Hi team,

It has been 3 months now that i have been visiting to telenor store to get my replaced sim however they are not taking things seriously and they are just saying that they can not activate the sim as it has already been done. So far i haven't received any sim from them.

Even after dropping lot of email i am unable to get my replaced sim.

If things keep on going like this i have to go to consumer court to get things done.

And we all know very well that what will happen if consumer court gets into this matter.

So please...

Hi. My name is dr. Karthik. This is regarding [protected] telenor number. I activated a rs.60 full talktime plan and also added a rs.19 international call special rate cutter plan. I have my cousins and friends who live in canada. I took the phone to dial them and as i was talking the call abruptly ended. I didn't know what happened. Then i received a message from telenor that my balance is 4rs. To my shock, i was charged rs.25/min for a call to canada despite having activated the special rate cutter plan. I lost my rs.60 within less than 3mins. Totally disappointed with telenor. I want my full refund...

I was going for 4 g sim on your store opposite vapi railway station on 18.01.2018 at approx. 7 pm, the attendent said that first he has to link my aadhar no to my mobile no., after completing the process he said to pay 20 rs i said give me receipt, but he denied, i also denied to pay after that he stopped my incoming call. Please start my incoming call earliest.....

Uninor / Telenor — money deduction

I am getting unecessary calls from telenor saying you can press 9 to avtivate the service. Even if you dont press any button and end your call the money gets deducted from your account and it happened 3 times with me and i am unable to deactivate the services as i am unable to get connected to customer service. As soon as you press 9 to speak to customer service your call gets disconnect. When you call service numbers to deactivate the service it says thank you and call gets disconnect and no progress. I m fedup of this money deduction and have no other option to leave this pathetic network....

Sir,
I am a consumer of telenor bearing no. [protected]. Mobile phone which i use for telenor sim is simple feature phone of intex. But i am receiving messages upto 15-20 times in a day of paise 20 each towards data charges. While i am not using my phone for data at all. I tried to lodge a complaint on 198 several times but whenever i called representatives told me that their server is down so please call after 5hours. Neither they lodged the complaint nor they did not talk regarding the issue.
I am receiving such deduction since last 15 days and in such way my balance got debited...

Now its unable to use my number

Possibly my number get deactivated and now i need my uninor number reactivated...

What can i do for such issue to be resolve??

My name is himanshu and my uninor no is [protected].
I was using my up east uninor sim card in navi mumbai since last 3 years, but from last 6-7 days i am not getting any signal in my mobile.

On manual search i am receiving airtel, vodafone, aircel and tata docome network but not able to connect on any of these four networks.

My internet banking and other important otp comes on this no. Only and without this no. I am helpless.

I had contacted uninor/telenor up east and maharastra customer care numbers but they are also not helping me out.

I aradhna rai w/o prashant kumar singh a science teacher in kasturba gandhi aawasiya balika vidyalay, manihari. There was biometric installation was going on in my school. My phone was lie down in charging. Someone called up me to submit my thumb impression. I went in another room to submit my thumb impression.
When i came back to check my phone charging status. I did not find my samsung j7 prime phone.

I am not receiving any signal, it is showing "emergency calls only". I want to port my number as i have shift dwarapudi village eastgodavari district and there is no network of telenor, but since there is no signal, i am unable to send port message.

I have raised the issue with telenor customer care and also sent them email, but they haven't provided me any solution.

This is regarding the telenor prepaid service my mobile no is of maharashtra circle my residential address is of ambarnath maharashtra dist thane.
(My main balance on or before 13 dec 2017 was very low i. E. Rs.1/=.)
If i have to move out of maharashtra circle i have to have my main balance above rs 10/= at least to make call or even receive call in mumbai circle.
1. I have done recharge on 13/12/2017 of rs 128/=. I got rs150/= talk time as per i'd code recharge done rs 128.00 (Gst@18%):talktime rs 150.00: 128 t2t local sms, valid till 00:01 12/01/2018. As currently applicable.

First improve service lines.
Do u know how embarassing it is? People searching for interview or people who are working in any organisation.
Plz improve ur services.

Such a stupid service your providing.
Daily 1 gb not activated and in addition to that your deducting my main balance.
First improve service lines.
We are facing problems that the signal automatically gone and we are not able to receive phone calls even we have signals.
But you simply sending msg stating that "you get missed call from so and so number.
Do u know how embarassing it is? People searching for interview or people who are working in any organisation.
Do u know what is thw pressure faced by them and do you not what is the struggle caused...

Few days ago i got the message from telenor that if we recharge with stv 94 then i get unlimited loc/std calls for 28 days, when i recharge next day i got the message that the validity of unlimited calls is 7 days only, then i talked to telenor customer care and informed about it after he checked my mobile account and said that the validity will be 28 days but there is only unlimited calls from telenor to telenor and 1200 mi to other mobile networks per week for 27 days.. After 7 days there is no outgoing calls to other mobile networks and also to telenor to telenor.. When i again called to customer...

I lost my mobile and after two months went to a telenor store to get back my sim card submmited a proof and paid sim charges got my sim back when i tried to recharge its not getting recharegd so till the time i reached the store they were telling that its been three months and your sim is deactivated though i actvated in two months on the other hand airtel sim which was lost in the same mobile at same time they activated my airtel number after 3mnths into postpaid but these telenor isnt giving my number back when i went to headoffice and xplained my problem they said they we cal mee in 15days bt...

So many time i deactivated such services, but @ the time of recharge they activated the same services immediately after recharge. Do not activate any service for this no onwards. I want only incomming & outgoing service for these two no.
The person fr call center mr sukhram not answer properly, talk in rough language.

I am not receiving any signal, it is showing "emergency calls only". i want to port my number as i have shifted to Delhi and there is no network of Telenor, but since there is no signal, i am unable to send PORT message .

i have raised the issue with Telenor customer care and also sent them email, but they haven't provided me any solution.
