Dear Sir,

I am using the landline of bsnl for the last 10years but i am very much dissatissfied with your service, because of my phone getting disturbance in connection. my number is[protected]my address is G.K.V. Voor (vill)., Bangarupalyam (Md.), Chittoor (Dt.) A.P. ) i am just bokking the complaints for the last 30 days, daily the service man is coming to my home and doing something and within six hours i am reciving the same complaint i cant even tolrate if this problem

I am very sure that i will complaint to the higher authority, if it is require I will put a case in the Right to Information Act. I am very sure i am highly dissatisfied with your service

Not getting Ring Tone in BSNL Land line No[protected] since last one month. Hence those who try to contact me on this number think that I am not lifting the phone. I am missing several important calls due to this. Also Broad band has become very slow and cut off connection often. Several times I reported this to local telephone exchange. They informed me that the problem is with under ground cable and permission is required from corporation to dig the road. Recent complaint number is 219. Expect immediate action from concerned authorities.
My phone No.[protected] is not working and it is dead offen. When ever we complain within a day or two it is rectifying. But offen it is going dead. Now also it is dead. Kindly take necessary steps to rectificy parmanently. I also came to know that in place of old phone sets the organisation is offering set with Caller ID facility. When I approached Vinayak nagar Exchange office to surrender my old phone to get new set with ID facility they have replied that the sets are out of stock and told me to come after 2 months. Kindly see that thenew telephone set with Caller ID to be installed at the earliest, I am the customer of BSNL since 1994. ... Subrahmanyam Ch.V.

Iam using bsnl landline connection since last 10 years .also bsnl broadband connection last 2 years...iam very much dissatissfied with ur service. my land line no.[protected] adress. Anil kumar, Thrikarthika, Perissery.p.o, Pazhayattilpadi jn, Chengannur, Alappuzha, Kerala.689121. iam booking the complaint regularly in chengannur exchange.. but they are not taking any permenant action .

Hope u wil do necessary action as early as possible. otherwise i would like to disconnect both landline and boardband,

they do not taked any action.

    I had taken BSNL prepaid connection about 20 days back and downloaded the settings for GPRS form BSNL site on internet.The GPRS connection was doing fine but suddenly few days back I received a message saying to ACTIVATE GPRS by sending GPRS E or GPRS PRE to 53733.I had done the same several times but till date my GPRS has not been activated and now I am unable to use it both on my mobile and my PC.So I request you to kindly do the needful as early as possible.

    I had taken BSNL prepaid connection about 60 days back and Setting has come on my mobile through massage.I want to activate my GPRS service in my mobile. i have sent massage to ACTIVATE GPRS by sending GPRS E or GPRS PRE to 53733.I had done the same several times but till date my GPRS has not been activated and now I am unable to use it both on my mobile and my PC.So I request you to kindly do the needful as early as possible. Kindly activate my GPRS service as soon as possible.

      I bought a power card of BSNL mobile amount of 49/- from a local distributor. SL no- [protected]
      Valid till 31/12/2010. But when I am trying to recharge it showing RESULT UNKNOWN. When I talk ti cst care they informed me that Power 49 had been lapse. So it is not possible to recharge. Without any prior information I am facing this problem. So , I am complaining this issue.

        IPTV services are worst and they are claiming and raising slogan
        THE FUTURE OF INDIAN TELEVISION.
        So ridiculous isn't it if they say such is the fututre of India's TV broadcasting services,then it's the worst i've seen in many years and even worst than cable network.
        Also the aftersales services are of worst kind.
        Pl improve the services and serve the customer better.

            I jayesh residing at virar having BSNL WLL, it last for 15 min from time it is connected. i requested them to replace the instrument but they are saying instrument are not available. they say the instrument are not dispatch from manufacturing firm... and the instrument alloted to me is used one... low response from the officer ...a/c no:[protected]

              Write a mail to the Apellate Authority of your operator mentioned in http://www.trai.gov.in/serviceproviderslist.asp. Once you write to the apellate authority, the response will be very fast, only when you report such malpractice to the appropriate authority will such things stop

              The service named as bollywood divas wapactress pack is active on my no. [protected]. This service was subscribed as a mistake from the ad. of the above service at wapking.com. After the subscription I am getting about 3-4 messages everyday from the number "58888" and after the interval of ten days Rs.10 are deducted from the account balance of my cell. After every 10 days I recieve a web adress that is used for unsubscribing the same service but that address shows a blank page. I am very confused. Please unsubscribe this service.

                      I have taken the connection of bsnl and broadband in november 2008 but i have given the application of buying the wifi modem but it was shown rented, it was than told to me that it would be adjusted in next bill, so i didn't paid the bill because i knew if i paid then it will never be adjusted . so i waited for the adjusted bill but it didn't came adjusted.

                      I am the BSNL customer for the last 25 years and was using BSNL Landline. Last year I have shifted my new house to Ayyappa Nagar, K R Puram. From the time I shifted the house, the BSNL officials are telling that they will not be able to provide the Landline facility to my house and they provided the WLL[protected]. I am looking for BSNL Landline mainly for Broadband purpose.

                      Except BNSL, I am not happy with any other Landline service provideder. Being a valued customer for BSNL for 25 years, I desperately need the BSNL Landline.

