I am working in Reserve Bank of India and having a landline connection at my residence vide[protected].
The telephone no cited above is completely dead for last three days and complaint was booked vide docket no. 93521743 dated 05.10.2009.
I am surprised that no body has attend yet.
I hope, BSNL authorities will take necessary action to redress the problem.

My mobile number is [protected].I have received my bill for the month of 01/03/2014 to 31/03/2014 for a sum of Rs.3599/-.For the previous months i have received bill for Rs 400 to 500 only.I already given a written complaint in R K mutt road,bsnl office on 17/04/14.There is no responce for my complaint.Actually my package plan is Rs.99/- only.Even i did not use my net i have receievd a bill for Rs.3599/-.Kindky check and reply. Overnight situation may not change. But involving another corporate office may improve the situation.
My landlilne telephone 26501331 is not working for the last 48 hours. Despite complaining noboday has attended. The complaint docket no.56480134. Request to process the complaint and take action to rectify the fault as I have to get international calls from sons who are living abroad.

    Iam from Dehradun and I have been using NIC data card for almost a year now and even after getting full signal the internet speed is very low. Their clam of 153.6 Kpbs is a mere joke, that speed does come but only for a few minutes.The signals in the instrument are always full with all the five bars visible but still the speed in very low and most of the time when i try to connect the instrument does not respond.

    The problem is not in the instrument or the signals.The problem is with the main internet server of this service.They have even increased the rent by 200 Rs./month and yet their is no improvement in the service but it has actually gone worse.Sometimes their server does not even respond for the whole day.

    There is not even a specific customer call center number for this service where i can address my query and when i go to the BSNL office nobody seems to have an adequate knowledge about this service so as a customer iam in a very helpless situation.

    Please help me out from this situation and advice me to as to what can be the appropriate steps to make my plea heard and acted upon as soon as possible.

      i had got message on 7 oct 2009 that play a contest and win blackberry mobile of Rs 35000 and play it by messages and i won that prize but after that company didint reply me and i spend my Rs 80 on messages to 59595.
      this company os really a cheater
      i also received a message on 20th october 2009 from 59595 that play contest, contest through message to win nokia mobile worth Rs.35000 and black berry mobile worth Rs.25000 and when i entered the contest they sent me a bunch of contest questions to answer and i also answered and qualified for the contest by scoring 25 points, to answer the question i have to send the answers to 59595 were the cost per message is Rs.2, i spent Rs.2 for each message, after then i received a message that the winner will be declared at the end of the contest, but never they declared.
      i also received a message on 21st october 2009 from 59595 that play contest, contest through message to win nokia mobile worth Rs.35000 and black berry mobile worth Rs.25000 and when i entered the contest they sent me a bunch of contest questions to answer and i also answered and qualified for the contest by scoring 25 points, to answer the question i have to send the answers to 59595 were the cost per message is Rs.2, i spent Rs.2 for each message, after then i received a message that the winner will be declared at the end of the contest, but never they declared.
      I also receive many messages from 59595. and also get 120 pints. then i recieve a message the winner will intimated soon. It is true or not? Pls send me the details.

        Sir, Someone picked my pocket while travelling by an MTC bus yesterday evening. I had my Samsung cell with two SIM cards, namely BSNL and Tata Docomo with numbers[protected] and[protected] respectively. Hence kindly block the numbers and if possible try to track the culprit, who said while Tata Docomo number from another cell of my friend was called that he found inside the bus and then disconnected. I had also preferred a police complaint yesterday with Neelangarai police station where I was told to come straight and give the complaint. However, the police personnel noted down my complaint. Kindly let me know the complaint number and the message may be sent to my friend's number[protected].         When I tried all the BSNL helpline numbers to deactivate the SIM, 24365 is busy always for half an hour and [protected] recorded my lost number but cuts the call before confirmation, same thing happen for successive three attempts.

          Hi ,
          Its been a more than a month i have book new phone connection from BSNL tolichowki hyderabad on 28-Aug-2009 reason for getting is for Internet.

          But till date no response form BSNL, i have taken some how the concern JE cell number from BSNL for my area mehidipatnam but he is least bother as give some reason also act smart by not recieving if call repeat from the same number always giving reason there is lack of cable that is not issued and alloted from BSNL or there are hundered complaint are still pending why i bother for the new one ,I have requested as my office meeting at late night please help me to get it such that it will be good to attend from home.
          It surprise me BSNL spent cores of money in Advertisement in differnt channels can they get simple cables for connection.

          Please help me to send this complaint to the concern department

          BSNL new phone connection — Not getting connection

          Dear sir,
          I have applied for new phone connection (Permanent) on 08/09/2008 vide D/N No: N424403 but still i have not get the connection. i have reminded many time to the concerned person Mr. Rajendra Choudhary (S D O East Rajendra Nagar, Patna) but in vain, i have got the advice number [protected] RNR - 32537 with Tel no: 2665850.

