The phone link for my BSNL Broadband keeps connecting and disconnecting all day and in the evening between 5pm to 6pm the link disconnects and is not restored till late at night i.e., after 11 or 12 pm. This has been happening since June 2, 2012 and I have made multiple complaints on the broadband complaint numbers and have also given a complaint letter to the concerned Nodal officer at the shillong office and also Emailed my complaint to the nodal officer shillong and nodal officer North East 1. But have not seen any positive steps taken by the renowned BSNL

Only the line-man calls on the land-line phone and asks if the internet is working, I say it is not and he says "Ok We will look into it'.

The officials at BSNL are not bothered about the problems faced by their customers but if i miss a payment of a single month (for unavoidable reasons) the phone is promptly cut. I guess they forget that their salaries come from the taxes we pay.

Please help me and show me a way of dealing with the above.

Bsnl Broadband Connection — not gatting broad band connectivity

Dear Sir,

i have broad band connection which is not working, i am trying to contact with BSNL exchange officers including SDO of bharuch ( Gujrat )on his office but no one attends the phone, i have purchased the modem and had deposited one year advance money for this connection.

This is regarding the BSNL broadband connectivity whcih we go a year ago(Data one).Right from the day of its inception, its been on and off.I am a working from home mom and its interfereing with my job.And has been bothering my parents at home who find it convenient to chat with their grand children abroad.Think of the elders and their plight.

sir i m a residential of faridabad.
i m having bsnl broadband 500c plan in hich they promise to provide unlimited downloading at night with 256kbps speed, but here i m not even able to get my downloading completed as soon i start downloading anything it get stopped in between and a message displays server connection reinitiated "downloading can not be continued".I m complaining for this from so many days but not a single solution i have got from bsnl office please help me regarding this

BSNL Broadband — broadband connectivity

I have taken broadband connection for my home from BSNL and am regularly getting problems of its connectivity. Funniest part of the complaint is that i keep on trying to get connected to the net for hours without any success and whenever i call the customer care,they always tell me that there is some fault in the line and will be restored in one day,but immidiately after that the net starts working?????????
I would be glad to know howq this miracle works in BSNL.

BSNL — BSNL BROADBAND CONNECTIVITY

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that the since I have taken a broadband connection of BSNL, I am facing disconnectivity problem. i.e.after each 10-15 mins working it is being disconnected.. I have already made complaint in BSNL office Sector-16, but the person comes according to their convinience.. I have taken 2 days leave for such repair.. But after huge time waiting the person came to my home on that day on which I was in office.. No help line is woking only waiting..........waiting.... waiting.. last 1 hour my call to helpline no.[protected] for customer support executive- is on hold. No one is ready to listen the complaint.......

Please help us to resolve the problem.....

BSNL Broadband — Disconnection of DSL when a call comes or a call is made from the phone

Whenever a call is made or received , the braod band DSL gets disconnected and then resumes when the call is completed Ph no [protected]
Dear sir,
I have already paid bill of Rs.5067.00 on June 11, 2012 vide cheque no. 879961 and was debited from account on June 13, 2012 but my broad band has been disconneted from June 18, 2012 morning. I, therefore, request you to kindly reconnect the BROADBAND immediately so that I may not suffer more regarding sending E-mails and internet banking etc.

        Nobody is attending to my complaint of BSNL broadband very unstable and noisy fixed line of number[protected] since last 12 days ,

        I have taken BSNL broadband for my phone number[protected] recently 12 days back. The issue is mostly it is not working. Its speed is also very slow and it gets disconnected again and again.
        I have also logged a complaint for noisy telephone line many times but it is also didnt get resolved.
        I called up 198 , 1500 many times but the customer care executive doesn't pick up the phone. The customer care executives never picks up the phones in yamuna nagar haryana.

        I have logged many complaints with automated system like complaint number [protected] , [protected] etc , their status changed to resolved without resolving my isssues.

        Called the Nodal officer but they are not picking up the phones even at[protected].

