CALL CHARGES

When i call to other network they charge more than respective my plan.
my plan is : nastham
(when i call to except BSNL network they charge extra amount)

for example:

i called [protected] at 12:11p.m in[protected] and my call duration is 457 secondas,to this call they charge Rs 5.70 ,according to my plan to charge Rs5.484.
in this case they charge more than actual charge.

unauthorised charging of phone call

Activated this Plan however, i'm being deducted 1rs per call

Hi,

I had recharged my BSNL prepaid phone(+91-[protected]) with RC58 which activates the all @ 49 plan. For a couple of days I was able to make calls at 50p. However, now i'm being charged rs1 for all services. Please do the needful to see that its fixed. I'm unable to raise a complaint because the customer care is busy always and is pathetic.

EXCESS CHARGED

I AM HAVING CELLONE EXCEL PREPAID CONNECTION ACTIVATED WITH ALL 49 BOOSTER PLAN. THE TERMS AND CONDITION IS 49 PAISE PER MINUTE TO ANY NUMBER IN INDIA. HOWEVER ON[protected] AT 11.40AM WHEN I CALLED TO BSNL NUMBER [protected] FOR 10 Min 12 Sec, I HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS.16.50PAISE. THIS IS NOT CORRECT AS PER THE PLAN TARIFF AND FOUND EXORBITANTLY HIGH. REQUESTED TO CHECK AND CORRECTTHE ERROR IMMEDIATELY.
