I am G;anesh, using mobile No.[protected] Excel prepaid sim card of BSNL. On 15th August I have recharged rupees 330 through Indian Overseal debit card through online. The following are the details of transaction:

Whereas till today ie.20th August 2010 recharge was not done by BSNL though the amount is debited in IOB Account.
I tried several times through BSNL Toll free complaint no.[protected] but not getting proper solution .k Kindly helpl me to get the problem resolved.

    BSNL mobile services in Nizampet Village especially Bhandari layout is very very poor the coverage is failing almost for 8-10 hours there is no signal available the signal completely fails during rain and Power failure.
    BSNL is boasting of coverage and good quality services should feel shame there is no Land line coverage, NO land line service is available, besides mobile services is going bad to worst the SDO and other officials sets in thier chair for passing the time and taking fat salary, without doing any good to the public.
    The residents/ user has to depend on Line man why, why cannot the engineers and higher officials do/ take any corrective action. when other services tile airtel and other services are providing services BSNL officeholders intact the entire team are simply sitting in their office, allowing other operators to grab the bussiness.

    I acn agree 100%, even BSNL is selling 3G sim cards, but in Nizampet village, Hyderabad.There is no 2G signals at all.This complaints I can see from past 2 yaers
    It is very very poor, i can't even send SMS also, i could never make calls, life is hell with BSNL network..i have nothing say about that dead service

      A month ago I bought USB Modem (NIC) from BSNL with assrance that the product will work effectively in the specific area as I quote. But after installation experience is bad as In my bed room ( Ground Floor) there is no signal for proper functioning resulted into disconnection after use every time. regarding this I lodge a verbal complaint to Sh.Kuldeep Singh (connected with Broad band) Ranjit Avenue Headoffice in Amritsar. Sh.Kuldeep Singh deliver me a Mobile Number [protected] saying that You told your problem to this number.After a long waiting Shri Niwas listen my problem and assured that he will visit the location but aftera week I am sorry nto say that no body visited nor problem solved.

        This is to draw your kind attention towards our office landline No22823362 which is not working for the past 4 weeks. We have filed the complaint 5 times for the same from NAR 27407, NAR 27271, NAR 28456, NAR 28916, NAR 29612 but it seems that no action has been taken from your side. This is the 6th time we are filing complaint. When we personally visited your office, operator said that the ring is going but we are not getting any call on our telephone. Since ours is a Service oriented industry more than half of our work is done through telephone itself and our customers are really facing difficulty in getting connected to us. So, Kindly look into it and do the needful as early as possible. Our office address is given below

            The internet is not working. I have tried to lodge the telephonic complaint with the concerned departmen.
            I contacted the officials in the office of BSNL but no action. The phone lines do not response and do not talk in healthy way. I expect some response from BSNL authorities to please look in to the grievance of the customers in a professional manner please.

AND ON CONTACTING THE CONCERNED OFFICER, WE WERE INFORMED THA THE PERSON HAS ALREADY LEFT FOR OTHER JOB AT 11.30 am. SO HE WILL ATTEND YOUR PROBLEM ON 29-08-14 .BUT NO ONE HAS TURNED UP TIULL 1-00pm ON 30-08-14.

            NOW WHERE SHALL WE CONTACT SO THAT THE PRIBLEM GETS SOLVED, WHERE ALREADY 60 HOURS HAVE PASSED UNATTENDED FOR THE SYSTEM WHICH HAS BECOME A LIFELINE FOR EVERY INDIVIDUAL.

              I have been using BSNL pre paid service for almost 4 years. Today morning when I woke up I saw a message saying THANK YOU FOR SUBSCRIBING AT GOVERNMENTJOB.COM. YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS 20 SO AND SO. I have not received any message to activate such services. I am enough aware of prank calls and messages, I am sure I haven’t received any such message. But today morning I saw above message saying you have been charged Rs 20. I call customer care for the details. I called up them three times, but no one was able to give any information who and when did the service was activated. Even one guy told me that the charge deducted for the caller tune you deactivated before some time but not able to say when. RIDICULERS!!!!!!!