        Pls help to resolve both my landline and broadband problem. Also request you to guide yamnuna nagar BSNL to pick up the phones and resolve customer issues urgently.

        the broadband connection i have doesn work properly , every half an hour it gets disconnected. the signal to noise ratio (snr) is very low its about 6 . please respond at the earliest
        Even after cont complaints from last 2 MONTHS Getting Speed marginally less than Dial-up Internet for my 256kbps Home 900 plan.

        No appropriate action taken yet. and all the complaints are being closed without issue being resolved.

        BSNL Broadband — not able to get a connection - > file is lost

        i had applied for a BSNL telephone line and broadband connection at the same time, i got the phone but the broadband is delayed.
        Surprisingly!!! i recently came to know that my file is stolen or missing from their records.
        i applied once again only for the file to go missing with in 20 min after applying. Nobody knew where the file was, , i had still not got the OB number ..
        It's been a pathetic wait for 3 months.. even though the line is right in front of my place..

        Its high time i plan to hack these lines :)

        We, the residents of Towlichowki - Sheikhpet area have been requesting BSNL to allot broad band facility in our locality for over two years, but in vain. Whenever we approach the BSNL office in towlichowki with our request, they dont even accept our requisition. It is as if, they are bound by accepting the form and hence they are highly reluctant to accept it. Every time we get the same answer - "cables have not been granted yet". Sify has become a monopoly in this area due to BSNL's callousness and is prodividing service of the lowest quality. The residents have to live with it as there is no other service provider to resort to. We request you to kindly help us in this regard. Thank you.

        During the night times our broad band is not working the BSNL ADSL link goes down.

        We have given complaint two weeks before.

        The problem has not been solved when we call the authorities they are neglecting our calls.

        My BSNL broadband, dataone is not workimg since July 2008. I booked several complaint till date. They gave me complaint no. too - like 3443, C102, B630, 826728. Nobody turned up. I have been constantly enquiring as to when they would attend to it. Each time they say they will see to it.

        If you are unable to short out the problem, please inform me so that i can switch to another service provider like Airtel or if you Govt. prople want any amount of money, please tell me.
        I have been a user of BSNL Dataone for couple of years now, however since March 2008 this service has been giving me trouble no end.

        Despite raising complaints with Bangalore telephones and the Dataone complaint center, no one seems to care a heck.

        Every weekend, ON Saturday i visit the KR Puram telephone exchange and meet the officials seated there and they give me an assurance that the LINEMAN will look into the issue !!! Acrimonius that these people who warm seats have the Guts in them to face the customer and not even care a heck.. shameless people i must say

        Sir, recently in the month of Jan. 2009 our office has taken broadband connection i.e. 250 kb. after one month the modem was giving problem. i have complained the concerned officer in LB stadium. he advised to go to telephone bhavan.         after applying for a broadband connection from my phone [protected], i am also supplied the necessary user id and password through my telephone two weeks back. i have also completed the necessary installation work few days ago, but since then i could not connect the broadband for a single time.every time it was shown error that is phone line besey i have already docketed a complain and i shall get the connection as soon as it will start it's normal function. so i am forced to use the slow bsnl dial up till now. i am confused. please help.

        My boradband connection is recently installed. The technician could not connect to internet while configuring modem on 11th April 2009. He said it will be done from server side and i will get it in next 4 hours. That never happened.

        I tried searching on the net and i could see that it should be a problem related with DSL link not being stable. Could some one from BSNL act on this compliant and send some one to correct it.
        Its being last 5days the broad band not working even i have given compalint on 23rd April, still they have not come with a solution.

        i had applied for the bsnl broadband about a month ago, i had also applied for type 2 modem which enables me to use wireless network in my laptop, after about a week one technician along with another person came home and installed the internet and after installing demanded Rs 300/- but we refused to give them the money as they are getting paid by the company for their work .later i realized that i was not able to get connected to the wireless network, i tried several times calling up the customer care but could not succeed then i called up the local helpline and they told me that the modem itself is not proper so they will be sending a technician but so far nobody has come, also the technician`s name Mr Rajendran that they told they will be sending happens to be the same person who had demanded Rs 300/- initially .now neither the customer care people nor this technician is responding to my calls .please take a note and save me from from the greedy staff of your company . kindly give some solution.

