STILL I HAVE NOT RECIEVED TELEPHOE BILL OF JUNE-12 OF ABOVE L L NO..I HAVE ALREADY DEPOSIT THE BILL OF
MAY-12 MONTH. BUT BSNL DEMANDING BILL OF MAY & JUNE THROUGH RECORDED MASSAGE. BSNL HARASSING ME
BY DEMANDING DOUBLE BILL & NOT PROVIDING ORIGINAL BILL THROUGH POST/MAIL..OVER & ABOVE BSNL DEMANDING
LATE FEES FOR DEPOSITING BTHE BILL . I TRY MY BEST TO TALK WITH BSNL OFFICER ON TELEPHOE NO.WHICH ARE GIVEN
ON BACK SIDE OF BILL.. TODAY I GOT SUCCESS TO TALK WITH DGM (F&A[protected]. & HE GIVEN ME ONE MOBILE NO.[protected]
OF MR.YADAV. I TALKED WITH HIM.REGARDING PHONE BILL THAT LOT OF PEOPLE OF NTPC COLONY NOT RECEIVED BILL OFJUNE MONTH .HE REPLIED I CAN NOT DO ANY THING .I HAVE LOT OF WORK .PLEASE PROVIDE ME TELEPHONE BILL WITHOUT LATE FEES
OR PENALTYBILL IS REQUIRED TO ME FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF BILL AMOUNT FROM MY COMPANY . I WILL DEFINITELY SUBMIT THE
BILL .I HAVE THIS CONNECTION SINCE 22 YEARS. HOPE BSNL WILL DO NEEDFUL.

        The BSNL Land Line Phone in my house has not been working since march 2012 , My Land Line number is [protected] under vazhayoor Telephone Exchange, Malappuram - (Dist) So many times we submitted the complaint to the Telephone Exchange , but no positive action from their side , They are telling so many excuses without rectifying the problems .

        I kindly request you to take favorable action to solve the above problem .

            THE WORST TELEPHONE EXCHANGE IS THE PATHANAPURAM EXC. TELEPHONES CAN BE DIED FOR SIX MONTHS OR MORE AND IF YOU WAIT THERE FOR ONE HOUR YOU CAN SEE AT LEAST 10 CLIENT COME TO CANCEL THEIR LAND LINE CONNECTION.TRY CALLING ON THE NUMBER TO THE EXCHANGE THERE WILL BE NOBODY TO ATTEND OR THEY WILL NOT PICK THE PHONE .

              My home BSNL landline no is 020/25437274.This phone is not working for last 3 mts.I have given several complaints to the authorities.However they have expressed their inability to repair the same.Now I do not understand what should be done.Should I disconnect the connection.If so this would be a shame on the part of BSNL.

                My BSNL Landline[protected] is out of order since last 12 days a complaint was registered witht he BSNL self care portal on 23rd June 2012 with complaint ID [protected] from bsnl portal subsequently i have contacted BSNL KATOL Road Nagpur exchange customer care No.[protected] I spoke to the JTO Mr. Yadav. and informed him about the problem. He said he is helpless and try to look into the problem as the line man is on leave, i contacted the line man and came to know that he is a lone lineman and cannot do the work of the climbing on the post and checking the DP together. BSNL collects rent from me for this period for which my phone line is faulty and the fault is not detected due the the silly and fancy reasons stating the non availability of a line man.... request to look into the matter

                  I am residing at Sriram Avenue, Sivagai Nagar, Medavakkam in Chennai. Last Saturday I went to to the nearest BSNL exchange to book for Broadband connection.
                  The AE(named Nagarajan) there said he need to inspect the area and then to confirm. GHe gave his number and asked t call him on the number on Monday to get the status.
                  he number given by him was [protected]. Till morning every I ve tried calling this number several times and no one had picked the call.
                  I ve noticed two telephone poles less then 40m from my home. So I hope there should be no problem in registering my connection.
                  But why this Gov. Employers show this sort negligance in doing their for which they are being payed for.
                  Could Gov. ORG/ another GOV. official will be able attend to me on this.