              I am damn sure these people are deducting this money from so many customer like me. This issue should get addressed otherwise this telecom company will steal money from our pocket and we wouldn’t do anything.

              Appreciate if this would be addressed and get resolved.

              I HAVE USING BSNL PRI-PED LAST 5 YEAR.
              MY BSNL RBT NOT ACTIVET.
              I HAVE Complaints LAST 2 MONTH.
              NOBODY CAN SOLVE IT.

              i have using bsnl prepaid sim since last 1 year. as per bsnl schime 49pasaie / call i have activeted by deducting Rs 90 from my balance on 5 dec 2009 for 1 year. they have deducted Rs 90 on 18 aug 2010 for re activation charge for the above schime 4 month before 1 year. i have called several time to custemer care but no one give answer why this is hapened and one gay told that this is not unfair.

              i am contacting BSNL customer care Gujarat on 1503 from 7th July-11 onwards to remove 20 paisa scheme and remove my two BSNL numbers. Every customer care representative like nidhi mehta, sahil, amish, paresh patel replaying my two numbers will be removed in 24 hours but still it is not removed. So what to do????

                The monopoly of the officer of billing section Athagarh BSNL office, making mistake with bill . As per the advice of the connection officer I paid ( deposited) Rs250/- for a WLL new connection & Rs750/- for onetime advance for internet is enough they told.
                But with my first bill the amount revised as due upon me, which is added to current bill, ( copy of 1st bill & receipt of Rs 250+750 attached with this).
                I think the officer making mistake of deducting my onetime payment. Before connection they committed me that the total amount will be Rs1000/- ( 250+750) for new connection plus internet, & now they saying that I have to pay Rs750/- more is with my bill.
                I think it is wrong,
                If it is right, - then the officers cheating people to make good target for department making false statement with public.
                MY REQUEST TO BSNL WLL DEPT.
                If my complaint is right, please take necessary action soon.Deduct my extra Rs750/- & the service charges, as charged on it.

                If I am wrong, please write me the process to get return of my deposited cash & take action on the cheating officers who presents false statement to new costumers.
                ( I am talking about Mr Sahoo on computer with J.E, Athagarh Bsnl Ofice).
                If anybody can give good suggestion please do that.

                    I have loaded the bsnl mobile investor pack in my mobile through their sms settings option. Two months before my mobile has a problem and i updated my software. In updation the pack was deleted but they are continously deducting the monthy charges for the pack Rs 30. My request is either they send the sms setting again or they unsubscribe my pack and stop deducting the monthly charges from my account

                      To avail the facility of "Reduced call charges to any two BSNL numbers", I sent a text message on 14-Aug-2010 in the night, in the format "EXCELP [protected] [protected]" to 53733 from my no. [protected], in order to enjoy Re 0.20/min call rate for the nos [protected] and [protected]". No acknowledgement against the above SMS was received. Further, speaking to a Helpline executive revealed no such SMS was received at your end. This compelled me to send the same SMS quite a number of times on Sunday, 15-Aug-2010. Unfortunately, even today, on 18-Aug-2010, the service remains unactivated and the standard call rate of Re 0.49/min is charged when the above 2 numbers are called from my no.

                      In this matter, no cooperation from the Helpline executives was received at any point of time. Not only their attitude was harsh, they could not suggest any solution to this problem either, proving their inaptness for the position they are in. And its disgraceful the way the information provided by one executive differed from the other.

                      An SMS that never reaches, 4 long days pass and even then a service does not get activated, uninformed and impolite Helpline executives - these are not the things a service provider of your repute can really boast of.

                      It's expected the service would be activated for my number as soon as possible.

                      CellOne Mobile — poor service

                      i am a customer of bsnl mobile from the past 4 years. by mistake one day star button was pressed by me while calling. a sms came from your side that my caller tune will b copied after 24hrs. and if you want to discontinue this process please send no as sms to 56700. i sent that message but then also my caller tune was copied. i made a complaint regarding this to your customer care service centre,they forwarded my complaint. but till now no actions has been taken. i request you to please take some action.