        My landline number[protected] is out of order since lat 05 days. I have alredy given complaint through IVRS. Docket Number 492539. Nobody attended till 01/06/2009. Please attend and rectify as it is very much essential for my sick parents at Kolkata.

        We are paying internet rentals regularly still the service is down for almost 15 days and getting interuppted service. BSNL has outsourced installation work and they do not have any control over it. Thrie providers are taking extra maoney for hardware parts and not providing service afterwards and ultimately customers are facing lot of problems.

        BSNL — Problem with the Wireless BroadBand Connection

        I am using a Wireless Modem to access internet. However, since last fortnight, my modem is giving problems with regard to wireless connectivity. When I am connecting my laptop to modem through the LAN Cable, I am getting the internet connectivity.
        However, when I am trying to do the same through wireless, I am not being able to connect the internet. I tried your so called Customer Care Number[protected] some n number of times, but to my dismay they have not been able to resolve this. Every time I speak to your Customer Care Executive, he/she asks me to follow the same steps to change certain settings. Despite of the fact that every time I tell them I have already followed these steps, but it has not helped me in anyway. This has been going on for last two weeks but nobody has bothered to call back and get this problem fixed which implies that there is no higher authority which is monitoring the Customer Grievances and ensuring their closure on time.

        I want to understand when I am paying for a wireless modem and not able to use the same then what is the point having it. I would also like to mention the incompetency of your Customer Care Executives who inspite of numerous calls have failed to resolve the problem.

        I would like you to take adequate steps to make sure that the problem I am facing gets resolved at the earliest and avoid me from this unncessary incovenience which has affected me for the last two weeks.


        I had sent the above mail to the Nodal Officer, some 3 days back however have not received any reply on it. Looks like the so promising BSNL broadband connection has turned into a nightmare for me which leaves me with no alternative.
        If some BSNL Officer is reading this complaint, I hope he/she will take some concrete action to get my issue resolved with in a decent time frame.

        My tele nos, 2325689 and 2328260 are not updated on gurgaon website for on line viewing of telephone bills, whereas these number figure in the directory enquiry. Request BSNL be approached to update these numbers for on line viewing of telephone bills.

        it was now nearly 1 month. my broadband internet not wotking.

        BSNL — BSNL Broadband Connection not working from last 20+ days

        It has been 20+ days where in my BSNL broad band connection is not working. Despite of calling BSNL on a daily basis, this is not rectified. I am looking for some guidance, who should I complain now so that I dont need to follow up with BSNL again to get this rectified.

        I got connection from bsnl broadband before one month but till date this connection not active every day i am 4-5 time calling for Mr Suba Singh he is telling we are doing but till date same problum i call Mr sanjay uniyaal for this complains he also give same reply.
        i call more than 100time to Mr amit he also give us same reply we are doing today iam doing.
        now can you tell me where i can complains can you give me mail id for complains
        my broadband is working two minutes then it was cut after 10 min it will work for 2 min past 2 weeks this problem is continued no one is taking response

        I had applied for Broadband connection in March 2009. I received the modem on April 09, but till now my connection is not activated. I registered so many complaints via 1500 and also went to regional office, but all in vain. I got a huge bill for nothing. Its august and still my broadband is still not functioning.
        I have been using more than 2 years.
        Now the connectivity failed for more than 15 days.Inspite several complainst NOBODY responding, just BSNL staff palying around giving me several numbers on which nobody responding.

