Rental Rebate: Rebate in rental charge for phones, Telex services, leased lines and junction lines of PBXs will be granted on the Department’s initiative without waiting
for a request from the subscriber, if services to the subscriber remains interrupted continuously for 7 days or more, due to Departmental reasons.
Furthermore, if the period of interruption is more than 14 days due to Departmental reasons, then one full month’s rental charge shall be waived.
In case of RABMN subscribers, the rebate will be on pro-data monthly access charge for interruption of service for more than 7days. However, the enhanced benefit for faults beyond 14 days is not applicable for RABMN subscribers

BSNL landline connection with broadband unlimited — Not allowing discount available to Government employees
My telephone no is[protected]. I have recently upgraded my broadband service connection. I am a Central Government PSU employee and have submitted the required details and certificate to that effect to the telephone authorities in Kothrud area (customer care centre) while applying the upgradation to unlimited plus service The same was recorded by them as communicated to me in person by concerned staff. However, the benefit of discount available to government employees was not passed on to me so far despite the promise given by concerned officer in Billing section that it will be adjusted in next bill. So far I have received 3 bills after upgradation. I, therefore reqest you to kindly look into the matter and arrange for payment of discount or adjustment of discount.
