I am writing in response to the Pre-Litigation Lok-Adalat Notice dated 19 July 2023, received from Tata Teleservices Maharashtra Limited regarding Account No.[protected] and an outstanding billing amount of Rs. 745/-. I hereby contest the claims made in the aforementioned notice and present my complaint as follows:

1) I wish to clarify that I have diligently paid all bills for the services provided by Tata Teleservices Maharashtra Limited during the period when the service was active. I have maintained a track record of timely payments for the services rendered to me.
2) The internet connection provided by Tata Teleservices Maharashtra Limited was consistently non-functional, rendering it virtually unusable for the duration of the service agreement. The persistent and unresolved connectivity issues forced me to resort to alternative means of accessing the internet, which was both inconvenient and costly.
3) I request Tata Teleservices Maharashtra Limited to review its customer complaints log files, which should contain ample evidence of my repeated complaints regarding the non-functional internet service. These records should substantiate the legitimacy of my claims regarding the service quality.
4) As a consumer, I am entitled to a reliable and functional internet service in exchange for the payments I have made. The continuous and unresolved issues with the internet service have not only caused significant inconvenience but also hindered my ability to utilize the service for its intended purpose.
5) In light of the persistent non-functionality of the internet service and the associated hardships I have faced, I believe I am entitled to a refund of the payments made during the periods when the service was non-operational.

It is disheartening to note that Tata Teleservices Maharashtra Limited has chosen to take legal action against me without proper investigation and resolution of the genuine service-related issues I have raised. Instead of addressing my concerns, your company has resorted to accusing me of non-payment and threatening legal action.

I urge Tata Teleservices Maharashtra Limited to reconsider its approach and focus on resolving the underlying issues with the provided services. I am willing to cooperate in any fair and impartial dispute resolution process, but I maintain my right to seek redress for the hardships I have endured due to the non-functional internet service.

Please acknowledge the receipt of this response and provide me with details of the actions Tata Teleservices Maharashtra Limited intends to take in addressing these concerns.

      I took intenet broadband on 14.3.23.
      The internet is disconnected today.
      No bill is received by me.
      Customer care intimates an amount Rs628 is due on contact.
      While connecting no email id of mine is taken.
      I down loaded imanage app.
      But iam unable to go in.

        Hi sir
        I was using tata tele broadband services and asked for stopping my services and disconnecting it by customer care tele services and also by mail..But even after multiple attempts they are not doing it and generating next month bill inspite multiple attempts to disconnect the services..
        Please help me in.
        customer services by phone is giving a pre recorded voice that they can't service me.

        We have had tata telebroadband connections since past 4 months and it was not working properly since day 1. Whenever we raised a complaint they would fix the issue temporarily and it would not work most of the time. One day they had a outage for 5 hours and i nearly lost my job. I disconnected their connection despite 2 months of credit and now they wont give me the refund. I tried to contact them multiple times on their toll free number and their email but they are not at all responding.

          Dear Sir,
          I purchased 40 CCP of Tata Keltron Limited renounced by two different employees of this company i.e. 27 CCP from K. Vinay Kumar and 13 CCP from P.N. Anand. The original allottee of these 40 CCP were Mr. Ameen Dass Gupta-27 CCP and Mr. G.P. Thonse-13 CCP, who renounced these share in favour of Mr. K.Vinay kumar and Mr. P.N. Anand respectively. I paid Rs. 2700/-(Rupees two thousand seven hundred ) vide Cheque No. 604026 dated 15-02-93 and Rs. 1300/-(Rupees one thousand three hundred only) vide Cheque No. 604027 dated[protected]. Both these transactions were reflected in Tata Keltron Limited’s Payment Receipt Advice of Week No. 13. But I did not receive the CCP either in physical or digital form till this date. I came to know that TKL was amalgamated into Tata Telecom Ltd. (TTL) and I got a communication from Mr. K.Vinay Kumar Sr. Commercial Officer Tata Fone vide letter No. TKL/DEL/CCP/F-VK42 dated[protected] that pursuant to the amalgamation of TKL into TTL, TKL shareholders were entitled to shares of TTL in the proportion of one Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each TTL for every 25 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of TKL & 10 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/-each of TTL for every 25 Cumulative Convertible Preference Shares of Rs. 100/- each of TKL on the record date of February 15, 1996. I gave my consent to the allotment of shares of TTL but I have not received any share of this company also till date.
          Now I came to know that TTL has been merged into A. G.C. Limited. I have been making correspondence with TTL over these years but no one gave any reply to my letters and no one bothered to address the grievance of a bonafide investor/shareholder of the company. I am forwarding you the copies of these correspondence and the reply received thereby for your kind perusal and further necessary action.
          I always had a great regard for Tata Group Companies but at the same time I tasted a bitter experience over these years. I hope that the company will redress my grievance immediately and allot me the shares of A.G.C. Ltd. Equal to my holdings as narrated above.