[protected]. from the first day of activation there is problem to connect particular no [protected].whenerver i dial this number it always say that "All routs are vesi Please dail after some time" but till date i was not able to call single time.Howere despite my repeted complaint to the customer care center ( no. J[protected] dt.15/10/08) for last more than 15 days they always says that your problem will solve within 24 hours but till date problem is not soutout.now i have no other opition left to file a consumer complaint.

                        I have taken a Broadband connecaion but till date I have not been able to geat the services I need. I am not able to browse any sits due to server not found problem. The matter was brought to the notice of this no.who installed the system [protected], but to no avail. I have paid installation charges /usage charges for no service till date. Kindly help.
                        We have lodged complaint regarding non-configration of Broadband connection at ours on telephone no.[protected] at SCO No. 398, Sector-20, Panchkula in Punjab National Bank branch. But the grievance has not been yet redressed.

                        The attitude is not appreciated, as we are corporate office and requires urgently internet facility for official purposes.

                        Kindly look into personally and get the same connected immediately.

                          This is to inform that after repeated complaints of about one-month the telephone department has not rectified my phone which has some cable problem in my lane telephone number wiht 27220686, after lodging a complaint through automated system on phone thrice no response was given lineman came and went, but line is not rectified. I personally went and given writeen complaint also, but till now we are only paying bill but line is not given the same is with the others in my lane at Neredmet, east kakathiyanagar of Vinayaknagar Exachange, which comes under Tirumalgiri exchange. Please do help in this matter. The consumers are paying bills only for department salary but we are not getting service for the paid bill.

I personally went and given writeen complaint also, but till now more than a month if line comes also lot of distrubance comes and some body else will be inbetween the line while talking. SIr, we are only paying the bills for department revenue but service they are not providing even the instrument what they gave to us while new connection was broken one still not replaced after repeated complaints since 2 years.

                          Kindly help in this regard as department is not responding in this matter.

My father is doing trading in share market Due to not work the telephone, my father has not communicate with the Share Agent and due to this they are lose the money of Rs.1lakh. take seriously and given solution about the telephone exchange.

                          I am stayed at Satadhar near by exchange is Ankur or Naranpura.


                          Kindly help in this regard as department is not responding in this matter.

                            The General Manager of Tamil Nadu BSNL who is the competant authority has neither read his mail nor acted on them.                                 My Landline No.25822583 is giving lots of problem since last more than 6 months. For quite some time the voice not audible at all. Now since last 6 months it is often goes totally out of order. Innumerable complaints have gone into vain. Everytime they same digging work is going on and do not see any digging work in around Aundh Road. Many of the residence in our area faces this problem. The service rendered are very very poor. There can be a mass disconnection of BSNL lines from our in the near future if this plight continues.
                                My Landline no.25438319 remains dead for 2-3 days / month.I am having retail garment business and our customer have credit cards.My EDC machine is connected on BSNL line and I am losing lot of business. On complaining the lineman intentionally delays the repair work .Inumerable complaints have gone into vain. On complaining to divisional engineer and Area manager, the work is done after few days. The service rendered are very very poor. There can be a mass disconnection of BSNL lines from our in the near future if this plight continues.
                                today ie. 12.11.2010 somebody from bsnl tried to attend to my landline no.[protected] fault after a long time of nearly two months.It worked properly for almost one hour but suddenly it went dead.This clearly shows the inefficient workmanship and temprory job done by the BSNL technician.The excuse they give of cable fault is totaly rubbish because then how my phone worked for nearly one hour.I know nothing is going to change because if A RAJA is protected then everybody in BSNL will be protected.