        BSNL-telephone and broadband — Not working for past 4 months

        My tel: 23538882 and broadband under R T nagar/Kavalbyrasa is not working( dead) for almost 4 months. In between, they made the tel working for 4-5 days( still broadband was dead)
        I am constantly paying for the service including broadband for past 4 months without any delay, still expecting them to fix it. BSNL is actually charging me for the services which I am not using.
        What makes me more frustrated is the kind of repsonse I get from the authorities like SDE that" give your tel #, I will check it, will let you know..." and no action at all. even after constant follow ups, they will treat me as a new customer everytime when I call and hear the complaint like the first time. These type of "old government owned body mentality" is not acceptable and thats why BSNL is losing customers everyday ( i have many private operators on my doorsteps to provide a better service)
        I need my tel& broadband working; waive off the extra money I paid for the broiadband service immediate!
        Ref complaint No 200082 Dt 06 Aug 09 at BSNL Pune (Maharastra) Circle. Inspite of longoutstanding complaint and repeated calls to various officials concerned, my BB connection is not getting repaired for want of some cable replacement. I wonder the efficiency level of the tecnicians of this Govt Organisation. Probably guranteed job is a deterrence for these type of organisations. Pepole should not get carried away by the aggressive advertisements of BSNL. It is still the Old INEFFICIENCY KI PEHCHAN & not GHAR KI PEHCHAN. In 20 hrs Amarican Army layed OFC in enemy territory (Iraq) 15 years back & it is already 20 Days for me. Please wake up!

        I had applied for BSNL broadband connection 50 days back and still I dont have any response from BSNL. I try to call BSNL people they never pickup the phone and when I met them in person they give lame excuses and ask to come next day. I am very frustated with so long delay.         My Wireless connection in Vadgaon Sheri is not working(Faulty Instrument). No officer is available to look into it. Lineman(Mr Sivarkar every day said it will be addressed on same day) Very very rediculous approach by BSNL officers.

Some time you will land in noiseless zone after the first ring, no one knows were we have landed. This is the worst status of our priemium braodband claimers.         BSNL wireless broadband service not working
        I had taken a bsnl wireless broadband connection few days back. The wireless broadband worked properly only for 2 days. However, if the network cable is connected to my laptop the internet works or else, it gets disconected. I had called 1504 plenty of times and followed their instructions but all went in vain as they said they will pass the complaint to backend office or something and the problem still persists. It was on 15th of August when they said they will get back to me, but till now I did not get any call from concerned people.

        What is more painful is that, it takes you minimum of 15 minutes for you to be attended by them (when you call BSNL customer care service numbers 1504 or [protected]), and if they are not able to solve the issue, it gets cut automatically, and you dial up and wait again, this time for for more than 30 minutes...or you will never get attended throught the day...

        Unbelievable?? Believe it...(for those who are not associated with BSNL service)

        Yes, ..may be they will be busy attending some other calls, but how come it gets disconnected in the mid of your conversation or why is that they do not get back to us when they say so...

        I do not know much about this forum, but I hope that it will serve my purpose.

        I am a senior citizen, settled in Senior citizen's complex at 27, Dhyanaprastha, K N Palyam, Vadavalli PO, Coimbatore0641041, having bsnl telefone line[protected]. I applied for and they supplied broadband connection for in the 1st week of October. The techinician came and befor him the broadband would get connected after attempts for one week. But even today, i am without any connectivity. My numerous calls to the AE, other officials are invain. their tollfree number was disconnected thrice this afternoon, which forced me to come to the browsing centre in this heat and write this complaint.. Furthermore, they incorporate my login name and password for direct connctivity(?) and im not comfortable about this.

        Bsnl advertises that they give the connection for RS99/ to rural areas and I am in rural area. However I am told that they charge Rs. 250/ Will they walk their talk?

        bsnl-broadband — not working

        I have a broadband connection through BSNL phone line-2421078. For last one week the broadband is not working. The contact nos provided by BSNL-2023000 and 2000121 are always switched off.

        On my complaint lodged with Nodal Officer-Mr. Mr. B. R. Singh by e-mail on 29.10.2009, I received following reply on 30.10.2009:-

        "Sir,
        Your grievance has been forwarded to the o/o Area Manager DBL for early action. Pl contact Divisional Engineer (Extl) DBL on Tele no 2441000/2474000 if it is not attended within 2 days.
        Sorry for inconvenience,
        Nodal Officer (PG) Kalyan"

        However till date no body has attended the complaint and none of the phones of Dvil Engineer are available. I do not hope for any better service from BSNL.