            I am getting unwanted calls from Tata Tele Services to buy a plan. 200 X times I said the person who is calling, put my number in DND and every time the person committed that he will put my number on DND and send request to the IT department to remove my number from the listing. But still random calls are coming again and again.

            I wanted to put a case on Tata Tele Services that they are harassing the user without any permission, they are calling again, again, again and again.

            Today i got a call from [protected] and sanjay was that person and i asked him to transfer my call to manager but he came with senior person Aman and i asked him to transfer the call to manager then he again came with team lead (Jitender). ) again the same and started transferring the call but he disconnected the call after sometime.

            Please help me out with this issue.

              Oflate Tata Tele started sending pre legal notice in email asking me to pay due of Rs. 509/-.
              I had disconnected service of Tata tele broadband in Late 2019 due to ineffective service for more than 3 months.

              I was told by their representatives to switch to other operators like Jio / Airtel as they cannot provide any service, although I had made payment for the 3 months poor service. Despite my repeated attempts to close the service (as they are incapable of doing this Business), they generated the invoice and kept sending me emails about the payment reminder.

              This is totally unprofessional & unethical of the Tatas to harass me for their inefficiencies and poor customer service.

              I urge & demand the team refund the amount (paid for 3 months) for their total failure in delivering broadband to my home and poor customer service.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                    We Basan equity broking limited[protected] using PRI line provided by Tata since 2018 as you can check every month I am paying PRI charges and as well as special rental scheme of 2.5K PM(EPBX charges). But last month my line was down so I complained to Tata and a technician visited my place and told me that the problem is of a EPBX and Tata will not solve the issue. But when I am paying 2500 every month then why Tata will not solve the issue. And after all this. My line was down for 12 to 15 days and afterwards I purchased the new EPBX box from a third party vendor and started my PRI Line. And When TATA is not providing the service then Tata should give me the refund which I paid previously.

                        Around 2 calls per day...with no action at all

                        Calls confirming home-visit but no one comes

                        I have mentioned -- the router is probably faulty ...& needs to be changed...but nobody is visiting...its more than 15-days...

                        I hope this "no working" will reflect in my billing for the month

                        Tata service was so prompt ... why is this deteriorating... pls maintain your quality services

                          I have been paying a bill of 532 Rs. every month for my landline numbers under account no.[protected] with Tata Tele Broadband. My phones have been disconnected and unoperational for past 2 months. Tata has been regularly asking me to pay the bills but even after making multiple complaints over 3 months, they have not bothered to respond and look into the matter. I have also sent a mail stating that I wont be paying bills for service that hasnt even been provided. I want a refund for past two months and urgent repair and reconnection service.

                            My landline No[protected] is not working for the past 18 months, tried contacting the TATA Office in Goa but was told everytime that the customer should buy 50 mtr Phone wire, draw the line from pole to the building and only after that their technician will come to rectify the issue, this is not acceptable by any consumer.
                            I also tried contacting the service provider on Toll free and email but was of no help at all.
                            And after 18 months i received a call from TATA asking me to pay Rs.200/- phone bill as my line was active, i only requested them to fix my phone and i will pay the bill.
                            I have lost business as this was my Office landline, many customers would call me for my products.

                                      It’s been more than two years now and I’m still being harassed with this on the basis of dues. I had no WiFi for a month and inspite of calling constantly I was never given any solution as more than half the times my call was never answered. The only time they called me was when they said that I needed to pay the bill for that month which didn’t give me a day of WiFi. So when I told them that I want to disconnect they said that I’ve to pay first. And I kept saying that I needed to discontinue and the customer service kept shouting and saying that they will not discontinue. After a month they called me to say to pay the bills and then they sent a person to disconnect and told me that I’ve a lot of outstanding amount. According to them this outstanding amount was for a month that didn’t give me any WiFi and for the next month for which they did not discontinue even though I called many times saying so. And since then they’ve started harassing and not even once has anyone come forward to help. The people are rude and they keep harassing me on mail and calls. And now they’re threatening me again.