                    Respected Sir,

                    Iam a BSNL mobile prepaid user.Few weeks before I deactivated the all type of SMS and registered in National Customer Preference Registry on 13/6/2012. In response to this on 14/06/2012 BSNL send a message from 1909 number to me saying my Unique Registration Number is [protected].But after 30 days it is automatically activated and send a mail to me "Thanks for Your Laughter club subscription pack will be renewed on 4/7/2012".I didn't activated myself, but BSNL itself saying thanks for activation. Few days before one message regarding video bar advertisement message came similar to above message.When I deactivated it BSNL took 2 Rs .For each subscription they charge at least 20-30 Rs.So Its user wish to activate or deactivate such type of advertisement message.But BSNL itself activating all these type of advertisement without permission from user and deduct money from our prepaid amounts.This action is just similar to blackmailing us.So I kindly request you to take necessary action against BSNL to block all advertisement messages to [protected] mobile.

                      The phone link for my BSNL Broadband keeps connecting and disconnecting all day and in the evening between 5pm to 6pm the link disconnects and is not restored till late at night i.e., after 11 or 12 pm. This has been happening since June 2, 2012 and I have made multiple complaints on the broadband complaint numbers and have also given a complaint letter to the concerned Nodal officer at the shillong office and also Emailed my complaint to the nodal officer shillong and nodal officer North East 1. But have not seen any positive steps taken by the renowned BSNL

                      Only the line-man calls on the land-line phone and asks if the internet is working, I say it is not and he says "Ok We will look into it'.

                      The officials at BSNL are not bothered about the problems faced by their customers but if i miss a payment of a single month (for unavoidable reasons) the phone is promptly cut. I guess they forget that their salaries come from the taxes we pay.

                      Please help me and show me a way of dealing with the above.

                      Whenever a call is made or received , the braod band DSL gets disconnected and then resumes when the call is completed Ph no [protected]

                            Nobody is attending to my complaint of BSNL broadband very unstable and noisy fixed line of number[protected] since last 12 days ,

                            I have taken BSNL broadband for my phone number[protected] recently 12 days back. The issue is mostly it is not working. Its speed is also very slow and it gets disconnected again and again.
                            I have also logged a complaint for noisy telephone line many times but it is also didnt get resolved.
                            I called up 198 , 1500 many times but the customer care executive doesn't pick up the phone. The customer care executives never picks up the phones in yamuna nagar haryana.

                            I have logged many complaints with automated system like complaint number [protected] , [protected] etc , their status changed to resolved without resolving my isssues.

                            Called the Nodal officer but they are not picking up the phones even at[protected].

                            Pls help to resolve both my landline and broadband problem. Also request you to guide yamnuna nagar BSNL to pick up the phones and resolve customer issues urgently.

Nobody turned up. I have been constantly enquiring as to when they would attend to it. Each time they say they will see to it.

                            If you are unable to short out the problem, please inform me so that i can switch to another service provider like Airtel or if you Govt. prople want any amount of money, please tell me.

                            Sir, recently in the month of Jan. 2009 our office has taken broadband connection i.e. 250 kb. after one month the modem was giving problem. i have complained the concerned officer in LB stadium. he advised to go to telephone bhavan.                             I am using a Wireless Modem to access internet. However, since last fortnight, my modem is giving problems with regard to wireless connectivity. When I am connecting my laptop to modem through the LAN Cable, I am getting the internet connectivity.

I tried your so called Customer Care Number[protected] some n number of times, but to my dismay they have not been able to resolve this. Every time I speak to your Customer Care Executive, he/she asks me to follow the same steps to change certain settings. Despite of the fact that every time I tell them I have already followed these steps, but it has not helped me in anyway. This has been going on for last two weeks but nobody has bothered to call back and get this problem fixed which implies that there is no higher authority which is monitoring the Customer Grievances and ensuring their closure on time.