        the broadband of bsnl was taken by me last month and i owned my modem. from 20 days i am having the same problem that adsl light blinks thrice and then is reset. whereas i tested this modem in my friend's house it works properly. in my house even all the connections are perfect but it is reset again and again after every 2 minutes and it takes more than 20 min. to become satble for adsl.
        Same problem with my wireless internet connection as well..have been paying bills which is of no use..from past one month wireless internet connection is not working for me also..placed a complaint..till now no response..previously one tech had come to fix he had left a number behind ..i try calling that number its switched off most of the time and today got thru but the guy said place a complaint i will come and check..now airtel wud be a better option as they give gud customer service..its been one week and am still not able to use net ...

        i am a dataone user since 8 months and at present more than 3 months no connection, i have complained several times in telephone and also their complaint books, every months they charged[protected] bill, this is for non connected bsnl data one, every time i have paid bills, the problem which i faced is dsn is not steady

        the bsnl workers coming every week and inform that everything is ok, after they left again same the problem arises.

        i fed up with this probles and i have no use with your data one, kindly check my connection and rectify the problem, otherwise i have to abandoned the connection since no usage and refund the bill amounts which is excess with your company.

        for telephonic complaints nobody taking the phones - so i have to go directly to office and write compalints, you can verifyu my complaints 4-5 times in every month.

        i am a akshaya e centre entrepreneur and i have another connection is in my office - it have no problem and i have been using this connection morethan 4 years it very good speed and relayable, so kindly do needful to rectify the problem

        After a huge number of attempts i got the reason for the disconnection of broadband from an assistant engineer. He told that the connection has been cut due to late payment. But evenafter i paid the amount, BSNL authorities didn't resume the connection till now. I registered the complaint in this regard in all the possible ways(this is my job ticket i got[protected], e-mail, customercare officer, complaint-byperson). But i got a big "NO RESPONSE".

        But, Please note that i received the bill exactly on the bill date till now, for this disconnected connection.

        Bsnl mobile complain no. 4303852 lodged on 22.09.2010 for not activating miss call alert facility. Customer care people says the complained solved & it is closed everytime. but still as on date it not yet solved. Customer care people just giving excuses & are saying transfering to senior authority. After transfering no one receives & finally i have to disconnect the call otherwise there is no meaning for waiting more den 15 minutes on line just to listen the default message of bsnl.

        DISCONNECT OF INTERNET IN ONE DAY MANY TIMES THEY ALSO PROVIDE SLOW SERVICE IN UNLIMITED PLAN. THEY TOLD US WE PROVIDE HIGH INTERNET SPEED AND IN ADVERTISEMENTS THEY SHOW. BUT THEY ARE NOT PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE. I COMPLAINT MANY TIMES IN BSNL OFFICE.
        From last 15 days I am not getting my Broad Band . Several times I registered my complaint but no response . Tried to contact on phone but not lifting from other side . Wants to cancell the connection In last three months it worked for hardly 15 days but I am paying bills punctually

            i'm bsnl customer for 3 years, no other broadband service provider has the coverage in our area except Bsnl. that is the only reason for using their service for such a long time but after we shifted our home i have filed a shift for land line and Broadband connection with BSNL Kalmandabam. but even after 25 days they have not shifted the broadband and land line connection and they are sending the monthly bill to my old home address. now i got my broadband connection from airtel with in 2 days......now i'm trying to disconnect their services but they are asking for the initial bill which they gave 3 years before this is a stupid policy and their services are very bad.....i have tried to contacted all the higher officials but they were not available during office hours. all the assistance sitting out site says the same dialog that he/she has just left and be back in an hour or 2.........i just got fed up with this bsnl employees who are irresponsible...................

              I TRILOKI NATH IS HAVING A BSNL BROADBAND PLAN FOR LAST ONE YEAR.
              From last 15 days my internet is not working . I filled the complain no.[protected] on 17june 2012. One line man came and resolve the problem of laandline connection but could not solve the problem of Internet connection. Again on 21st june i filled the same complaint no.[protected].
              No one came to solve the problem but when i checked the status of complain it shows resolved.
              Again i filled the same complain on 23th june No.-[protected] .Again it is showing resolved but no one came to solve the problem.
              Again i filled the complain on 27th june No.-[protected].
              Sir my internet is still not working ,when i checked my broadband usage in this period it shows Approx. 6GB downloading. I don`t know who is using my internet in between .