                                  I am using Bsnl broadband service ( 750 unlimited plan for around last 7 months, now changed to 250 / month) at home for home use. The Nokia siemens modem which i am using missing out the Dsl light most of the time. Some times blinking and get stable for another 2 to 3 hours again goes blinking , no internet connection. After 5.30 - 6.00 pm, its very difficult to see the dsl light stable and get internet online. I have raised a complaint at thodupuzha divisional office about the modem and phone line. Some off the officers came and inspected the line modem , everything. and they told everything will be alright from the day eve. Again the same complaint started happening from the next day morning. So i requested the junior office to check the modem. she told me there is nothing wrong with the line and modem.But at last she agreed to take the modem for inspection. its already 3 weeks , but no idea about the modem inspection. Today ,i met the divisional eng. and again repeated my problem. Again same reply, "dont worry we will check." I would say, i am paying money every month correctly Not for internet connection but for keeping the modem near my computer. Thanks to BSNL TECH team. Very good at service at least vocally. The same problem started from the very first month. Many times i called broadband help line 1504. But no correct solution. The best part is that one of the senior engineer told me that due to fluctuation in electricity at thodupuzha area, the modem is refusing to stabilize the DSL light ( electricity to modem = signal through telephone line). I am living and using the modem hardly 2 km from the bsnl exchange. My neighbor is getting the same broadband service at very good speed uninterrupted. I think these technical guys are not interested in old customers. Help needed.

                                  BSNL BROADBAND-S-250 — Phone facility While using Broadband

                                  Recently it has been noticed that phone facility is not available when internet is connected. Earlier little disturbaces were there however there was no problem for incoming calls and even I was able to make a call. Why this is happening?

Our bsnl plan is of tariff 525 and also bsnl claims to get a download speed of 250kb/s but the speed we are getting currently is just 52kb/s. and also the net connection is taking too long to get connected and if it is connected then it is for sure that it wont last for the next 10 mins. now also when i am reporting this the net connection is breaking or getting disconnected. it is been a complete dissatisfaction for the customers like me who has been using bsnl land-line for last 25yrs. also it is said that unlimited internet is offered in the morning from 2 to 8, but we haven't been able to get connected to internet i the morning and has been an utter waste using this facility. also we havent been able to check our usage as when we try to check it, it will be written invalid code. please see to this matter as soon as possible or we will be forced to use another broadband network.

                                    I have a broadband connection with my telephone no.[protected]. Broadband is not working since 1.08.10. inspite of my repeated request no action has been taken by bhubaneswar bsnl authority.

                                    [protected] There is a complaint for internet and broad band for 2 weeks now. Sorry to say the service is far below standard. Nobody has taken initiative of helping and i dodnt know till when the complaint will be resolved.

                                    I have a broadband connection with my telephone no.[protected]. Broadband is not working since 4 days.my docket number is [protected] on 03/08/2011. but there is no action taken. in the meantime today i.e 5/8/2011 in my mobile no [protected] there is one msg came that your complain is closed. my broadband till now not working how your side close the complain. i than contact with 1500 and customer care says that one another docket no. given [protected] and also automatically close the complain and again i gave a complain and docket number is [protected] on 6/8/2011.so kindly request to you that kindly repair the broadband . thanks.

                                      My mobile number is [protected] yesterday Rs.106/- have been deducted from my balance and after calling BSNL has not a reply for which purpose they have deducted this amount.Although they have given complaint number 5865723 but still they are not able to reply.Please help us as i am normal worker and my money is very hard earned money.Rs106/- is my 2 days salary.
                                      I am a Cellone prepaid customer of Kolkata.My Mobile No is [protected]. Despite opting for DND,
                                      through SMS to 1909 regularly for the past 3 months, BSNL is yet to acknowledge the receipt ofSMSes, as is customary. Meanwhile, I am constantly being pestered through Calls & SMSes from several Telemarketeers, patronized by BSNL, throughout the day.
                                      I am fed up with the service rendered by BSNL.If things do not improve within the next 15 days, I
                                      shall switch to Vodafone prepaid service.

                                        I am facing a problem with sm pack subscription which was subscribed unknowingly and failed to unsubscribed via sms.The portal 56363 has stopped receiving sms from my number. You are requested to kindly stop for deducting @Rs.8/- per week towards subscription of SM Pack and enable me to unsubscribe SM Pack with immediate effect .Mobile No. [protected]

                                        Please remove the sms pack of 56363 from our two mobile no [protected] and [protected] as soon as possible. We lost above 100 rupees for this message pack....ty
