Sir,
I applied for bsnl phone & broad band connection on 26th july'2018 after confirmation from the concerned personnel respective engineer (Mr. Yadav) that the place where i am currently residing i. E
Esic medical college nit 3 faridabad (Govt sector).
But so far they haven not installed the same and always give excuses time and again when i enquire for the same. On their confirmation only i submitted the requisite rs. 500 against cust. Id [protected].
This kind of negligence behavior is the only reason behind bsnl lagging behind from private firm.
Kindly help on the same

    My land line number is[protected].
    Bsnl has changed my plan to higher tariff without my consent. I have never seen them changing it to lower tariff with additional benefits for customers!
    Most troublesome part is i have to visit bsnl office leaving all my work to get this plan changed back.
    Please do the needful.

    I recharge my bsnl account for 399 and the amount is debited from bank account but the same was not credited to my bsnl plan

      Every time my money gets deducted from my bsnl mobile without my request. To my surprise i always get sms stating "you are charged rs10 for service voice chat of renewal date[protected]." i unsubscribe it always via 155223 but next month again money gets deducted from my bsnl registered mobile no. [protected]. I have already activated dnd in my number.in spite of several email to bsnl this problem is not solved.

      I am unable to send SMS to 1900 for MNP. I called BSNL customercare but they have no solution. They insist that the problem with 1900. I have no way to reach 1900.
      Network problem of Bsnl...At my location..No network found...No network available at that location .here network tower is present but that tower is close till yesterday morning...So plzz help us to open this tower...thankyou

      I have been trying to use free prime subscribtion offer by bsnl but the link they provided is not working. Tried contacting customer service through call and email but no response. Poor customer service and issue not even addressed yet.
      I am not receiving telephone bills since long time and sometimes it becomes difficult for me to clear telephone bill in time . My cell number has also been registered as [protected] .
      At least a message can also be sent to address as mentioned below :

        I had surrendered my land phone [protected] in november 2017. But even after one year, my security amount rs:1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) not refunded. And i had registered my grievance through their web portal on[protected] as per complaint id:krl/co/2018/2421 (The screen shot is attached herewith). While i check the status of my complaint, alas! It is not there. What shall i do now

        Good evening, we have bought bsnl wireless modem in the month of may from bsnl office. Frequetly we had problems in connection. last week again we had a problem. from the bsnl office they checked and said there is fault in the modem and have to buy new. only three months we used. its not working now. we need new modem. please change and give us.
        Landline connection problem many times
        net not working modem not working.

            The telephone bearing no.[protected] is totally dead since[protected] and inbetween it was rectified and again it got dead. I made many compliants but of no proper response. I am paying for the internet unlimited. Will the bsnl give any concession for the non functioning of the telephone since long.
            Kindly look into the matter to resolve the problem soon so that the connection i will get and the internet also.

              Sir, my cell no is [protected]. I was getting unwanted calls frequently and when i approached your jayanagar center they advised me to send start0 to 1909 and confirming with yes again on 1909. But despite this i am getting messages from bsnl every five minutes causing me untold misery. Even during night i could not sleep properly because of these messages. I am contemplating filing a police complaint and also to approach telecom ministry, as my peace is disturbed beyond limits (I am a senior citizen who is being harassed by bsnl messages). Oflate any no of messages to 1909 is not delivered and failed note comes immediately. If bsnl is desperate to earn revenues, this type of beging does'nt lead any where. Please arrange for a call back on [protected]

I mliving @ mathakkavala, near villoonni post office, kottayam, kerala, i m not getting signals in my mobile, i can't call and use internet from my mobile. On 27 november 2018 time 7:22 pm suddenly bsnl operator has subscribe value added service on my mobile no. Without my request or subscription and deduct my mobile balance. When i asked to customer service center then they denied to this, when i ask regarding my refund they also denied & rude behave with me. Even disconnect my phone call so kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                    I, s. Balasubramanian, got connected to bsnl as early as in 2003 with a cellone prepaid mobile no. [protected]. This number is the registere mobile for all my public accounts, network privacy, banks, it, social networks and my bank accounts connected. Since the sim was of old type, i travelled 2000 km from my present location to kokata and got the same converted to micro/mini sim.in the process i fell down from the cot broken 3 ribs at my age of 80th year. The phone was working nicely till 13.30 hrs 17.11.2018 (The time when i crossed west bengal state limit. Since then the phone is not working. The bengaluru telecome district says to contact calcutta telephones and there is no way to contact the specifed no 1503, the line should be active. With anticipating a surgery at the age of 80, does bsnl want me to travel again for the activation?