                        I have a BSNL prepaid mobile number [protected], I am an advocate staying in bangalore. I want to give a complaint regarding the delivery of sms for unwanted recipients. The BSNL service is delivering my private messages to unwanted recipients violating my privacy. I request the BSNL to get corrected the network and the service provided by these people is very low and inturn amounts to breach of service. Please get it correct.                               There are lot of BSNL prepaid user in Assam Circle and I am also a one of such user of the prepaid. In Assam the prepaid consumer are ignorant about the latest tariffs applicable and other facilities that are available to them due to lack of information provided by the BSNL Assam Circle. May it be mentioned here that the information available over website are outdated and no latest information are made available either over internet or at the BSNL's Offices. It seems that the BSNL Assam Circle website are not fully updated for providing the latest and accurate information. In recent times it has been seen that advertisements and certain tariff are announced but the same are either not implemented or implemented lately. Because of such services and implementation by the BSNL Assam Circle, the BSNL prepaid customers are suffering a lot.
                              Do the needful for improvising the services of the BSNL Assam Circle so that the people in general can take maximum benefit of the facilities provided by BSNL.

                              BSNL Assam Circle — high call charge for life user

                              Call charge for life time user is more in BSNL as compared to other network in Assam Circle. There is no power card or magic voucher for life time user in Assam.

                              BSNL ASSAm — CAll CHARGE of life time user

                              Call chare is more for life time user in BSNL Assam as compare to other & there is no magic voucher for the life time user.
                              I Have paid my Mobile bill at Tarajan Office Jorhat on 13.10 09. Mobile No. [protected]. One way connection still not connected. I checked the payment of bill in my number it shows not received the bill. pl. check do the needful. Paresh Saikia, NEIST Jorhat.

                                  I did everything but it was not unsubscribed and i also gave complaint to BSNL customer care but they did not do anything. This msg would come every 4 days and 10rs would be deducted from my balance . I have been facing this problem for more than a month and i lost more than 150.00 RS. So i request you to unsubscribe this service from my mobile no: [protected].

                                  My mob. no. [protected] unknown way wap service from 58888 have activated and nacked models masage comes on the mobile and Rs.30.00per month deducke.Last three month. I have try many way to unsub this wap service but can't do it.

                                  bsnl has subscribed bsnl wap services on my no [protected] and emhey deduct rs 30 every month and i have asked with customer care to unsubscribe this wap pack but they dont take any action on this problem

                                    Sir/Madam,

                                    I got a BSNL EVDO broad band connection from Karaikal and activated roaming facility. But when i try to connect at chennai, immediately i am receiving a message that the remote server computer did not respond even though the signal strength is full. I am also not getting internet even in karaikal when change the setting mode in EVDO. i.e it works only in 1X or hybrid mode. please advise how to get the roaming facility at chennai & connection at EVDO mode. The person dealing the EVDO connections in karaikal is not able to solve my problem. my Evdo card no is [protected]. my contact no is [protected].

                                    BSNL — EVDO - Broadband

                                    I rented an EVDO Broadband connection on Sat 20 Sep 08 and was told that it would get activated latest by Monday 22 Sep 08. I had to make more than 20 calls for the connection to get activated and finally it got activated on Wed 24 Sep 08.

                                    The staff is unprofessional in the organization and they placed my call on hold, while attending to the personal calls on cellphone.

                                    The EVDO speed is extremely slow compared to what they have advertised and when you request for an engineer visit, they staff asked me to come their office which is approximately 6 - 8kms from my place.

                                    I would appreciate if this complaint is deal with on an urgent basis.

                                    What is the latest of your complaint with BSNL?
                                    I also fall under the same issue with BSNL EVDO service. I took this connection in January 2008. Right after a week, it started showing issues. I used to get disconnected once in 3-5 minutes (but the connection indication shows active) - when we get no display of pages, I needed to reconnect. This goes on continuously... And speed goes beyond normal dial-up. I too have complained with many people in BSNL.. nobody is interested to look into the complaints.. as they are so stupid to think that they get their salary whatever they do to their customers.. forgetting the fact that it is us, the customers who help to pay their salary.. their daily bread...
                                    So I do not think they are going to resolve this for you... sorry to say that you too fell a victim of EVDO, where BSNL has no technical know-how and each and every time.. people from China are required to attend the complaints..

                                    I've Got EVDO tower display but the connection always drops down to 1X which is extremely slow...

                                      BSNL HUAWEI EC325 NIC USB adapter as per advertisement has maximum limit 144 kbps but they don't say what is Its minimum. Maximum speed for download is 8 kbps. It is nothing but waste of money. I cannot call or sms from this darn machine. Is BSNL, a public sector company cheating with 3G and lightning fast words? Not satisfied with this network adapter and request BSNL to improve the situation. and my CDMA Mobile Number 27140316 pls Help me...

                                      BSNL/EC325 — LOW SPEED

                                      Am using NIC card provided by BSNL its name is ec325(huawei) actual speed limit is 144kbps, but am getting just 40kbps and 1kb of download speed this is irritating me alot can you solve it by giving a valuable advice... please

                                        Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                        I am Nilesh from Nagpur. I had shifted my house. I am having BSNL telephone connection along with broadband connection on name Krishna D Pimpalikar from last 10 years but i am very much dissatisfied with your service. My number is[protected]My address is Near Sambhaji Kasar Temple, Mehandibag Road, Maskasath Itwari Nagpur. pin code: 440002). I have submitted my telephone transfer form on 23'rd of August 2008. They said that my phone connection will be shifted with in 6 working days. I waited for month and approached the Sakkardara BSNL office, showed them all documents that got transfer order and new No. also[protected]. They said that they will transfer in 2 working days. Then again I went after 15 days to Sakkardara BSNL office. and after I told its very urgent to have broadband connection now they are telling that there is no working DP so we are not able to give you a connection its no possible, and said told all this to the senior officer, then I contact to the senior one but they try to convince me to take Evdo card, not to solve my current problem.

                                        And more over, they are sending me the bill every month. Its almost take more than year and still I don’t get a connection. Now I am really very disappointed with the things happened.
                                        In spite of lodging several complaints, I appeal to the highest authority of BSNL to look into the matter and compensate for the loss
                                        Please kindly do the needful as early as possible.
