Sir,
This is in reference to the requist i raised for the mobile number portability, It has been more than a month but still this is not processed.
I have contacted the BSNL customer care( existing service provider) and also to the Airtel customer service(Service provider for which i want to shift), but there is no proper responce from both.

Here are my details

I want to switch to Airtel network from BSNL

    while getting the internet bill from BSNL ( internet through land line No.[protected], I am getting the BSNL Games on demand charges even after deactivation request send to Games on demand thrice. Moreover each and every month after approaching JE BSNL at where payment been made, Rs. 200/- for Games on Demand will be deducted from the bill before payment of bill amount. It is requested that may please be deactivated the Games on Demand as well as requested to send the correct billing amout after deducting the Games on demand Charges. It is also like to mention that If, it Continues then I will lodge case against Games on Demand leegally through High Court Authorities.

    bsnl game on demand - DEACTIVATION OF GAME ON DEMAND ON MY BORADBAND IN THE PHONE : [protected]
    Inspite of repeated calls on[protected] and[protected] for deactivating the BSNL Games on Demand, no body is packing the phone. I dont want Games on Demand service anymore.

    Please deactivate Games on Demand on BSNL broad band number[protected] immediately.

      My landline phone is completely dead from April 2011 more than 2 months. I want to lodge a complaint through bsnl phone but thre are no bsnl phone in the telephone booth everybody is using TATA & Reliance phone so I contacted them their office landline number one of the staff picked up the phone and told me to make a complaint in 198 no. I tried to tell her my problem but she is not ready to listen it and said "don't argue with me". With no proper or absoulte no help from the staff at the Kalyan Telephone exchange I am really confused & disturbed, how can an organisation employ such ridiculous staff at a Government owned organisation I approached them through one of sr. retired officials of MTNL and I got a reply the cable is damaged. Whenever I try to contact them the answer is same . If the cable is damaged why they are not changing. Changing the cable will take 2-3 months?

      If you will not rectify the same in one week’s time, I will take a decision to surrender the phone. At any cost, please make sure that you will not deduct any monthly charges, etc. during the period from my landline is dead.

      my BSNL phone line is dead from 7 months. i did so many complaints but i didn't get any response by BSNL company.and i paid bill of 3 months while phone was dead.so i hope i will get solve this problem soon.

        Dear Sir,

        This to inform that i have BSNL mobile service provider and i want to change this service provider,
        But when I sending the PORT Sms to 1900. the message will not delivered. (i.e sending failed).

        And also for this inconvinience i Call to Customer Care 1503 they dont support me about that problem...

        When i call again they will dissconnect my call again and again...

        i will try this near about 8-10 days...
        But they not give me UPC code at this moment....


        i request you please solved my this problem urgently...

              I am using a bsnl pre-paid sim card #[protected] which failed to work after about 1 1/2 years o[censored]se.
              When I approached the local bsnl office at Puttaparthy, AP 515134 in order to replace the card which still has a balance of Rs. 480 and odd, I was told by the customer service officer, a Mr. Venkat Reddy that they had no blank sim cards and that I should go back after a week.

              When I called the office after 3 days, another person told me that the blank sims were available. So, I again returned to Mr. Venkat Reddy on Saturday July 03, 2011 and filled up an application form for a duplicated sim with xerox of ration card and photo and old sim card. He then gave me the duplicate sim and told me that it would be activated after 2 hours. It is now Sunday evening, and more than a day but the duplicate sim is still unactivated.

              My telephone number [protected] has been registered with banks and offices as my official number, so I am experiencing a lot of difficulty without this number. I visited the office in Puttaparthi two times, but still the duplicate sim is not working

              PLEASE ACTIVATE MY DUPLICATE SIM AS MY NUMBER HAS BEEN REGISTERED AT VARIOUS OFFICES AND WITHOUT THIS NUMBER I AM EXPERIENCING A LOT OF AGGRAVATION

                With due respect I have to say that I have combo 750+ home plan with govt. empl.discount. I have not applied for MUSIC HUNGAMA FACILITY, but it has been activated and charged regularly from JULY 2010 till now. So, please deactivate the above facility and adjust all the bill amount as early as possible.

                I am a user of BSNL Home UL Combo Plus scheme user of broadband services. I never use the landline provided in this scheme for making phone calls. But almost every month BSNL is charging me with fictitious usage charges of around 250 to 300 Rs in the name of Local and STD calls made from the handset. I have even experimented by removing the receiver from the cables. Still there remain some call usage!

                Why the hell on earth the customer should not have meter installed in his premises for measuring calls? Is there any country in the world where such stupid system prevails? These govt giants are robbing people in the name of monopolistic business. Severe action should be taken for such practices.

                  I m user of BSNL Mobile Number [protected]. I m using this No for internet purpose. What my net
                  speed is very slow then other Numbers. I had insert other sim in my Modem it giving me more
                  speed then this Number. I have got Modem in BSNL Office. Speed of modem is 7.2 mbs even than
                  my net speed is very slow. I had made frequently call to BSNL customer care they suggest me to
                  change sim card. I have changed my sim card even than the speed is very slow .Then I agsain
                  made call to customer care and he persuade me that my problem will solve with in 24 hours.
                  What it is more than a week problem is stil remain same. please look at my isue and solve it as
                  soon as u can.

                    This is an email I have sent to board of directors yet no action has been taken.

                    My BSNL land line Number[protected]

                    I have been using BSNL broad band and landline for 2 years. Broad band is acceptable but the hand set provided initially was faulty. I had hardly used handset for a month. I could hardly receive calls and could never make calls. I made numerous telephonic complaints on automated system and your customer care advisers are so unprofessional and are trained to speak parrot’s language. They take complains but action is never taken. Not even that whenever my brother went to pay bills he made an extra personal complain about the handset which always went in vain. In my point of view either the staff is trained to take costumers in false confidence or they aren’t qualified to hold any responsible positions or I am one of the victim of racism.

