I am a Post Paid customer of BSNL. My Mobile No. is [protected] and my Account No. is[protected]. I had taken this fancy number by paying the necessary premium amount. I am a regular and prompt payer of my mobile bills, except for a few delayed payments for which I have paid the penalty charges also. Nothing is free or excused at BSNL. During the month of April - May 2010, I was out in my Village in Andhra Pradesh and could not pay the bill invoice[protected] in time.

By the time I reached Bangalore on 5th May, my out-going was barred. On 6th May, at around 1.15 pm, when I went the Customer Care Center, Ganganagar, Bangalore, to pay my bill, the ladies there were already at lunch, even though the working hours is from 9.00 am to 2.30 pm without break. There were already a few other people waiting to pay their bill and cursing them for there service. I don't have anything personal with the ladies eating their lunch. But they should take turns at the cash counter.

Finally at 2.00pm I paid up the Old bill as well as the newly generated bill total amounting to Rs. 1254.00 and I requested for activation of out-going calls. The lady assured me that it will be done in 3 hours. Even until late in the evening, it was not restored.

On 7th morning I tried calling the customer care number, and I made 5 call, each time the lady at the other end keeps me on hold and forgets it. The customer care menus and the IVS is very bad, that's a different story. Thereafter I went to the Customer Care Center, Ganganagar once again in the morning at 9.45 am. The Office is open, but nobody to attend to customers, even though the office starts at 9.00 am. A lady walks in after 5 minutes and I asked her that my service is not yet restored.

I don't know what her frustrations were, but she was very arrogant, and her reply was as if it was a punishment for me for not paying the bill on time. When I said this is not the reply I expected her and she shouldn't be talking like that, she said it was none of my business. I got very angry, and on the spot I removed the SIM from my mobile phone, threw it on her desk and asked her to destroy it, if they are not able to restore my service.

That ends my relationship with BSNL. I have three other connections in the names of my other family members, and I intend to cancel all of them.

There is a lot I need to say on the services of BSNL, which I will take it up at a later stage. Unless you act on the deploring customer services, you will be loosing a lot of your customers in the days to come. I do not regret cancelling the services of BSNL, but I regret I could not retain the mobile number, because I had given the number to hundreds of my friends, relatives and business contacts.

Now I have to start over fresh with a new number from a different mobile service provider. I think, if only there was number portability, I would have jumped over long back and unless there is drastic changes in customer service, there are plenty more waiting to do the same.

      I have tried long time back but while recharging I got Information that recharge failed & money will be debited shortly, After that I tried 3 times got same message but after 2 days I got mail that all recharge get successfull, but still my mobile has not been recharge.       BSNL — Amount got debited but not yet recharged

      I have made a online topup in BSNL web portal. the transaction (ID: TXT[protected] Rs.221/- on 19/06/2009) got failed but money was debited to my account. i have tried second time (ID: TXT[protected] Rs.221/- on 19/06/2009) the same thing happened. I have waited for one week thinking that the money will be refunded automatically. But it was not happened. i have spoken with bank customer care (SBI) and they have refunded one amount stating that the other amount was not refunded by BSNL. I have been speaking to BSNL customer care for the last 2 weeks (Complient number: TN[protected] Dt.[protected] And there is no corrective action in this regard.

        I am residing in Karapakkam,Chennai-97.I am having a BSNL BroadBand Connection (750+ plan)and my phone no. is 24501324.Internet connection is down for past 1.5 months.Made customer care complaints several times,but no action has been taken yet.For reference I am providing 2 complaint numbers 58112267,58118427.Please take some action.

        BSNL-CHENNAI BROADBAND — BROADBAND NOT FUNCTIONING

        Dear Sir/Madam,
        I am a resident of Maduravoyal in Chennai.

        It is with great pain and despair that I am writing this compliant. I have lodged a Compliant with BSNL Toll free No.1500 on 19.09.2009 about non functioning of Broadband Services but till date (25.09.2009) it has not been rectified.

        Can I file a suit against them and recover damages.
        Their services are the worst in Tamil Nadu.

        Pls inform me.

          Sir I am BSNL prepaid custmer my complaint about the service-wap modal pack prwider no-58888

            I am a consumer of BSNL Data Card from Guwahati Assam since October' 2008.
            But till date I have not yet received any bill by post so far. I have to download the duplicate bill through BSNL web site all the time. And in last month I cant even download the bill due to problem of the web site. So I failed to pay the bill through my credit card.