          I want to opt Broadband connection which is possible after getting the new telephone connection.

          Please look into this matter on priority besis and save me from further loss.

          Dear Sir/Mam,

          My name is Vikram, residing in west k.k.Nagar. I applied for new BSNL connection on 25th of last month 2010. I paid an advance amount of Rs 500 to Mr.Parthiban who came for collecting the money. This guy came from the BSNL shoppe code number 20393 ( located opposite jayachandran textile,T.nagar,Chennai)
          Phone number:[protected]. When he collected the money he said that i will be getting the connection with one week but now it has been more then two weeks, no one yet called me for installing the new connectiong. I contacted them yesterday for getting the updates but i got vey bad response. I spoke to Arul ([protected]), this guy is taking care of all the billing and for further communication. I asked him to refund the money if BSNL is not able to give connection, But he started to use bad language. He says he cant give me the money back and asking me to wait for 50 to 100 days. I couldnt belive that an goverment organization like BSNL employee is behaving like this to the new customers. I had totally lost the faith on BSNL. I dont mind in waiting for the connection, if he would have informed me whil getting the money about the delay, i would have gone for some service. but he said every thing would be taken care and now balming the exchange people for the delay. I called all the bsnl exchange people near to my area,itseems no one got my application. I would like to know how i could proceed further. I need my money back.           BSNL — NEW TEL CONNECTION NOT ISSUED

          I have applied new telephone connection on 29th july 2010.And, I have paid as per demand note Rs 250/-.Bill no:N1357708,dt.29/07/2010.But, Tel phone connection not issued till dt.22/10/10.by bsnl.I went to bsnl office hosur. but they are not answered properly. (allotted tel ph no.260423)

            I have Registered for getting New Broad Band Connection around one month back

            thing I have to get new Broad Band Connection. Till date BB Connection has not given, when I checked with Local (Kalpakkam) Office, they replied that they didn't get any instruction or any ID (ie. TN CHE [protected]) for giving connection. Hence I am requesting you to make necessary arrangement to give BB Connection on SOS basis.

            We had also given the application for Broadband+LL connection with all the necessary supporting document and deposit amount on the 2nd of March. We were assured that the connection would be up and running before the 7th of march. Till date nothing has happened and every time we go and ask the "very efficient and competent" BSNL officials, the only answer is that it should be done in 2-3 days.

            Why couldn't they have just said it on the onset that its going to take a month or so. Why to give false commitment to people. Now I am stuck in the middle where I think that if its a matter of 2-3 days then if I have waited so much then let me check 2-3 days, however if I would have know in the beginning that its going to take so long, I could have taken a better decision [of not going with BSNL and instead with Airtel], my connection would have been up and running within 2-3 days.

            I have applied for a new BSNL land line + broadband connection on 18th July, 2011. I had paid 1000 rupees to agent for which I was given cash receipt but no written details even on asking. Although, I was told that 5000 rupees are as refundable security deposit for landline and another 500 would be adjusted in my monthly bill. I was told that new connection are generally given in 2-3 days, but I have not got any connection till date.
            I communicated with local BSNL office in Jaipur at[protected], my agent Dinesh Chand narera at[protected], and customer care at 1500, but nobody gave a satisfactory and promising answer. Strange thing is that customer care people are very rude in conversation and simply cut the line abruptly. They simply denied to resister complaint also, and even one time the person on another end told me that, “we are from Chandigarh telephone exchange and we done have any idea for anything. Please take round of local exchange in jaipur.” They we not even capable of mentioning the number and address of local exchange. How come a person national customer care can talk like this?
            Please address my issue. My address is 86, Nagrik Nagar, Airport, Tonk Road, Jaipur. Agent gave me my future telephone number which are 27224625. And this area probably comes under Durgapura exchange, jaipur.

            I have applied for BSNL boradband connection with all required information on BSNL web site on dt. 11.07.2011. I have issued the lead ID " MHKAL[protected]" for the same. A SMS was also received from BSNL immidiately along with the name of representative and his contact number. But till the date nobody has contact me for my broadband connection. Also the contact number of the representative given to me is not correct. I would like to know that, if there is any possibility for the connection or not?

              Hello Sir/Madam,
              I am resident of Khaderbagh, Golconda, Hyderabad. We shifted our resident from Alapati nagar, Mehdipatnam to Khaderbagh, Golconda on 29th August, 2009 and our BSNL landline as well as internet connection had been acting up since 21st August, 2009 till we got shifted. We applied for transfer of connection, but got no action, and it's been about 1 month connection has been made yet. We have been constantly daily inquiring about it from BSNL offices, but they give vague excuses and have been dodging for long. But when it comes to the matter of generating bills and charging customers for the days they have got any connection, BSNL is fast. We recently got a bill of 937 Rs/-, despite we have not had any connection for the past 45 days.
              Please let the BSNL authorities know about this nasty service.

