I had a land line connection no. [protected]. i have since been transferred (incidentally, i also work with a psu). I had cancelled this phone connection and had paid the final bill, details are as follows:

receipt no. pdy[protected] dated 20.06.2011 for Rs. 1047/= along with surrender of the instrument, and
receipt no. pdy[protected] dated 20.06.2011 for Rs. 1168/=

both payments were for Premkumar Antony Joseph.

I was informed that I would receive the cheque for the deposit within 15 days.

I AM YET TO RECEIVE THE REFUND OF THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT.
It is sad to note that the cancellation amounts are being collected in cash, and the refund cannot be effected on the same date.

I now reside at C 12/17 SAF Games V illage, Koyambedu, Chennai 600109 and have a bsnl landline 24792011.

please effect the refund immediately.

I had taken BSNL land line number 2540869 in NOIDA since 2001.About 6-8 yrs back I requested for addition of Broad Band on the line.Initially broad band worked fine but stated giving problems for about 4 yrs back.Endless complaints with the telephone exchange at Sector 19 did not yield results.Since 01 May 11 months the telephone billing was not there, complaints again were of no use.To mitigate I deposited Rs 4500/-vide receipt nos NDA [protected] dt 4.10.11. This deposit is reflected in Invoice nos [protected] Dt 23.12.11.Seeing not a dent on BSNL in sheer disgust I applied for disconnection of line on 12.01.12 and requesting for refund broad band security charge and adjustment of Rs 4500/-in the settlement bill.
Despite repeatedly requesting still in the subsequently raised invoice number [protected], customer ID nos [protected] dt 31.03.12, the amount payable by me is shown as Rs 4856/- where as deposit amount shown Rs 3714/- and no adjustments have been made for my deposits .To sum up BSNL is to adjust Rs 4500/- which is adhoc payment +900
Broad band security deposit +3714/- in the bill and refund the dues to me.
I sincerely hope BSNL gets its accounts in order.

      I have taken a sim from BSNL DIDIHAT almora circle on 18th Nov. 2011,during taking the sim all documents and photo
      deposited,initially 2-3days working properly,but after that incoming and outgoing call barred,I have done topup on that sim as well
      circulate this no. to all relatives. The BSNL didihat staff has given this sim. his name is Govind. His number is [protected],
      from many days i want 2 make a call,but all times mobile was switch off.
      The BSNL staff is doing business and make foolish to subscribers.

        Sir,
        I have not requested for mobile TV, but suddenly one msg came from BP APALYA on 14/11/2011 that your free trial for mobile TV is going to expire in 2 days & you will Charge Rs150 for subscription, to unsubscribe sms to 55447. when I SMS UNSUB to 55447, it inform that no subscription exists with MimobiTV, kindly Check. on 15th Nov. one msg came from BP-APALYA that "Thank you for subscribing to Mobile TV after free Trial. Your Monthly charges are Rs. 150, enjoy all the channels on this service, to unsubscribe, SMS to 55447" I again SMS UNSUB but still the same sms that no sub exists, I have also complained on customer care to stop the service, he also assured & on 16th I again sent sms then they informed send MYUNSUB TO 55447 &When I send the above sms came for unsubscription. but they have charged Rs. 150/- in present bill. Kindly remove this charges from my bill. my No. is [protected].

          This is the regard of landline phone connection, which is apply more then one year now, at address mention blow, the officer at yerwada exchange Mr jatar is not at all co-operating nor even tell any fix date,

            with all due respect, i do like to communicate to you a laudable work done by your oops....our great company BSNL. Before narrating to you the story i would like to introduce myself to you so that we can have a little acquaintance. Here it goes...My self CHANCHAL KUMAR PANDEY, resides in Lucknow. the reason why i feel i should communicate to you is that i am a loyal consumer of BSNL, my Mob. NO is [protected]and [protected].

