Sir,
I am Mrs.Nirmala Rajan, Revathy, Vattaplamood, Varkala, Telephone No.[protected] with broadband connection. We are two SENIOR CITIZENS only are living at this residence. I am 63 yr.old retired Govt.HSA recovering from a breast removable operation at RCC Thiruvananthapuram and my husband 76 year old Defence pensioner. We have TWO daughters working and staying abroad with their families. Daily telephone call from them are very essential for our life support.
For the last THREE WEEKS our above-said telephone is faulty. First it was completetly dead. On registering complaint on tel.2602198 Lineman Mr. Rajan visited our residence. He first said the fault is due cable fault due to digging on the road in front. I told him the digging was done by Water Dept. only one week after the fault appeared. Then after checking and contacting, he rectified the fault. As soon as he started his bike and let, the fault reappeared this time No. incomming calls. On my next complaint he visited and declared my "Caller ID telephone' till then working, faulty. I gave a replacement, a BSNL phone, then he said the line connecting the Spliter Unit(ADSL and Tel)with the line is faulty. I provided a new one from my computer spares. Tel. was working till he started his bike and passed the gate. Incomming call fault reappeared. Last night I have booked fault again. The No. is 31. For God's sake have pitty on this aged couple and instruct the concerned to make our telephone fully serviceable. We are not aware if there is any other reasons for punishing us like this. We are not able to continue at this condition. Do not force us to look for other telephone and broadband providers. We are with the BSNL for more than 25 years. Thanking you, Sir. Mrs.Nirmala Rajan.
