IN THIS REGARDS I OPENED THIS MAIL AND I GOT HIS MOBILE NUMBER THAT [protected] I CALLED TO THIS NUMBER THEY TOLD WRONG NUMBER.
I HAVE SENT A MAIL TO JAMES ,S MAIL ALSO. THERE IS NO REPLY.

SO I AM COMPLAINING TO CONSUMER FORUM

My moblie prepaid no.[protected].
Everyday Iam receiving unwanted and disturbing sms from the following nos.
DM-SM, SM-SM, BT-54000, BT-52906, BT-55888.
Kindly stop receiving such unwanted messages which disturbs me a lot.
This is the 3rd time Iam giving complaint, kinldy do it at the earliest.

    Sir my mobile number is [protected] i have receiving more than 10 messages per day from
    BT-onmobile and deducting amount from my account with out my request. i have called customer center[protected] more than 15 times they are not given a good response they told bt-onmobile is private company it is not our problem give a complient we are sending to bt-onmobile. date 23/09/2009 i have given a complient to stop the messages from bt-onmobile (complient no KT [protected]) now also not stoping the messages from bt-onmobile

      Sir/Madam,
      There are lot of BSNL prepaid user in Assam Circle and I am also a one of such user of the prepaid. In Assam the prepaid consumer are ignorant about the latest tariffs applicable and other facilities that are available to them due to lack of information provided by the BSNL Assam Circle. May it be mentioned here that the information available over website are outdated and no latest information are made available either over internet or at the BSNL's Offices. It seems that the BSNL Assam Circle website are not fully updated for providing the latest and accurate information. In recent times it has been seen that advertisements and certain tariff are announced but the same are either not implemented or implemented lately. Because of such services and implementation by the BSNL Assam Circle, the BSNL prepaid customers are suffering a lot.
      Do the needful for improvising the services of the BSNL Assam Circle so that the people in general can take maximum benefit of the facilities provided by BSNL.

      BSNL Assam Circle — high call charge for life user

      Call charge for life time user is more in BSNL as compared to other network in Assam Circle. There is no power card or magic voucher for life time user in Assam.

      BSNL ASSAm — CAll CHARGE of life time user

      Call chare is more for life time user in BSNL Assam as compare to other & there is no magic voucher for the life time user.
      I Have paid my Mobile bill at Tarajan Office Jorhat on 13.10 09. Mobile No. [protected]. One way connection still not connected. I checked the payment of bill in my number it shows not received the bill. pl. check do the needful. Paresh Saikia, NEIST Jorhat.

        Daer Sir,
        i am a retail counter of nayagarh with sealing of recharge voucher . but annapurna dist. is not able to seal of voucher sufficent to our counter . so all the bsnl custmer at nayagarh suffer a lot of problem .

        and another dealer is elena, he also not able to solve our problem like our demo sim with 7,0000/- balanece rejected by his fault .

        sir this two bsnl dealer are fighting with each other , and we the retail counter of nayagarh are suffered very much .

        so sir please solv our problem .............................

            Sir/Madam,

            I got a BSNL EVDO broad band connection from Karaikal and activated roaming facility. But when i try to connect at chennai, immediately i am receiving a message that the remote server computer did not respond even though the signal strength is full. I am also not getting internet even in karaikal when change the setting mode in EVDO. i.e it works only in 1X or hybrid mode. please advise how to get the roaming facility at chennai & connection at EVDO mode. The person dealing the EVDO connections in karaikal is not able to solve my problem. my Evdo card no is [protected]. my contact no is [protected].

            BSNL — EVDO - Broadband

            I rented an EVDO Broadband connection on Sat 20 Sep 08 and was told that it would get activated latest by Monday 22 Sep 08. I had to make more than 20 calls for the connection to get activated and finally it got activated on Wed 24 Sep 08.

            The staff is unprofessional in the organization and they placed my call on hold, while attending to the personal calls on cellphone.

            The EVDO speed is extremely slow compared to what they have advertised and when you request for an engineer visit, they staff asked me to come their office which is approximately 6 - 8kms from my place.

            I would appreciate if this complaint is deal with on an urgent basis.

            What is the latest of your complaint with BSNL?
            I also fall under the same issue with BSNL EVDO service. I took this connection in January 2008. Right after a week, it started showing issues. I used to get disconnected once in 3-5 minutes (but the connection indication shows active) - when we get no display of pages, I needed to reconnect. This goes on continuously... And speed goes beyond normal dial-up. I too have complained with many people in BSNL.. nobody is interested to look into the complaints.. as they are so stupid to think that they get their salary whatever they do to their customers.. forgetting the fact that it is us, the customers who help to pay their salary.. their daily bread...
            So I do not think they are going to resolve this for you... sorry to say that you too fell a victim of EVDO, where BSNL has no technical know-how and each and every time.. people from China are required to attend the complaints..

            I've Got EVDO tower display but the connection always drops down to 1X which is extremely slow...

