs mandate was given. But even after that the incident of non - payment happened and the telephone service is disconnected, though there is no fault on my part. Under the circumstances, i appeal to you to look into the matter and arrange restoration of service immediately. Since i am maintaining sufficient balance in the bank account for which the ecs mandate was given, no question of dishonour or otherwise. So please realise the unpaid bills as per record on due scrutiny.

                                      I bought a new sim but i can't activate that sim. When i trying to activate the sim, it shows message that sim registration is failed. Please solve my problem because i have recharged 3 months pack with rs.485
                                      I bought the new sim on 20.12.2018 but still it is not activated. I have paid rs.485 for 3 months pack i want to use my facility as soon as possible. I'm very disappointed with this incident please solve the problem and make me happy with your network.

                                      Refund of failure recharge of Rs.560 to BSNL mobile No.[protected] from redbus wallet made on 28/30.11.2018 is requested. It has been told that the amount will be credited to wallat within 7 business days. But so far the inadvertently debited amount of Rs.560/- has not been credited to the wallet as stated please. Early action is solicited.