                            I want to understand when I am paying for a wireless modem and not able to use the same then what is the point having it. I would also like to mention the incompetency of your Customer Care Executives who inspite of numerous calls have failed to resolve the problem.

                            I would like you to take adequate steps to make sure that the problem I am facing gets resolved at the earliest and avoid me from this unncessary incovenience which has affected me for the last two weeks.


                            I had sent the above mail to the Nodal Officer, some 3 days back however have not received any reply on it. Looks like the so promising BSNL broadband connection has turned into a nightmare for me which leaves me with no alternative.

                            I had taken a bsnl wireless broadband connection few days back. The wireless broadband worked properly only for 2 days. However, if the network cable is connected to my laptop the internet works or else, it gets disconected. I had called 1504 plenty of times and followed their instructions but all went in vain as they said they will pass the complaint to backend office or something and the problem still persists. It was on 15th of August when they said they will get back to me, but till now I did not get any call from concerned people.

                            What is more painful is that, it takes you minimum of 15 minutes for you to be attended by them (when you call BSNL customer care service numbers 1504 or [protected]), and if they are not able to solve the issue, it gets cut automatically, and you dial up and wait again, this time for for more than 30 minutes...or you will never get attended throught the day...

                            Unbelievable?? Believe it...(for those who are not associated with BSNL service)

                            I am a senior citizen, settled in Senior citizen's complex at 27, Dhyanaprastha, K N Palyam, Vadavalli PO, Coimbatore0641041, having bsnl telefone line[protected]. I applied for and they supplied broadband connection for in the 1st week of October. The techinician came and befor him the broadband would get connected after attempts for one week. But even today, i am without any connectivity. My numerous calls to the AE, other officials are invain. their tollfree number was disconnected thrice this afternoon, which forced me to come to the browsing centre in this heat and write this complaint.. Furthermore, they incorporate my login name and password for direct connctivity(?) and im not comfortable about this.

                            Bsnl advertises that they give the connection for RS99/ to rural areas and I am in rural area. However I am told that they charge Rs. 250/ Will they walk their talk?

                            I have a broadband connection through BSNL phone line-2421078. For last one week the broadband is not working. The contact nos provided by BSNL-2023000 and 2000121 are always switched off.

                            On my complaint lodged with Nodal Officer-Mr. Mr. B. R. Singh by e-mail on 29.10.2009, I received following reply on 30.10.2009:-

                            the broadband of bsnl was taken by me last month and i owned my modem. from 20 days i am having the same problem that adsl light blinks thrice and then is reset. whereas i tested this modem in my friend's house it works properly. in my house even all the connections are perfect but it is reset again and again after every 2 minutes and it takes more than 20 min. to become satble for adsl.

                            my telephone number is 27960407 ,i am having a broad band connection ,my broad band was not working properly.a problem of network cable unplugged arise due to which the connection was not possible.i had contacted the customer care they said problem with my system.i had checked the system with airtel broad band connection it is working properly.recently my broad band was not working from 30.10.2010.i had registered a complaint on the same day my docket no[protected] dated 30/10/2010 at 13:15:51 hrs is still pending.this is not the first time,every time once there is a disconnection it takes more than ten days to recover.even i am not able to pay my bsnl bill from my home.every time i have to move 6 kms for browsing and pay my bill.there is no responce from bsnl.so i fed off and giving this complaint,do the needful at the earliest.
                            YES, I agree with you as my telephone connection has the Broad Band connection too, its disconnecting regularly.I complained at the office about this but they didn't take any action(even they are not responding to my complaints)I made three complaints(on September 2010 ) to the A.E he said i will send a person up to now (12-Dec-2010) no one came here. the main thing is we are getting BILL OF 750 for each month.