              BSNL HUAWEI EC325 NIC USB adapter as per advertisement has maximum limit 144 kbps but they don't say what is Its minimum. Maximum speed for download is 8 kbps. It is nothing but waste of money. I cannot call or sms from this darn machine. Is BSNL, a public sector company cheating with 3G and lightning fast words? Not satisfied with this network adapter and request BSNL to improve the situation. and my CDMA Mobile Number 27140316 pls Help me...

              Am using NIC card provided by BSNL its name is ec325(huawei) actual speed limit is 144kbps, but am getting just 40kbps and 1kb of download speed this is irritating me alot can you solve it by giving a valuable advice... please

                Dear Sir/ Madam,

                I am Nilesh from Nagpur. I had shifted my house. I am having BSNL telephone connection along with broadband connection on name Krishna D Pimpalikar from last 10 years but i am very much dissatisfied with your service. My number is[protected]My address is Near Sambhaji Kasar Temple, Mehandibag Road, Maskasath Itwari Nagpur. pin code: 440002). I have submitted my telephone transfer form on 23'rd of August 2008. They said that my phone connection will be shifted with in 6 working days. I waited for month and approached the Sakkardara BSNL office, showed them all documents that got transfer order and new No. also[protected]. They said that they will transfer in 2 working days. Then again I went after 15 days to Sakkardara BSNL office. and after I told its very urgent to have broadband connection now they are telling that there is no working DP so we are not able to give you a connection its no possible, and said told all this to the senior officer, then I contact to the senior one but they try to convince me to take Evdo card, not to solve my current problem.

                And more over, they are sending me the bill every month. Its almost take more than year and still I don’t get a connection. Now I am really very disappointed with the things happened.
                In spite of lodging several complaints, I appeal to the highest authority of BSNL to look into the matter and compensate for the loss

                  I have requested two times for knowing the mob no. of GMT/Jalandhar through e-mail to bsnl.co.in (punjab). Today i have received call from [protected] but they refused me to give the no. of GMT/jalandhar or GM(Admn). and Pl. uptodate the Mob.no. o[censored]r senior officer in telephone directory and also display the Mob. no. of senior telephone officer in ur bsnl website . and also passed order to your subordinate to pass me the Mob. no. of GMT/Jalandhar. Now a days DGs, IGs of police services also displayed their no. in their website as well as in newspapers. Why they refused me to gave the no. of GMT. They are the citizen of INDIA and also a public servent. Are they treated himself as a Prime Minister and President of India.

                    I have recharged BSNL's Rs. 230 GPRS PACK . but I want to inform you that bsnl's gprs service is always on hold in LOSAL ,SIKAR (RAJASTHAN) and other village areas.

                      GRIEVANCE - BSNL BROADBAND (DATAONE)

                      I refer to above grievance related to non working of my broadband service provided by BSNL DataOne. I have made three complaints in the past one month using BSNL's online complaint website - http://mis.bsnl.co.in/pgs/internet/pgwebregn.asp. The engineers who came to inspect the problem stated that the issue is from their server, but still no action has been taken.

                        I'm having BSNL broadband connection. Most of the links are not opening, it says address not found, check your DNS server. I checked all my settings in my side, it is fine. There is a problem in routing, bsnl should take action on this to check as soon as possible. What is the use of having broadband connection when nothing is opening. Please resolve this at the earliest.

                          As a consumer of BSN Ltd / Kolkata Telephone No.[protected] the undersigned was provided with a free "Manick Jod Sim" Card for free unlimited utilization to base home telephone and rest calls @ prevailing tariff. No monthly charges are payable against this SIM as announced by BSN Ltd.

                          On 09.01.2009 BSNL announced that "Manick Jod Sim" which was made available to us free of fixed monthly charges basis has become monthly chargeable at a fixed rate of Rs.40/- with effect from 08.01.2009. No earlier notice in this regard was issued but new scheme contrary to the understanding given effect on 08.01.2009 and compelled customers to accept vide notification made on 09.01.2009.

                          But for the scheme made available to BSN Ltd customers free of monthly fixed charges we would have no interest to get the said SIM from BSN Ltd. However I treat this as a breach of contract by BSN Ltd. Since I have lot of contacts from this SIM No. and it is very difficult to change contacts all on a sudden I had no other alternate but to digest this forced tariff. Is it a fair deal with "Valued" customers by BSN Ltd? What is your valued opinion?                             This time your kind personal attention is invited to the entire issue rest with CGM / Kolkata right from 12-03-08 to till date. CGM / Kolkata might have made efforts to solve the issue but it appears that he has no control over his administration as such miserably failed to sort out.                             Even interferences by your office in the shape of Post office manner, by just simply forwarding copy of the letter to CGM have however no impact on a decontrolled situation prevailing at CGM’s own office. Again CGM miserably failed (as he has practically no control over his administration) to sort out problems in all respect though digested a default rectified in improper manner & now even hesitant to accept a sue motto proposal given to settle the long outstanding case. However your kind personal attention is invited to my case in respect of matter arising out of letters already available with you / records. Some copies as ATTACHMENT already available with you are sent for ready reference for taking suitable action to close the long standing case. It is however be clearly be noted that unless the undersigned certifies that the case is closed it will be on. Simply departmental clearance will not be treated as case closed.

