My name is _ and i am a customer of bsnl network for the past 10 years. All the people in my family is also users of the service for the past several years.
For the past 1 month, i noticed that several messages like "i miss you. Call me im waiting for you not able to sleep dear hi dear, you are very special to me, please never stop talking to me on 5630066" are been sent from various service numbers like bt - 656300, bt - 655678 etc.. Later i enquired with my friends who are using bsnl network and it was annoying to find that all of them are getting the same messages. Only to female mobile no. S
I request you to please check and stop such activity...

      But, in the telephone bill, my name is printing as abdhiram chandra majumdar.

      And the address of my residence is not full as i need the full address for giving the bsnl bill as a resident proof for my aadhar application.
      The full address of my resident is:
      Abhiram chandra majumdar, s/o late subodh chandra majumdar, h. No.-34, chira chas, near aruna enclave, sai super market gali, p. O.+p. S.-chira chas, dist.-bokaro, pin-827013, jharkhand.

        On 19th november i made a recharge of rs.429/- having a combo pack of internet & talktime facilities in it for 84 days. But since from the day of recharge it has become by regular work to talk to customer care & explain the issue to them about poor internet facilities & calling facilities, even i cant do call or send msg, and every time when i call the customer care, the executive who attend the phone calls will give solution as per there convenience without analyzing the actual problem,
        Some executives are advising to change the network setting mode, after that the sir come to my home to check problem, and they tell that my problem will sort out in 3 day.. Today is 2nd week from that visit, but from that day still not giving any solutions.. So plz do some help.. Or give my recharge back.. Otherwise i have to complain in consumer court

          Sir, i have recharged the phone number [protected] on[protected], and i have received confirmation message also for having been paid, now the bsnl office staff disconnected the service, i don't know what the hell they are doing with out verifying the records how can they stop the service. I am very sorry to say this. If the same thing happened to them can they keep quiet. Atleast let them return the money rs 429/- which i have recharged i don't want there irreplaceable people service, thanks

            I've been using the bsnl network from a long time, recently i made a recharge of rs.429/- having a combo pack of internet & talktime facilities in it for 84 days. But since from the day of recharge it has become by regular work to talk to customer care & explain the issue to them about poor internet facilities & every time when i call the customer care, the executive who attend the phone calls will give solution as per there convenience without analyzing the actual problem,
            Some executives are advising to change the network setting mode manually & some are advising to try in the morning or evening & everyone are so reluctant to know the issue in network, & any how the problem will have to bear by the customer only.

            It clearly vitrines the level of enjoyment the executives are having in their work by responding the very arrogantly & reluctantly

            It seems like people are recruited with no intention to provide the good service, all the value added words are only available in websites, advertisements, news papers & journals etc where no one optioned to reply.

              I a. Janaki rani have surrundered my landline on 13.10.2016 bearing no.23304991 situated at 6-3-96, flat 201, ab heights premnagar, khairatabad, hyderabad. The deposit was not refunded till now. I request you to refund my deposit amount with interest immediately. Other wise i may seek justice in the consumer court. I request the concerned authorities to take positive action at an early date.

                Bsnl broadband is extremely slow for me and i'm getting below 100 kb/s.
                While at night time it's below to 30 kb/s

                Even 2g networks can get better speed than this

                Experiencing this issue from 1/12/2017

                There is no response from bsnl until now.

                When i contacted bsnl customer care they said change dns to google dns. But that's not the issue i have 2 modems and 2 pc's i tried both still same result so the issues are not related to my modem or pc.

                  The signal for BSNL is so poor in Hitec City of Hyderabad which is one of India's renowned corporate area. While the private operators are providing high signal strength here, BSNL signal is almost zero sometimes. The problem is same for data as well as voice also.

                  I have two sims in my mobile one airtel and the other BSNL. While Airtel is good with 3G, BSNL is showing 'G' (for data) and sometimes no signal at all. Could you please take necessary action.

                    As per guideline from honourable supreme court all mobile no should be linked with aadhar card. I have a bsnl no which i want to link with aadhar card. When i went bsnl office near bahu plaza jammu. They told me come with a local reference because i am outsider and can't link my aadhar with my no. Without local reference. I am from uttrakhand and i don't have any local reference because i am new in jammu. Now 25 days are left to link aadhar with mobile no. Do the needful.

I want to block the sim card so that no one mis use it. But the bsnl officials say they require a copy of fir. Only for blocking a sim card, fir should not be insisted upon. I request the bsnl to block my sim immediately.

                        Even there is no one in the bsnl office.

                          Sir, my name is asthad from kerala. I had recharg 1month before bsnl 446 data plan but i can't even get 3g facility from bsnl. I can use only now 2g data and it too slow. I had many times complaint to bsnl customer care office. But there is no answer me a correct solutions. When i convert my data to 3g mode then my net signel goes to fully low range and iam also living in city from kozhikode kerala. I think thats only problem of bsnl sim. No more problems o[censored]sing other networks. So pls solved my problems soon as. I hope a correct resolved answer from consumer complaint authorities.

                                    Dear sir/madam,
                                    I applied for disconnection of my landline[protected] to jto kudal on 29/8/2017 to disconnect phone from 01/09/2017. I paid all dues. On 5/10/2027 i received bill of rs240/ for oct 17. When enquired with kudal office i was informed that phone was disconnected by them on 12/9/17 though my application was from 2/9/17. I lodge online complaint on8/10/17 subsequent reminder on 13/10/17 and on 22/10/17 not to charge me for september and refund my deposit with overdue interest. But to my surprise neither my complaint acknowledged nor my deposit refunded.
                                    As such i herewith request you to redress my complaint at your earliest.

                                      I m not satisfied by staff and frequent faults,
                                      Mr. K. P. Singh behaviour is very poor he saying closure form ki 2nd no. Ki line par tick karo then we will be accept otherwise "jo karna ho kar lena" connection nahi katega.
                                      Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        My no. Is [protected]. I converted my bsnl postpaid sim to prepaid on 25.11.2017. After waiting for many days the signal came today (30.11.2017). I took the sim from bsnl office ntpc kahalgaon. The sim is from bihar circle but currently i am in sikkim. Everytime i try to call 1507 for tele verification the call ends abruptly. Necessary action (With respect to continual delay and inefficiency) is required at your end.

                                        All my otps are registered on this no. Hence activation of this sim is very much important to me.
                                        Also i would regret to mention that the bsnl officers in ntpc kahalgaon are very slow and inefficient in their work and it seems that they are deliberately delaying the services so that ordinary people opt for private company sim cards. This is very disgraceful and disrespectful to ones country and ones job.

                                        Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I submitted my BSNL landline connection for cancellation, my phone no is[protected], please when you return my deposit, I want to know the details.
                                        Without using broadband I paid two to three months rent. This may be the donation to BSNL from my side. Please reply what is the status now?