                  I have taken a broadband connection from 25-07-07 from BSNL Indiranagar , Bangalore office on tele no.[protected].From the month of Aug 2007 I am being charged for the access download which I have not accessed at all. We are four member family and children are studing and out from home from 0700 hrs till 1700hrs . the same case with me as I am serving and out from home from 0700hrs till 1700 or some time 1900 hrs . my wife is only at home and she does not know abcd of computer. password is known to me only and enternet is accessed with my presence and permission only . On checking my accout I find that my account is accessed at odd hours in the night and day times when nobody is available.also it is noticed that it is being accessed for 10 to 12 hours some days.
                  I had complained this matter to Public Grivancess officer Indiranagar office in the month of sep 2007 . But still no action has been taken and no ammount is being refunded to me instead the bills for the months of sep ,oct &nov2007 have been inflated to Rs. 2234/-. I am finding my account is being accessed for more than 2 GB per month by some one .
                  It is my humble request that to refund access amount billed on my phone and take steps to prevent unauthorised use of my account.

                  This is to bring to your knowledge that I received the above mentioned bill on 13th of Oct’ 07. I was surprised to see the amount of the bill which was Rs. 33712.00 out of which the amount of internet usage is Rs. 29509.91. This broadband connection is in my office and the type of business I am in the question of so much usage does not arise. After seeing the service records it has been seen that the usage has been done through the nights and the days and also on Sundays. Our office hours are from morning 10.00 am to night 9 pm roughly from Mondays to Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays. Our phone was out of order from 11th of oct 07’ and to 13th of oct’07. I had personally gone to lodge the complain of faulty telephone to the Hakimpara office around 2pm after receiving the bill so that if the service is restored then I will be able to see the service records. Now how can the internet be accessed when the line is not working. I have been regularly changing my passwords also so the question o[censored]sage by some one else also does not arise. I change the passwords and it is not leaked to any one else this is what I can assure you.
                  For your information this should also be noted that I had changed my password also on 13th of oct. ’07 at around 3 pm by accessing the internet through my mobile GPRS connection. But from the service records it is seen that the usage has not stopped.
                  I am also attaching the prints of service records from which you will be able to assess that it is completely absurd and not practical. For example on 2007/10/12 the start time is 8.44.49 and the stop time is on 2007/10/13 and note the time which is 8.44.49. Is it practical and possible ? Then take the case of dated 2007/09/13 and 2007/09/17. It shows that the time has overlapped. It has been marked with red pen for your clarification. From this few points it is very clear that there is some fault in your system.
                  This is something from which you will also understand that this is something ridiculous and unprecedented. If something of this goes on then the faith of general public to the Indian telecom department will be lost.
                  I would request you to take immediate action and see that this matter is taken care o[censored]rgently. I have lost my mental peace after receiving the bill and I have lost faith in your department. I do not have so much of money to pay the bill. This is a very difficult situation for me I would like you to help me come out of this grim situation.

                  was a bb user under plan 250 and changed to home ul 500 plan from december 2008. An application for the same was given on the 15th of december and i was told that the new plan will come into effect from january 2009, but while surfing the official data one website on the 29th of december 2008 i saw that the plan had already been changed to home ul 500. On seeing this i started downloading and now the bill for january 2009 has come showing an amount of Rs 8502 to be paid by 29/01/2009. Please clarify the details. [Specially the bb usage charge of Rs 7100.10 which seems to be appaling]. Kindly give an immediate clarification/details of the complaint lodged.

                  As details show that 14gb data/packets sent/uploaded. which is impractical. and data received is just around 2Gb.

                  The bill for 2 months is around Rs.8000. but with out that much usage.

                  If it was in a unlimited usage it would be just around Rs.1500

                  And plz take a look of our records of past one year, and this seems to be on very much higher side.

                  We cannot pay this amount, because we have not used that much of 8k.

                  Usually what will be the credit limit. How do i know that my credit limit has exceeded.

                    My landline with no[protected] is dead from past 10 days. I had registered a complaint by dialing 197 using some other telephone. Till now no action has been taken.