              SINCE WE HAVE TAKEN THE BSNL BROADBAND CONNECTION VERY OFTEN THE INTERNET DOES NOT WORK. ESPECIALLY AT THE WEEKEND.MY LANDLINE NUMBER IS 2502656

              WE HAVE TAKEN A PLAN OF 750 + . HENCE WE ARE LOSING A LOT OF MONEY AS WE CANNOT USE THE BROADBAND CONNECTION ALL 24 HRS, DUE TO THE BREAK-DOWN OF THE SAME. WE HAVE MANY A TIMES CALLED UP THE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES ( NO:-1500), BUT NO ONE ANSWERS THE CALL, EVEN AFTER HOLDING THE CALL IN WAITING FOR OVER 30 MINUTES. WE HAVE ALSO PERSONALLY SPOKEN TO THE HIGHER AUTHORITY AT VIRAR WEST BRANCH, BUT THE RESPOND IS THAT "ITS NOT IN OUR HANDS AS MMRDA WORK IS IN PROGRESS AND THEY BREAK OUR LINE" OR " THE PROBLEM IS DIRECTLY AT THE SERVER END AT KALYAN". NEITHER THEY ACKNOWLEDGE OUR COMPLAINT NOR THEY GIVE ANY INFORMATION ON HIGHER AUTHORITY REGARDING OUR COMPLAINT

                I am bsnl land line customer having my connection No. (code- --03592 for singtam ,Sikkim) Tel No. 247053.

                This No. Is dead from last sunday 02/05/2010 to till dated (06/05/2010)against regular complain to local office aw well as BSNL Singtam Office ,No one is attending my telephone cum broadband problems. whereas bill for full month is being raised in each month & this is regular problems in every month.

                Also I am corporate employee Of NHPC Ltd (GOvt. of India. ). I had applied for discount for corporate employee as per bsnl rule& policy in proper formate. but my application is not cosided for the same ,whereas my other NHPC Staff are getting this fascility. I had submitted my application in Local BSNL ofice , SDE Singtam ,Sikkim.
                Pl look into this matter.

                  My BSNL landline No.27653891. I have been using BSNL broad band for last 2 yrs.- Rs.750/- Plan. It was working fine. Recently, for last 2/3 months, its giving problem. I have logged complaint to BSNL several times. One the executive Mrs. Tiikekar tried to help me out and finally they changed the cable of Boradband. Now the Boradband i.e. ADSL link gets connected but we are unable to open any of the internet site due to slow connection, it sayd timeout error and we are help less. On repeatedly following up with BSNL they suggested to change the plan and opt for 299 combo plan, which we did opted for and submitted the application in April. But till date the status is same. Pl. advise what to do. Is BSNL going to take any correction action for it???

                  BSNL combo plan — Poor Broadband connectivity

                  We are in verry pity condition, very rarel is the dsl stable and frequent interruption is face during the connection

                  I had changed my plan from Home-250 to Combo-299 through an application on 22/03/2010 but i don't know that my plan has been changed or not. So, please ensure me that my plan has been changed or not.

                  now my L L no. is 2441634(combo plan) before this, my L L no.was2350634(combo plan) .when my new no. was shifted from old one to new i was told again and again by your several employees that there was no B B connection on myformer L Lno2350634. how it can be posible?Now iam geting my tel.bill. without any tel.no. last time i have diposited rs.2600 out ofrs.2624.but now again rs.229 has been included with new bill.what is this going on? i am afraid of this that definatly there is some thing going on very wrong.kindly refer my this case to your visilence section.

                    BSNL staff came to check fault, told me to contact Jeevan on [protected].
                    Jeevan says exchange being shifted so wait for few days.
                    Over a month now. No sign of correction of fault.

                    Through this i would like to compliant against the BSNL teams in ELAMNNOOR EXCHANGE in PATHANAMTHITA DIST, KERALA STATE as they didn't replace the damaged phone numbered[protected] inspite of several compliants. Hope you will take neccessary actions to repair or replace the same.
                    I think Mr. Lajwant you just had a very bad day because when even i complaint about my landline to Mr. Jeewan he always resolved it...