                                i'm bsnl customer for 3 years, no other broadband service provider has the coverage in our area except Bsnl. that is the only reason for using their service for such a long time but after we shifted our home i have filed a shift for land line and Broadband connection with BSNL Kalmandabam. but even after 25 days they have not shifted the broadband and land line connection and they are sending the monthly bill to my old home address. now i got my broadband connection from airtel with in 2 days......now i'm trying to disconnect their services but they are asking for the initial bill which they gave 3 years before this is a stupid policy and their services are very bad.....i have tried to contacted all the higher officials but they were not available during office hours. all the assistance sitting out site says the same dialog that he/she has just left and be back in an hour or 2.........i just got fed up with this bsnl employees who are irresponsible...................

                                  I TRILOKI NATH IS HAVING A BSNL BROADBAND PLAN FOR LAST ONE YEAR.
                                  From last 15 days my internet is not working . I filled the complain no.[protected] on 17june 2012. One line man came and resolve the problem of laandline connection but could not solve the problem of Internet connection. Again on 21st june i filled the same complaint no.[protected].
                                  No one came to solve the problem but when i checked the status of complain it shows resolved.
                                  Again i filled the same complain on 23th june No.-[protected] .Again it is showing resolved but no one came to solve the problem.
                                  Again i filled the complain on 27th june No.-[protected].
                                  Sir my internet is still not working ,when i checked my broadband usage in this period it shows Approx. 6GB downloading. I don`t know who is using my internet in between .

                                      I have taken a broadband connection from 25-07-07 from BSNL Indiranagar , Bangalore office on tele no.[protected].From the month of Aug 2007 I am being charged for the access download which I have not accessed at all. We are four member family and children are studing and out from home from 0700 hrs till 1700hrs . the same case with me as I am serving and out from home from 0700hrs till 1700 or some time 1900 hrs . my wife is only at home and she does not know abcd of computer. password is known to me only and enternet is accessed with my presence and permission only . On checking my accout I find that my account is accessed at odd hours in the night and day times when nobody is available.also it is noticed that it is being accessed for 10 to 12 hours some days.
                                      I had complained this matter to Public Grivancess officer Indiranagar office in the month of sep 2007 . But still no action has been taken and no ammount is being refunded to me instead the bills for the months of sep ,oct &nov2007 have been inflated to Rs. 2234/-. I am finding my account is being accessed for more than 2 GB per month by some one .
                                      It is my humble request that to refund access amount billed on my phone and take steps to prevent unauthorised use of my account.

                                      i have subscribed for the Broadband service with 500C plan which include rental free landline service and 175 free calls from the month of May but incpite of that i have been charged for the rental for the month of May and Jane and have received only 50 free calls for the months my consumer no. is 125530.
                                      Enclosed is the letter that we have send to the department after we received the false bill. But till now no action has been taken. Instead they have send us a notice for payment of outstanding dues of telephone bills.

                                      This is to bring to your knowledge that I received the above mentioned bill on 13th of Oct’ 07. I was surprised to see the amount of the bill which was Rs. 33712.00 out of which the amount of internet usage is Rs. 29509.91. This broadband connection is in my office and the type of business I am in the question of so much usage does not arise. After seeing the service records it has been seen that the usage has been done through the nights and the days and also on Sundays. Our office hours are from morning 10.00 am to night 9 pm roughly from Mondays to Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays. Our phone was out of order from 11th of oct 07’ and to 13th of oct’07. I had personally gone to lodge the complain of faulty telephone to the Hakimpara office around 2pm after receiving the bill so that if the service is restored then I will be able to see the service records. Now how can the internet be accessed when the line is not working. I have been regularly changing my passwords also so the question o[censored]sage by some one else also does not arise. I change the passwords and it is not leaked to any one else this is what I can assure you.
                                      For your information this should also be noted that I had changed my password also on 13th of oct. ’07 at around 3 pm by accessing the internet through my mobile GPRS connection. But from the service records it is seen that the usage has not stopped.
                                      I am also attaching the prints of service records from which you will be able to assess that it is completely absurd and not practical. For example on 2007/10/12 the start time is 8.44.49 and the stop time is on 2007/10/13 and note the time which is 8.44.49. Is it practical and possible ? Then take the case of dated 2007/09/13 and 2007/09/17. It shows that the time has overlapped. It has been marked with red pen for your clarification. From this few points it is very clear that there is some fault in your system.
                                      This is something from which you will also understand that this is something ridiculous and unprecedented. If something of this goes on then the faith of general public to the Indian telecom department will be lost.
                                      I would request you to take immediate action and see that this matter is taken care o[censored]rgently. I have lost my mental peace after receiving the bill and I have lost faith in your department. I do not have so much of money to pay the bill. This is a very difficult situation for me I would like you to help me come out of this grim situation.