            Now my complain is that few months after i bought the SIM...a MSTI PACK (by No.56505) had been activated on [protected] without any request from my side and each time Rs 5 for a month has been charged (by No.[protected] and when at last after all my effort to get it deactivated through the toll free no. given for the deactivation...i did not get any result and decided to call at 1503 to talk to customer care executive.

            interesting part of story starts here... an executive named Mr Manish was on the other side of the call, when i called on 05.12.2011,as the call goes ..he inquired about name and other necessary information and asked me the number through which the service was activated and that time i was unable to answer this question and he said very rudely that he can't help and abruptly disconnected the call nonetheless, he disabled all customer care call from this number, as a result it was impossible for me to call on 1503 to talk to an executive to redress the problem.

            then i decided to mail my complain on email address of customer care but not finding the address i picked ours from the NET and think it will be more appropriate to inform you,sir

            i hope appropriate action will be taken.....soon.
            at least get the service disconnected to resolve my problem...

                I bought a Universal ITC Calling Card of Rs. 300 + Tax.

                I can't able to make calls using the procedure they given in website. I get those information from http://www.bsnl.co.in/service/uitc.htm. But its not work out for me and tried many times in my BSNL land line number.

                Guys...Don't buy ITC cards any more. They are fraudulent.Will i get the amount back (refund)? I am also one of the victim of this. please help.

                Same with me. India government's yet another [censored] enterprise known as "BSNL".
                my father purchase an itc calling card mrp rs 110 form the customer care office of bsnl pipli road kurukshetra (haryana). At home they scratch off the secret pin and follow the instructions on land line to avail it.After many tries they fail.when they read the opp side of card instuructions they saw that the validity period was[protected]. which was expired. my question is who is the responsible for giving us expired itc card. is it our duty to see validity of every item we purchase from the market.if bsnl is serious to provide services to his customer they should have to attand these complaints

                  Broadband — mistake in bill

                  My self rajesh kumar i am working in moser baer india limited.i have take internet connection from bsnl plan 250 monthly.Last three month my bill was came to me looking ok.but in the month of bill sep.-10 bill shown 401rs.but current charge shown 2750rs appox.i have submit my all bill every month.there is major mistake in my bill i am not using too much as per bill shown there must be a very major mistake in my bill.i am requested to you please correct my bill immediately other wise i will not use this service because when i have not used net then how my bill came with huge amount.please investivate what is the problem and reply soon with correction.i have manually submit the complain regarding this matter and have fiven request to change my plan 499 per month.

                    Sir,
                    I Had BSNL Broadband plan of 250. Then I changed the plan to 500 [Unlimited].
                    In the previous plan I got speed of 256 KB/sec as the plan said. But my new plan gave me a speed of max 70 KB/sec till my usage reached 5 or 6 GB and after that the speed reduced to 32 KB/sec. Why it's so? Does the plan gives only this speed? But others who have this plan gets 256 KB/sec.
                    When I searched BSNL plan list there they shown 256 KB/sec.
                    Please help me.

                    Respected Sir/Mam,

                    I am having problems regarding my Bsnl Broadband speed, my bsnl landline No is[protected]. For the past 2-3 yrs i am using Bsnl Broadband and my Plan is 500c Home combo, i was getting surfing speed upto 1.5 Mbps and Download speed upto 250-300 Kbps but for the past 20 days my broadband is not working properly. The speed is very very low (surfing speed 30-40 Kbps and downloading speed 5-10 kbps). I have made several complaints with Bsnl but they haven't rectified it yet and are ignoring my complaints, Latest complaint no are 08689 dt 24.8.2010 and 08903 dt 2.9.2010. Also i had made personal complaints to the S.D.O., J.T.O and the Area Manager but no response it seems they are not bothered at all. So i kindly request you to look forward towards this matter.....

                    I HAVE BSNL BROADBAND HOME 750 PLUS UNLIMITED PLAN FOR BROADBAND SPEED OF 512. BUT THE SPEED IS ONLY 50 -60 KBPS FOR MOST OF DAYS WHICH DOSN"T COME IN DEFINATION OF BROADBAND BY ANY MEANS.I HAVE COMPLAINED TO CMD BSNL BUT SPEED COMES TO 512 AFTER COMPLAINT FOR 1- 2 DAYS ONLY AND AGAIN REVERTS TO 50-60 KBPS.

                        My name is Gourab Bhattacharjee. I've taken a new BSNL sim one week back(number [protected]). I've submitted all necessary documents and it was also activated. I've recharged with FRC 48 and RC55. I'm able to receive incoming call and sms bt unable to call and sms to any number. It is showing sms barred. Also outgoing calls are barred. Even i'm unable call customer care from my number also. Please help regarding this.

