evdo broadband

Sir/Madam,

I got a BSNL EVDO broad band connection from Karaikal and activated roaming facility. But when i try to connect at chennai, immediately i am receiving a message that the remote server computer did not respond even though the signal strength is full. I am also not getting internet even in karaikal when change the setting mode in EVDO. i.e it works only in 1X or hybrid mode. please advise how to get the roaming...

Low speed of internet

BSNL HUAWEI EC325 NIC USB adapter as per advertisement has maximum limit 144 kbps but they don't say what is Its minimum. Maximum speed for download is 8 kbps. It is nothing but waste of money. Routing problem

I'm having BSNL broadband connection. Most of the links are not opening, it says address not found, check your DNS server. I checked all my settings in my side, it is fine. There is a problem in routing, bsnl should take action on this to check as soon as possible. What is the use of having broadband connection when nothing is opening. My complaint is that I have applied for a Bsnl Landline connection and deposite all fee and document received the information regarding the new phone number but the connection is still not installed. It is being from last 45 Days since i call them daily and remind but everybody in BSNL simalwara (distric-dungarpur, state-rajasthan, baswara zone) main office ask me to that bsnl will take 3-4 month from application to intall the phone process...

no proper metering system for data counting

i have bsnl broadband 'home 500 c' plan in which nigh 2am.to morning 8am free service of internet is available.credit for one mont exept night unlimited is is 1.5 gb and if further it is 80 paisa per mb.the prolem is when i connnect net on 2:05 am there clock is ten minute late and it count the units(data) in chargable.means it should be count only up 2'o clock for chargable units (as there clock is 10 minutes late) bu it charges...
