Sir,
I m the holder of telephone no [protected] of BSNL as service provider. Even after various number of times registration of DND they are not providing DND service. They are deducting unfair amount of deduction on account of songs activation, circket subscription etv. I had not opted for any value added service. They are not disconnecting the value added services even after making many requests through sms.

Please look in to matter and oblige

    I went to naroda efp branch on[protected],they gave me assurance for transfering this account ,then after i got the letteron dtd 24-9-09 that your balance 130049 ruppes transfered in your 29930/45 account but till date this is not done.so pl do needful for this as soon as possi

    BSNL — EPF not given

    Respected sir,

    I left BSNL on 17th july 2007. I then joined another company and i had given form for transfer of
    EPF. But the employer told that they cant do it because this is pending with BSNL. I contacted
    BSNL gone several times no use. They spoke rudely stating that you have to go to EPF office.
    I am fed up by this 5 years PF is pending, I was transfered from chennai to bangalore bsnl office. BSNL is not telling me they transfered the funds or not. I am fed up by this. How to get my money
    back. what is the procedure. where i have to go?

    With due respect, it is stated that I had applied for transfer of my EPF amount from account no. MP/13880/08 to account no. DL/25366/73 VIDE form-13 dated 27/03/09 on transfer from MP Circle to New Delhi. But the amount has not been transferred.Kindly do needful.

      My phone number 2774448 in valluvambram exchange is not working from 9/03/08. I already registered this complaint in automatic complaint booking service. Complaint number is O 311(10/03/08). I also contacted Valluvambram exchange in the same day But the complaint remain unattended up to this date .Because the complaint kept unattended I have missed so many important calls.

      This is to inform you that we have been a Broadband & Telephone user of BSNL at the below mentioned factory premises. We are mailing this letter to express our dissatisfaction to your service of frequent disconnection of telephone service, Now a day the service is becoming very poor, this is happing very frequently from 4-5 months, the same we are informing to your telephone exchange at Maddur by telephone where ever it goes out of order and they are also attending our complaints very promptly. But the problems are not solved till date.

      As we know that being in industrial area without continues Broadband and Telephone service we cannot process our company data and cannot communicate to our customers, supplier, our head office and branches.

      Kindly look into this matter seriously to give best service, if not, please tell us without any hesitation to go for alternative service.

      I have serious complain regarding BSNL Mobile Service .on date 28/04/09 in morning i get a Msg from 5566603 that amount Rs.30 is deducated for subscription lovelogy . but other hand i dint send any msg for subcription lovelogy. then Why they deducated mony? . after that i give complain in customer service and tell every thing what ever happen with me .My complain No. is - 3627823 .But i really sorry to say still this problem is not solved i am not getting my dedeucated amount back . whenever i call customer service and ask about my complain they easely and simply say "jald sa jald solve karne ke kossi kar rhae hai " what is this its means they are not serious .Anywaz!! as soon as poosibe i want to solve my problem and want to get my deducted amount back..

      BSNL — mismatch in plan while log on and they actualy provide to me

      Respected Sir/madam, I am requset them to provide me 500C.But when i logging in the userid they gave, i saw it's showing Start up 250. While i am asking with customer care, they told i am still in 500c plan and they told don, t bather about that and all. When i crossed 1 GB usage, i got automated mail to my email. so i went to my exchange, not getting proper answer and they told to contact 1500 again.

      I attached the images of my account information, request you to do solve this issue.

        good morning sir
        i have taken bsnl land-line conection for using internet the no. is[protected] in june 2010. i am govt. employee in education department. i have the taken the scheme of 20% less discount on my no. which is provided by bsnl to every govt custmer. but they have not given me any discount in my any bill. when i ask in bsnl office bhadson they have sent me in patiala branch. i have gone in patiala office they noted my problem and say we will inform u by call. i have submitted the complaint last month when i call them they have not given me any good ans to setisfied me,
        pls help me regarding this matter.

          my balance was deducted 36 rupees. i did not activate any service or call anyone. when i called customer care for continously 3 days, they said they had technical problems and cant retrieve my details and on the third day they said that my balance was not at all deducted. this is happening for the 4th time in 6 months.
          My mobile no is [protected],on 13/4/2011 Rs.42 was deducted from my balance.Previously my balance was Rs.55.24.A message send to me that thank you for downloading caller tune,monthly rental Rs.30 & download charge Rs.12.But I didn't send any request for caller tune I didn't know how BSNL do this type of fraud with customer .I want my money(Rs.42) back which was deducted by BSNL.
          complait for my tele No[protected] is pending since 29 sep 2012.
          no action from bsnl customer care. they gave me a No 2560350 which does not reply.

            Hi All,

            My broadband connection has been disconnected for over a month now though the bill has been paid in advance for the coming full one year. BSNL officials are completely irresponsible and rude. I have raised 2 complaints via telephone and have visited the BSNL echange office located at HBR Layout, Bangalore for over ten times now.