                          I can't see my broadband usage for almost 10 days.It say's " This error may prevent further successful operations. Please logout and try to login after some time. If the problem still persists, please contact System Administrator." What to do? please help.
                          I am not able to see my bsnl broadband usage details online.
                          i logged in with my portal id and password and there is no details for paid month and also for the current month.
                          please help me to find the usage details of every month
                          I got five messages intimating me about billing of my Broad Band account.

                            My phone number[protected] is out of order on many accasions particularly on fridays and fualt is being rectified only on Monday afternoon
                            resulting in interruption of phone for four days in a week.This can be checked in the complaint recorded in ur electronic complaint register.(doc number for your reference[protected] dated 12/17/2011) .At times the net is also not made available due to this.Please do needful to have pernamnnt remedy in attending to the fault in order not to repeat the same complaint in future atleast.

MEANWHILE I HAVE LODGED FIVE COMPLAINTS TO THE COMPETENT AUTHORITY VIDE DOCKET NUMBERS AS (1)L1797dated 12/09/11, (2)393 dated 20/09/11,(3)1274 dated 09/11/11 Customer Care Docket No.[protected] dated 30/11/11 and Complaint Lodged to Ministry of Communication / Govt.of India's Docket No.B349 dated 05/12/11, but still today my "ODD-cum-Hazardous-Telephone-problem" has not been solved.                                 dear sir my landline number is [protected] which is in faizabad (u.p) and my number is not working from last 80 to 90 days. it has been lots of time i have been to bsnl office and many times i have complaint but there is no action has been taken.i hope it gets ok soon.

                                  Its my humble request to you to deactivate BSNL Voice Chat service which has been activated on my mobile number [protected] without my knowledge.Please deactivate this service before 20/12/2011 because amount of Rs. 30 is deducted every month from the phone balance.

                                    I have BSNL Prepaid Mobile no [protected], On dated 12/12/2011 at 5:39pm, 40Rs deducted from my mobile balance, with sms "MIMOBITV: Thanks you for Subscribing All Channels/Week Rs. 40/ week, To unsubscibe send MYUNSUB to 55447" after this , I am sent SMS MYUNSUB to 55447, again SMS me on dated 12/12/2011 at 5:54pm "Your Request for UNsubsciption is Done Successfully" but my money Rs.40/- not back to me.
                                    Without my apply to subcribe, why he deduct my amount,
                                    This is very serious Matter,

                                      I have not received confirmation SMS regarding migration to PER SECOND PLAN to my mobile nos.[protected] and [protected]. It is since 5 days from request sent to 53733.
                                      Pl. let me have the confirmation SMS from BSNL for the same as i have to spend more
                                      call charges.

                                      I had sent SMS reading "MSEC" to 53733 on 11.12.2011. Received reply SMS stating to wait for confirmation from BSNL. But till the time of writing this complaint I have not received confirmation from BSNL regarding migration plan to per second plan. I have to incur more expenses for every call. Pl. send the confirmation immediately for having migrated my plan.

                                        I HAD DISCONNECTED & ALL MY DUES HAS CLEARED IN JUNE -2011 . AFTER THAT I APPLIED FOF SECURITY DEPSITE RETURNS. TILL DATE I HAVE VISITED MORE THAN 100 TIMES IN DIMAPUR BSNL OFFICE & MADE REQUEST TO MR. SEKIYA AND ALL ACCOUNT OFFICER INCLUDED GM FINENCE BUT I DIDNOT GOT MY SECURITY DEPOSITE BACK.AS ACCOUNTANT MR. SEKIYA TOLD ME THAT MY SOME DELTA AMOUNT IS REMAIN UNPAID ,THAN I SUBMITTED ITS PAYMENT RECEIPTS OF THAT DAY INCLUDING A RECEIPTS OF MY SECURITES DEPOSITE WHICH I HAD DEPOSITE RS.2000/-(TWO THOUSAND ONNY)AT THE TIME OF CONNECTION.THERE RS.800/-INSTALLATION CHARGE IS EXTREA ,I HAD PAID IN THAT TIME. RELATED THIS EVERY DOCUMENTS I HAD SUBMITTED TO THE OFFICE .SIR I REQUEST YOU KINDELY SEE MY CASE DO NEEDFUL ACTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