                                      Data One Broadband — Clarification on the telephone bill for january 2009

                                      was a bb user under plan 250 and changed to home ul 500 plan from december 2008. An application for the same was given on the 15th of december and i was told that the new plan will come into effect from january 2009, but while surfing the official data one website on the 29th of december 2008 i saw that the plan had already been changed to home ul 500. On seeing this i started downloading and now the bill for january 2009 has come showing an amount of Rs 8502 to be paid by 29/01/2009. Please clarify the details. [Specially the bb usage charge of Rs 7100.10 which seems to be appaling]. Kindly give an immediate clarification/details of the complaint lodged.

                                      i am using BSNL broadband since may 08, under the plan UL750 plus, which stated that i will not be charged for monthly rental of landline. but in all the bills received i am charged for monthly rentals also. since last october i have not paid the bill, coz despite my application to AO(cash) dhanbad, the bills are not corrected.

                                      All the usage during the free trial offer of internet connection for 15 days along with unlimited download has been billed by the BSNL Surat Telecom, Gujarat Circle. Despite the complaint been registered on 27-5-09 my complaint still remain unanswered and unsettled.

                                      I had got a connection at lastweek of march, I have went to this connection (Combo Home Plan 500c) becoz 15 days unlimited usage from the day of installation, so we used 15 days unlimited manner. Meanwhile i have checked with custmore care about this offer whether is it applicable for this plan or not, they said it is applicable and you could download till end of the 15 days from the installion , they will deduct the amount when billing amount has send they added.

I have choosed to pay the bill on line automatically through my ICICI Bank A/C. by mistake i have paid the bill of Rs. 708 in cash to Ahemdabad tlecom district vide recept no. [protected] dated27.09.10, with the impression that the payment automatically start from next month, but when i check my ICICI A/c, it was noticed that payment of RS. 708 already debited from my A/c on 24.09.10.                                       First of all it is not a complaint, but a request. I have opt to pay my BB[protected] bill on line automatically through my ICICI A/c and was under impressionthat it will take effect from next month, so I paid the bill Rs. 708 in cash to Ahemdabad Tecom District vide rec. no. [protected] dt. 27.09.10.But when I checked my account i found that the bill amount of Rs. 708 has already been debited from my account automatically on 24.09.10. Hence by my own mistake i have made double payment, hence it is requested that i may be refunded Rs. 708 or adjusted against the forthcoming bill and oblige.

                                      BSNL — BSNL excess bill.

                                      i have received online bill for month Nov 2010 which include broadband installation charges rs. 250 but as per bsnl promotional offers installation charges is waived off during 01-oct-2010 to 15-nov-2010. and when i checked my demand notice (demand ID-175406) online it does not include installation charges.
                                      when i tried to contact authorities they did not respond to my complaints.
                                      plz help me to sort out this problem

                                      Dear sir,

                                      As my broad band usage for last 2 months are billed on very much on higher side, with out usage.

                                      As details show that 14gb data/packets sent/uploaded. which is impractical. and data received is just around 2Gb.

                                      The bill for 2 months is around Rs.8000. but with out that much usage.

                                      If it was in a unlimited usage it would be just around Rs.1500

                                      And plz take a look of our records of past one year, and this seems to be on very much higher side.

                                      We cannot pay this amount, because we have not used that much of 8k.

                                      Usually what will be the credit limit. How do i know that my credit limit has exceeded.

                                      Plz consider this matter at the earliest.