                      One WLL telephone with No.[protected] has been installed at my residence.The telephone set is apparently a old and repaired equipment. The connection gives lot of trouble. Ofter the caller gets a recorded message like subscriber switched off, out of range, line busy etc. whereas it is not the fact. In spite of several complaints. the fault is not attended. Perhaps the 50% problem can be solved if the set is replaced. I prefer a lined connection as WLL is proved to be inefficient

                        BSNL, ahmedabad, a custodian o[censored]nwilling and irresponsible attitude and a deliberate response to frustrate customers to benefit private players.the details mentioned here with a is a simple example,i strongly pray the authority to inquire and look into the matter to save the interest of customer as well as to curb unhealthy concerns of bsnl authorities.

                        6th may,2010 ,i called on 1500 cust.care stating my phone is still dead but bsnl is sending message that complain has cleared. on further requesting to lodge the mistake,it is suggested to me to call on 1094.

                        earlier there was on line system to book complains,that system not working,best knowing to this department.
                        now to book complain,we should dial 1500,only number for land line and broadband,at least 30 to 45 minutes exercise to get connect and no real time action to the value of customer.
                        you may appreciate greatness of the dept. that since last 1 year their system is failed to generate invoice of the tel no.[protected] though it has been given in writing in personal,informed through website and many reminders on customer care numbers.

                          OUR BSNL LANDLINE COMPLAINT HAS NOT BE ATTENDED FOR DAYS NOW.

                            Iam a bsnl mobile customer coming under Chathanur exchange in Palakkad district. My problem is that Iam not getting sufficient range for the mobile phone at home in spite of the fact that the maximum aerial distance of the mobile tower and my home is hardly 1 km.It is also clarified that similar mobile towers at the same location for different providers are getting good range. Kindly examine the same and help us for getting good quality service.

                              iam a user of BSNL CELLULAR SERVICES, with my prepaid cell phone no. [protected]. few months back they messaged me that i subscribe for BSNL MOBILE RADIO and for that every month 4th day they are getting Rs. 19 from my prepaid balance.

                              i called for assistance to customer care operator, they said it is not to there service and called the messed number for help. message came from +126300 , where it is a interactive voice response system and its functional language is kannada, there is no information for un-subscription.

                              please kindly help me and save my money.

                                Hi,
                                I bought my EVDO card and started availing services from October 2009. The speed offered by BSNL states its up to 2.4mbps download, however, I merely get speed upto 300kbit/s (NOTE: I am currently in Pune and its a EVDO activated Zone - not a CDMA 1X zone). Whenever I ask for a clarification, they say users limit exceeded and say that they are planning for upgrade. No specific answer yet and the funniest thing is that I get full signal strength the place I live in.

                                Adding another issue to it, there are not online payment option available, and hence I have to tell my mother (in Bhopal - MP) to pay the bill, and it will be better if its online. So this month I got 3 month bill as a whole and that too on last day of payment. This is not at all tolerable, we are still customer, and there are some responsibilities on Service Provider as well.

                                It will be of great help so please raise on it to appropriate level.

                                I am satisfied with services of evdo zte.I want to pay my bills online
                                myn is windows7 and it is not working i have buyn evdo 20 days back tell solution sir please.
                                N.B: proper functioning of EVDO depends on 2 criteria:

                                1. Signal strength; Nearer to the Access point, the better the service ( the device is best suitable for a Laptop).
                                -The radius that can be covered by a single access point (tower) is 4-5 KM.

                                2. Number o[censored]sers in a particular cell; users that can be accommodated by a single Access point (Tower) ( if more number of ppl are using EVDO in a same cell, you will get weak signal).
                                - this is the drawback of this technology.

                                I have no idea about the payment option...(**, )

                                    Hello, Im from Kottayam, Kerala.. from a place called Njeezhoor. Im a subscriber of BSNL's 750 unlimited plan. According to this plan, they assure a fixed speed of 256 kbps. But we never get the speed they promise. This is true for all o[censored]s in our area. Our net is too slow. This is evident when we use 256 kbps speed of other service providers. There is no speed enough even to stream a video. Actually the service used to be nice but for last 2 months we are lacking speed. Every website is slow. Please help us in taking necesary actions and help us in getting what we pay for.

                                        I have BSNL Broadband Unlimited Plan for Home for Last 2 years.

                                        The Broadband Connectivity at BSNL always irregular.
                                        It fails when I need it the most.

                                        There is no proper information provider at The complaints.

                                        I have to waste almost hours to even send a simple email.

                                        BSNL should declare a pro rata discount on actual available time so that we are compensated for lost time, Service and mental harrassment