                            It is pathetic that the new shifted line is out of order and no response after my complaint lodge.
                            You are now requested for in order of land line and for the rectification o[censored]nexpected bill.

                              My complaint is that I have applied for a Bsnl Landline connection and deposite all fee and document received the information regarding the new phone number but the connection is still not installed. It is being from last 45 Days since i call them daily and remind but everybody in BSNL simalwara (distric-dungarpur, state-rajasthan, baswara zone) main office ask me to that bsnl will take 3-4 month from application to intall the phone process some time tell me contact another person and nobody helping me.they all are lazy man nobody want to work right.

                              My Question is that who is responsible for getting this thing late? Why BSNL employees are not willing to work?
                              Is that right the Bsnl take 3-4 month for intall a connection. Or how much time it takes for them to get it done?

                                We got this telephone number from January 2009. As we shifted our residence from CV raman Nagar Phase I to phase II. Broad band connection was given in February. We had given our request telephone shifting on 26th December.
                                But the telephone gives a ratteling sound. Daily we are giving a complaint. But one is caring. This problem has startd atleast 20 day before. Dataone is completely dead.
                                Here we have One Mr. Sitaram. He dosent even listen to us. He says that no complaint has reached him. Please look in to the mater.

                                  Hi,

                                  Since last week (21st Sep 09), my broadband service/internet is down (PPP Down) repeated complaints has fallen deaf ears of the concerned Dept. However my phone[protected] is working. Every time I register a complaint the same is closed without solving my problem (3 complaints -2509/0001(closed without assigning any reason as per customer support Exec, 0909/898 closed quoting problem rectified as per C S Exec, finally 30th Sep - 0909/595 with No response till now).

                                  Similar issue has repeated in the recent past where sometimes telephone line goes faulty or Internet is down, which is solved after registering a complaint or sometime without even a complaint. This time it is pathetic, the complaint is closed without rectifying the problem. One of the customer support executives was rude on phone today or was dictating terms to me.

                                  I even tried calling the respective area’s Exchange, post repeated calls I got their Supervisor’s Mobile No. ending with XX797 only to hear one patriotic song and no answer always.

                                  I still hope this problem would be solved at earliest.

                                  9 days back they have give bsnl broadband connection now net is not working data packets is moving but no browsing, please check.
                                  My net connection has not been working for months . No, action hasbeen taken . I tried simunteniously to recover the connection but all in vein . So, I am requesting you
                                  please take steps to make order the connection, otherwise, my money is just going out,
                                  The only way to solve problems with BSNL is by sending EMails / SMS / letters to the Sr Officers starting from the Top. I also resort to complaints by Post cards so thatit is transparent for all in BSNL to see.
                                  None of them pick up the phones. If you happen to meet them in person, you willbe horrified by their attitude. The only way out of this is privatization. GOD SAVE THE PEOPLE OF INDIA FROM SUCH HORRIBLE GOVERNMENT OFFICERS.

I recharge it on[protected] @399/- (1 gb free for 30 days).after 20 minutes net was working stop.when i contect c.care, he told me that you have used this pack in 19 minuts.then i approached to grievance cell by email in proper way.he told me that you have used this pack between recharging and activation, so you have charged @ 2 paise per kb i.e 20971/- per 1gb.no incorrect charge is found.as per trai guidline i request him for disclose terms & condition n rate of charge. he neglect my query.then i send mail to head office of idea with cc to all related higher authority. there after mr.rupesh/manish idea cellular office, patna approached me for settlement of claim by free recharging @ 399/-pack and accept the fault by idea net.

                                        i have bsnl broadband 'home 500 c' plan in which nigh 2am.to morning 8am free service of internet is available.credit for one mont exept night unlimited is is 1.5 gb and if further it is 80 paisa per mb.the prolem is when i connnect net on 2:05 am there clock is ten minute late and it count the units(data) in chargable.means it should be count only up 2'o clock for chargable units (as there clock is 10 minutes late) bu it charges me as follows;
                                        1. when i connect internet at 2:05 am it conect actualy at 1:55 am
                                        2:it should charge me only for 5 minutes (up 2 am)
                                        3:but it charged me until i diconnect i.e 2:30,3:00 or 4:00 am
                                        4 it give me bill of rupies 2800 insted of rupies 500 for the month august 2009
                                        5.if night 2 am to 8 am is free then why they are charging me? are they cheating?
                                        6.why there clock is set back 10 minutes i set my clock on TV so whitch is correct?

                                        i have bsnl Home 500 plan in which night unlimited download/upload is free from 0200-08hrs but .when i checked my bsnl usage it is charging me upto 02:20 hrs & not according to my clock it is clearly showing in the sheet that they charged me upto 02:20 hrs . and it is not a one day mistake its happening daily.
                                        what kind of monitring system they r using...
