I am Nilesh from Nagpur. I had shifted my house. I am having BSNL telephone connection along with broadband connection on name Krishna D Pimpalikar from last 10 years but i am very much dissatisfied with your service. They said that my phone connection will be shifted with in 6 working days. I waited for month and approached the Sakkardara BSNL office, showed them all documents that got transfer order and new No. also[protected]. They said that they will transfer in 2 working days. Then again I went after 15 days to Sakkardara BSNL office. and after I told its very urgent to have broadband connection now they are telling that there is no working DP so we are not able to give you a connection its no possible, and said told all this to the senior officer, then I contact to the senior one but they try to convince me to take Evdo card, not to solve my current problem.
And more over, they are sending me the bill every month. Its almost take more than year and still I don’t get a connection. Now I am really very disappointed with the things happened.
In spite of lodging several complaints, I appeal to the highest authority of BSNL to look into the matter and compensate for the loss
Please kindly do the needful as early as possible.

I have taken the connection of bsnl and broadband in november 2008 but i have given the application of buying the wifi modem but it was shown rented, it was than told to me that it would be adjusted in next bill, so i didn't paid the bill because i knew if i paid then it will never be adjusted . so i waited for the adjusted bill but it didn't came adjusted.
now i dont want to run against bsnl office again as i dont have that much time, ijust want that they can come and please withdrew my connection. I Will Be very thankful to them .[protected]
My land line no.[protected] is not working last two day. Phone totaly dead.
Kindly resolve the problem.

I am the BSNL customer for the last 25 years and was using BSNL Landline. Last year I have shifted my new house to Ayyappa Nagar, K R Puram. From the time I shifted the house, the BSNL officials are telling that they will not be able to provide the Landline facility to my house and they provided the WLL[protected]. I am looking for BSNL Landline mainly for Broadband purpose.
Except BNSL, I am not happy with any other Landline service provideder. Being a valued customer for BSNL for 25 years, I desperately need the BSNL Landline.
I request the Authorities to do the needful as soon as possible.

But the fact, BSNL kallikuppam exchange not have people to provide new lines even though the lines and provisions are readily available in this area. Almost two months over. Call center 1500 just provides information but cannot provide solution or cannot register any complaint. In last two months, how many new lines are provided from this exchage? How to proceed further???
My telephone no[protected] is down for more than one month. No action has been taken irrespective of my repeated complaints. Service and response is horrible when we call this number[protected]. Area -Kavalbyrasandra, RT nagar Bangalore 32.