                I have applied for new BSNL broad band connectin on 5th sep 2009 and they said that max of one week time connection will be provided. I paid Rs.500/- and got the recipt for the same. Also given one near by telephone exchange number who will provide the connection. I was waited 10 days and give call to that office and asked about my connection, the officer said our workers are doing cabling work currently and will come to give broadband connection with in 2-3 days.

                Second time i have given a call after 3 days and said same answer. Now the date is 7th Oct 2009 and the officer saying same answer. Very worst irresponsible answer he is saying again and again.
                One more worst part is my home and the bsnl exchange is max .75 km not huge distance to say take more time to come and install the connection.

                I dont know what to say about These kind of officers and BSNL.

                Just i can say "very poor".

                Getting customer is more important in this compititive world to do a business and withstand. They are doing major mistake now and will feel one day.

                  Not getting Ring Tone in BSNL Land line No[protected] since last one month. Hence those who try to contact me on this number think that I am not lifting the phone. I am missing several important calls due to this. Also Broad band has become very slow and cut off connection often. Several times I reported this to local telephone exchange. They informed me that the problem is with under ground cable and permission is required from corporation to dig the road. Recent complaint number is 219. Expect immediate action from concerned authorities.
                  My phone No.[protected] is not working and it is dead offen. When ever we complain within a day or two it is rectifying. But offen it is going dead. Now also it is dead. Kindly take necessary steps to rectificy parmanently. I also came to know that in place of old phone sets the organisation is offering set with Caller ID facility. When I approached Vinayak nagar Exchange office to surrender my old phone to get new set with ID facility they have replied that the sets are out of stock and told me to come after 2 months.                       I bought a power card of BSNL mobile amount of 49/- from a local distributor. SL no- [protected]
                      Valid till 31/12/2010. But when I am trying to recharge it showing RESULT UNKNOWN. When I talk ti cst care they informed me that Power 49 had been lapse. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. THE MOBILE NO FROM WHICH THE DEALER RECHARGED IS [protected] AND THE NAME OF DEALER IS VIKRAM WHOSE MOBILE NO IS [protected].                                   hi this is alok kumar from ranchi jharkhand & m subscriber having no.[protected].i m fed up with the customer care representatives of jharkhand .i have complained more than 105 times about my caaler tune to them they even dont. give complaint no.they always say that due to technical problem we cant. provide u the com. no.i had subcribed the caller tune of mahalakshmi poojan vidhi.the amount have bieng charged but it is not working .they don. even provide the e mail i d to complaint.i m really fed up of it. this shows that the private company are better than bsnl because it is a sarkari company. here is no one to hear u so this is my suggestion to everybody to not to use services of such sarkari company.(pehle bharose me lete hain phir daga dete hain)this sentence is fit for this company.i had complained on 12th of jan.through google to bsnl and its no.[protected] but there is no to response it

                                  On my Mobile number [protected], We are reciving calls and SMS, We can send SMS also, but Out going calls are closed from last one months, I discussed many times at Customer care Toll free number but did not got any fruitful solution. So you are requested to look into the matter and give some remedially solution.

                                    But after one month my plan is not changed and my bill value is very high for this.
                                    Why paln changing is too late.

                                      I have taken the connection of bsnl and broadband in november 2008 but i have given the application of buying the wifi modem but it was shown rented, it was than told to me that it would be adjusted in next bill, so i didn't paid the bill because i knew if i paid then it will never be adjusted . so i waited for the adjusted bill but it didn't came adjusted.
                                      now i dont want to run against bsnl office again as i dont have that much time, ijust want that they can come and please withdrew my connection. I Will Be very thankful to them .[protected]

                                      I am the BSNL customer for the last 25 years and was using BSNL Landline. Last year I have shifted my new house to Ayyappa Nagar, K R Puram. From the time I shifted the house, the BSNL officials are telling that they will not be able to provide the Landline facility to my house and they provided the WLL[protected]. I am looking for BSNL Landline mainly for Broadband purpose.

                                      Except BNSL, I am not happy with any other Landline service provideder. Being a valued customer for BSNL for 25 years, I desperately need the BSNL Landline.

                                      I request the Authorities to do the needful as soon as possible.

                                      There a lot of initiative and advertisement from BSNL to provide the new lines/broadband service. more people are booking the lines
                                      But the fact, BSNL kallikuppam exchange not have people to provide new lines even though the lines and provisions are readily available in this area. Almost two months over. Call center 1500 just provides information but cannot provide solution or cannot register any complaint. In last two months, how many new lines are provided from this exchage? How to proceed further???

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I have a BSNL prepaid mobile number [protected], I am an advocate staying in bangalore. I want to give a complaint regarding the delivery of sms for unwanted recipients. The BSNL service is delivering my private messages to unwanted recipients violating my privacy. I request the BSNL to get corrected the network and the service provided by these people is very low and inturn amounts to breach of service. Please get it correct. Even after i face the same problem then i will issue a legal notice to BSNL and make them stand in the court of law....
