IT HAD STOPPED FOR TWO WEEKS ,BUT TODAY EVENING AGAIN THAT DRAMA STARTED
I AM NOT AT ALL REQUIRED THIS SERVICE
AND I CANNOT PAY FOR THIS SERVICE...

I was recharge my BSNL mobile no [protected] with TOP UP Rs.110 on the date 11/09/2011 at the time 06:07pm and the payment was transfered with ref.no. CCA11ICHQ660IG66618902 transfer to [protected] INB Avenues India private Ltd. But my mobile was not recharged till now. AT the same time the bank was deducted Rs 110 from my SBI account no. [protected] so please either recharge mobile or refund my moneyRs 110 in my A/No....

I am Land Line Tele Phone Custmer since long. A scheme of free SIM was announced very long back to provide for each Land Line Holder. Near about one year time has been elapsed but no SIM to No. 2363369 has been provided, why? Who is responsible? Pl provided immedeately. Reply pl.

i have paid the amount to the retailer but not got benefit. i request please take some action against the operator.

A complaint was sent two months back that the landline is not working. There was no response from anyone for nearly 1 1/2 months. We are (Infocom Network Ltd. , 611, Apex Mall, Tonk Road, jaipur) not receiving telephone bills since few months, the person who distributes the bill throws them some where else. Due to non receivance of bill we have to give penalties because of crossing due date.

My mobile phone ([protected]) was ported from Airtel to BSNL. It worked alright for two months. Now abruptly BSNL has deleted this number from their network from 2nd August. When I contact their Customer Services they say there is no fault with the number. Airtel says they do not have any issues and all the dues to them are cleared. In fact the number was ported only after the dues were cleared. WILL SOMEONE FROM BSNL HELP ME.