                    I also have Broadband connection (Home 500 plan). The net connection was very good till last month. Recently I am having problems with contineous connection. Net gets disconnected for every 10-15mins and after some time it connects back. This is very disturbing. I request BSNL authorities to rectify these issues as early as possible.

                    Please note that my landline[protected] has been dead for the past 8-9 months. All the complains to the loving BSNL authorities fall on deaf ears.
                    They kept sending me bills for the past 8 months, however this month they have sent me a NIL bill...I suppose they realize that their poor landline is providing no service to me at all.                     Landline is dead not working since one month..
                    My residential line is dead most of the times. Unless I take time and go and complain in person it does not get fixed. Once fixed, it mearly lasts for 1-2 weeks and then it is back to the same old issue.

I have a unlimited broadband connection associated with it from past 5 years. I am using annual payment option. Recently there was a road repair in my area and the BSNL cable was damaged. The local exchange is not ready to replace the cable. The responsible higher officials ( JE and DE) reacted in a non professional way. They spoke very rudely telling they cant come, dig and lay cables. If they are charging 800+ per month then they are responsible to provide the service. (I dont mind if they come and dig). I have paid bill till next year april. I want my connection to be restored soon and two months bill to be refunded.

Even after lodging complaints many times with the respective exchange as well as district SSA, to date no action has been taken. To fire up the agony, they are asking us to replace the land line with WLL, which am not interested at all.                       My BSNL landline no. 25491509 is dead from 18th January,2012 till today. I had complaints several times to exchange, even raised online complaint in bsnl portal, complaint no.[protected]. Till date, no communication from bsnl dum dum exchange as to when the connection will be restored. I have been paying bills till April and discontinued paying further bills of May and June. If the landline is dead from january, then why is bsnl sending bills for the same. My total outstanding bill amount is Rs910 and i will not pay any amount to bsnl untill and unless my telephone line is restored. Pls treat my issue as urgent as i am disconnected for 6 months now..

                          Respected Sir/Madam,

                          The landline bills are not being delivered to our Home address and everytime we have contact the main branch and get a duplicate bill to pay the amount. There has been a change of address updated to offices at the main office, the branch office and there is no signs of the address being changed on the bill and it is still sent with the old address updated. The irony is that when we request for the duplicate bill the address is correct. We are fed up of writing letters about the same issue.

                          Kindly check if this concern can be resolved as soon as possible.

                                As I have already stated in the subject of complaint that one pickpocketing agencies without authentic address regularly pickpocketing holding numbers 54000010/55888015. These remote numbers did not receive any reply message nor receive call and every time response is coming as number does not exist. But these numbers are sending some unwanted messages and after 3/4 days theysend message indicating that Rs. 15 charged in my account. Thus without my consent Rs. 100 or even more is being charged in every month. I cannot unsubscribe or undo the service due to non receiving of the message by the remote numbers.
                                This is happening in approval of BSNL and they are charging me in every month and making the payment to the remote pickpocketor against commission. Mind that I have authorised BSNL to levy call charges on me at the end of a month and I am bound by agreement to make such payment. But Public corporate proceeded to make agreement with a pickpocketor to receive unholy commission from him against my interest. How a public enterprise can make alliance with a remote unauthentic and dishonest agency and realising amount from me without my consent.Inspite of my best efforts I could not communicate with 54000010/55888015
                                Such unethical alliance with remote address can not be a public corporate policy of BSNL. BSNL should limit its activities to deliver connectivity service and can not go for unholistic alliance with dishonestand addressless numbers which are engaged in mal-practice being from a remote address. These are beyond norms of IRDA.
                                I am suffering financial loss in every month and bound to reach to the regulatory authority IRDA after a lapse of 15 days with allegation against public corporate for such unholistic alliance with remote agencies. Please look ito the issue.

                                      Sir, I have purchased a Bsnl sim from distributor Named M.B.Agrawal. Bhusawal Dist.Jalgaon.

                                      Distributor purchases the sim from bsnl office & sell it in local market on high rates & activates the sim in 10 days period taking the money advance from customer. Does Bsnl Bhusawal office sells sim in open markets to such retailers who haress the customers and activate the sim in 10 days period, on the other hand Bsnl denies the direct customer in office as there is no sim available in department.
