my bsnl landline telephone , varkala ([protected]) has not been working for the last three years,. i launched complaints from lineman level to the divisional engineer regarding my grievance. not only my telephone, but the ones in my neighbourhood too are not working.despite the dead status of the telephone, i have been paying the tel. rent without fail for the last three years.since my efforts with the varkala bsnl officials were in vain, i broadened my registration of complaint to the managerial level officials like general manager, gm rural, pgm, and gm accounts.i used to contact public grievance cell several times, but all are in vain . again by the end of august, i personally met the divisional engineer varkala and he agreed that my issue wil be settled within three days, but i waited for one week .then i tried contacting the divisional engineer , bt he was'nt even responsible enough to attend my call( his no. [protected]). so i later contacted the public grievance cell on 5th sept, they again assured me a deadline 25th sept, as committed by the divisional engineer.immediately , i contacted gen. manager ([protected]) and explained the whole history and appealed him to follow up the issue to redress my complaints as committed by the divisional engineer. today the day is sept.29.......the assurance given to me has not yet been materialised. the bsnl dept has hence proved to be irresponsible and incapable to the customers, i must say. what more should i do to get my complaint rectified? please do consider my reqest and reply.....