            All they have to say is there is a cable fault but take no action to rectify it. They have provided me numerous numbers of the BSNL head (Mr Baig) for the exhange. The numbers are either inactive or the officials do not respond to the queries. Due to unavailability of private network providers I opted for BSNL and the service provided is utter rubbish and sluggish.

            I would appeal to the consumer court to take strict action against the BSNL officials so that the other consumers do not face such inconvenience.

              BSNL cellone mobile service — subscription collecting automatically

              mobile phone telemarketers and down load providers sending their messages in the tricky way and collecting subscription automaticaly, by oversight or inadvertently we press the button no chance to rectify the mistake. 55678 collecting money every month for sending free down load content, unable to contact this provider and failier my effect to stop this. Please advice me what is the legal procedure to go ahead.

                I have moved into this new house. There is BSNL cable pole just in front of the gate m,aking it difficult to park my car in the portico. I have informed the people concerned many times but no action has been taken. i have lodged a complaint with the Avinashi Complex office. The office is noe even ready to acknowledge the complaint and he is rude to say that it will take its own course to shift the pole.

                I hereby request that the pole be shifted so that I could use the car parking without difficulty.

                    This is second time that i make complaint regarding non working of my phone[protected]. Last month i personely visit to your race couse circle office. After my personal visit only phone start working again. Just check in your system how many days over for last complaint. I already received full bill without any less in charges even i not use days also not consider. Again same thing is happeen phone is not working. I dont want this problem again and again for you it is not possible kindly suggest me i am ready to withdraw your service i will select new service provider. I know from your side to discuss this thing is useless because you peoples never worried about customer. Why should i take your trouble in my shop.

                      my mo no is: [protected], sir i activate 1p/sec scheme before 15 days , but till date i not gate facility. sir i contact custmer care centre 3-4 time but not give proper responce and solution . some time they disconnect our call and some time say your scheme activated, but still date i not gate facilitty. sir i want this facility eargently. sir plese do need ful. and sir your custumer care centre is not give good response due to this i want dissconect my mobile but i give u email with expaction of solution of my problem so sir give solution and give punish ment to custmer care . sir they dont give answer up to 15-20 minute some time . cust have no this much of time, thanking you sir

                          I have recently gotten 3G connection from BSNL. I have not quite understood how and why there is so much variation in the speed. But it was anywhere from 50 kbps to 300 kbps on average (which does not sound like 3G). What is more horrible is that for past week or so, it has come down to 1 kbps to 10 kbps. Now I feel like making a mistake moving from wireless broadband connection to 3G. There is no proper satisfying answer from the call center. The night shift crew is horrible. Will BSNL take note of this please. My sim no. is [protected]. Or someone advise which 3G service is the best in Lucknow.

                            Dear Sir,
                            I am one of your customer owns prepaid mobile No [protected].
                            On September 12, 2011, I have noticed that some Rs 60 have been deducted from my pre-paid balance quoting some unknown `value added service’. I have never subscribed any value added service other than normal telephone usage.
                            A few months ago when I noticed such deduction of Rs 60/- in two adjacent days (30+30) I have called to Customer Care and stopped all value added service and their advertisements in my mobile.
                            Now they started the practice inadvertently. This is nothing but cheating. I want my money back in my mobile. If BSNL is earning money in such a way I don’t care. Stop such service in my mobile.
                            I want my money back in my mobile and stop all VALUE ADDED SERVICE and ADVERTISEMENTS in my mobile phone.
                            I want your action or reply within 10 days from the date of my complaint.

                                    I was recharge my BSNL mobile no [protected] with TOP UP Rs.110 on the date 11/09/2011 at the time 06:07pm and the payment was transfered with ref.no. CCA11ICHQ660IG66618902 transfer to [protected] INB Avenues India private Ltd. But my mobile was not recharged till now. AT the same time the bank was deducted Rs 110 from my SBI account no. [protected] so please either recharge mobile or refund my moneyRs 110 in my A/No.

                                        This is Ravi from Nellore (Nellore District) in Andhra Pradesh, India i am basically BSNL Pre Paid custmer since 5 years my Mobile No.[protected]
                                        Yesterday i.e., 08.09.2011 i was get a missied call from +[protected] when the phone was rang that time i am in another work after 5 mts later after completion of my wokr i saw my mobile one missed call i.e., from +[protected] immediately i am rang to this number no reply i was called for 8seconds after call one massage came from BSNL i.e., service reply after call charges of Rs 12/- i was surprised and immediately call to Call center of BSNL No.1503 and they told this is call from ISD we don't know from which country like that they told to me when was called to BSNL Call center this was happened at morning again i was call to same above call center and they reply the answer the call from M/s VODAPhone i was surprised i am not able to understand why they are doing like this we don't know? in my office 3 customers (BSNL) only they also received in previously from the same no or other nos but charges they had Rs 12/- within the minuet.
                                        so, i am requesting you please find the above no why they are called to my number first of all how they know my number ? please enqurey please inform to my email id [protected]@gmail.com or phone to my above said number