                      Hi,

                      I have recharged to my mobile with stv 349 on last monday[19.11.2018] morning through net banking from standard charter bank.

                      The amount not get recharged for the whole day and i had call with customer care and i got information that it was not recharged due to server problem.

                      The amount shroud be refunded within 7 days. But for me its been more than 7 days. Still i did not get refunded with my amount.

                      When i called today morning to customer care named ms. Vidya who was talking so rudely and not give the proper information.

                      I just request to refund my as soon as possible and kindly take action to the employees who are not responding properly to the customer calls.

                        I have made a payment of landline bill for the month of nov2018 via internet banking on 23rd nov2018. The amount of rs.1389 is debited from my account on that day but still i have not received the digital receipt yet. As while making payment there were some net issue encountered before redirecting from bank website to bsnl portal. For more details i have attached the bank receipt.

                          Total Rs 40.00 deducted for service GAME in two times on two dates 20.09.2018 & 10.10.2018 without my consent. Please refer below table for 3 & 4.

                          DND was activated on my mob since 6th Feb 2018 (URN: [protected]). Customer Care, 1503, tells me on 10.10.2018 that I had consented for service GAME thro’ voice call.

                          It is not true, as I have not received any call on this mob since July 2018.

                          It is evident from below call log.

                          This last 5 call log is extracted from my mobile by dialing *123# below.

                          FYI, prior to above deduction, two times Rs 5.00 each time deducted on 14.11.17 & 9.11.17 from my mob balance for service Health Tips without my consent and the money is not returned back still. Please return this also.

                            Yesterday i got debited for a service which i havent opted... Mobile shiksha app. When i complaint at their customer service no. They said we called you and u respond but i havent received any such call from bsnl. Even my caller details and true caller app shows this that i havent got any call. But they are not ready to listen. They told me to go to bsnl office with your documents for getting the details. I have no time for that. I just want to know do they really do this with their customers. Is this the kind of service provided by bsnl to its valuable customer in today's date when every other company is rushing for customer satisfaction.

                              The above phones were released and handed over on 26/11/2018 for security release. First i went to sardarpura bsnl office who directed me to patel nagar bsnl office. Patelnagar bsnl office directed me to get the orders from sardarpura bsnl office for closing of telephones. I went back to sardarpura bsnl office for the orders for closing of the above telephones and thereafter back to patelnagar for handing over of the relesed telephones. The officers and staff were helpful but this procedure was strenuous as i am 81 years old and got the difficuty of movment between the two offices. Pleas simpalifies the procedure to avoid such strenuous movements. After deposit of telephones on 26/11/2018 i request you to please release the security deposits after deduction of any dues. The correspondences for delaying the matters should be avoided.

                                Sir, i was checking a meeseva message i recieved for services i applied for when suddenly around 14 messages started displaying from 56566.. Thank you for subscribing for "bikini world event"10 rupees charged, like so "wall paper special event" "music pack.".. And then messages sending otp for some spicy photo shoot... I have lost the rs 60 of my balance because of these fake subscrptions which i haven't done. Restore my balance. I called up call center immediately but they say i have called that number.. I want my amount back as i haven't called or subscribed

                                  Im trying to port my bsnl number and messaged port to 1900 but im have not received any upc code till now... Im trying to do this since 3 days but not received yet...
                                  Kindly see the issue with bsnl and solve the matter as soon as possible.

The toll free number ends with languages and no further response at all. The sms stop sent fails every time and is not delivered.                                       Took ₹30 from my main balance. Complaint registered but didn't receive any docket #. Later came to know no one customer care agent raised a complaint. Then explained everything and got a reference number. Has been two weeks. No response yet. Called several times and heated usual response - system is down. Today after calling them came to know that they can only raise a complaint on my behalf and can't initiate any refund. Now they ask me to approach the bsnl office in person. Why the hell did they deduct my money and wasted my time on getting residencia for this?
                                      Bsnl good for nothing.

                                        I surrender my landline 247833 on august 17 at Navsari Gujarat
                                        Till i have not get refund
                                        I have been using BSNL Braodband on phone no[protected], in UP East region, in Rihnad Nagar(PIN code231223) my connection was disconnected on 10-sep-2018 but bsnl has given me the bill upto 12-nov-2018, adding whole month charges for subsequent months.
                                        Please arrange to provide me call details from 01/09/2018 to current date against my Mobile no [protected]. BSNL Portal has no option or information available.