                    I have bad signal problem at my residence. Hence the only mode of communication is land line especially for receiving international calls and in emergency situations.

                    After numerous complaints once an unqualified technician was sent, who didn’t know the mouth and of the hand set, instead of listening to handset problems he lifted the receiver and simply said it’s working and left. I didn’t understand why he didn’t bother to check the phone properly and replaced it with a new phone. It took me nearly a year to realise that he was expecting bribe. I was so fed up with the BSNL service that two months ago I gave 100 rupees to one the technician to replace the phone ironically he replaced it with used and faulty handset. This was a shameful trick by Hyderabad’s BSNL branch.

                    BSNL website is not less than a joke. It has unnecessary and time consuming information. It only has a postal address in contact, Email and telephone number is missing, complaint blog is hidden somewhere in the maze on Website. I don’t have to remind that this is a 21st century. What a frustrated customer like me should do? If you want I’ll send a link of a proper website as an example.

                    Screw this in your brain “I am not getting this service for free, I damn pay my hard earned bill every month”. BSNL is very strict in collecting bill but when it comes to give good product and service it treats it’s costumers as if they are giving service for free.

                    I know what my costumer rights are. I had enough with BSNL. If my telephone is not replaced with new handset in good working order I shall take legal action and this letter and your handset and record of calls will be my genuine evidence to approach ICRPC. Before taking any legal action I shall sign petitions from BSNL costumers and I’ll post this letter on all national and international community websites and I shall also send a mail to Fair Trade Agencies outside India. I’ll show the world how unfair BSNL is with its customers.

                    My grandmother is critically ill. Emergencies don’t knok the door in advance. If any emergency happens and due to lack of communication things gets delayed with my grandmother. I will sue BSNL.

                    I would be grateful if my handset is replaced with new handset in good working order in five to seven working days. I hope I won’t be provided with used and out-dated handset. I hope I am dealing with professionals now and I am expecting an acknowledgement.

                      I am Jayasankar from Lawspet, Puducherry. I raised a complaint on 26-July-2011 (SR#[protected]) regarding my phone was totally dead. The docket was closed three days back, but the issue is not yet resolved. More than a week i am running behind BSNL Local office and met JE, AE, but it was totally waste and i m at the end of frustration limit. I don't know how they closed my docket without resolving the issue. In the city limit more than a week my Landline is not working, but the department can't able to find out the exact picture.

                      I am totally frustrated.

                        Some is calling every now and then not known, who he/she is.
                        How to restrict or debarr the persons from calling at out telephone.

                              I have shifted from Kolkata-700107 to Kolkata-700099. My Broadband telephone no. was[protected]. I applied for tranfer of the line to my new residence. But no action taken in this regard. Please help me. Work Order No.-KIE/S/OP/HA/09-10/0024 Dt.25.04.09. The case is concerned to Survey Park Exchange under Ranikuthi exchange of Kolkata.

                              i had booked a broadband connection on 27 november to be installed in sector 56, gurgaon but not been installed till 11 december. the bsnl executive had promised to get it installed with ih 3-4 days. inspite of following it up daily no proper response is coming througn.

                              I want to change my broadband connection password. how can i change it ?

                              i have conction in tanuku bsnl broad band i complinted abt change my password i give a latter to satyanaryana (JTO) but he did not respond imeditly

                              plz chang my pass word imediatly for the purpose of direct acess internet
                              so plz rectify problem as soon as possible...

                              With due respect I have to say that I have BB Home UL 499/- plan with student.discount. I have not applied for Home 500/- Plan, but it has been activated and charged regularly from AUGUST 2010 till now & I did not understands your Broadband Services. Which process I solv this ''Over Billing'' problms??? I have registration in this side but, I did not better fill effect in this side. So, kindly help me. Did you help me?

                              It's not a first time, It's more then 10 time I knock you & your B.S.N.L. all of Local District &State level officers or office. But, My problems did not solv.

                                Dear Sir,
                                i applied for a landline connection that i was refused due to non fisibility in my area.they sain you can apply for WLL, i again applied for WLL now they are not giving this from last 10-15 days, when ever i send someone to ask the say we will do it in 2-3 days, i am fed up of the answer. i have paid the amount twice one time for landline and next time for WLL my reg no with Bajaj nagar exchange Jaipur is [protected]

                                what should i do with this rubbish company called BSNL

                                  CHARGES IN BRODBAND
                                  I applied for brodband in my telephone no.[protected] in march 2011,with my own modem,they told me brodband will start within a week,they comes to my home & install the modem. after one month i got a bill from bsnl they charged Rs.250 for installation & rant of brodband, while brodband yet not install !!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I complaint on 01/06/2011 about above.But there is no reply from bsnl.Again today i write a reminder of my complaint.
                                  They are worn me to paid this all amount otherwise my telephone will disconnect !!!!!
                                  Please look in matter as soon as posibble.

                                    I changed b snl plan 199 to bb6 wjth25 from 18/2/201, bsnl chraged one months ussase wjthout splitting as per plan and nr responding to compeet

                                    BSNL Broadband — plan charge is high

                                    Now Tamilnadu Bsnl Broadband Business Plan charge is very very high, & Speed is very very less in compare it companies of

                                    1.Airtel Broadband
                                    2. wi5 Broadband
                                    3. Tata Broadband
                                    Sir,

                                        Since last three month, got the monthly telephone bill very high. Bill amount found more than Rs.1000/ per month which is very high w.r.t usages of the landline phone. I have sent application to get the detail but till date no feedback received.
