SUBJECT ITSELF IS VERY LONG BEING NOT IN MOOD DUE REPEATED PROBLEM OF NON-AVAILIBILITY OF SPECIALLY INTERNET. BUT IT IS ALSO HAPPENING THAT BECAUSE OF FAILURE OF LANDLINE INTERNET IS NOT AVAILABLE.

DURIONG LAST 3/4 MONTHS THIS HAS BECOME A REGULAR OCCASIONS OF SUCH FAILURE FOR WHICH COMPLAINS WERE ALSO LODGED. THE LINE MAN AS WELL AS THE I/C OFFICER ON LINE NUMBER- IS NOT MOSTLY CONTACTABLE ON THE GROUNDS OF- DEPLOYED ON FAULT REPAIRING -

I HAVE CAME ACROSS THAT FOR NOT PROVIDING THE SERVICES AS ABOVE FOR MORE THAN 72 HOURS THEN THE RENT/INTERNET CHARGES CAN NOT BE RECOVERED AS HAS BEEN SETTLED BY SOME JUDICIAL PRONOUNCEMENT. IS IT CORRECT ?

I HAVE ALSO ADDRESSED ONE LETTER ON THE ABOVE LINES TO BSNL TIME TO TIME WHICH IS ON SUPPOSED TO BE ON THEIR RECORD BEING AUTOMATICE COMPLAIN SYSTEM-. URJABEN

BSNL Landline — frequently line fault,and late repairing

sir, my telephone no is[protected].my problem is my telephone line got fault on 31st july, i docketed on that day, but it is repaired after 5days, again on 15th august my telephone line got fault, and after docketing till now i have not got any response from BSNL side.
please kindly check this matter.

BSNL — Lan complaint frequently

My lanline[protected] is frequently going dead, at least monthly 15 days its not working. But BSNL rent is fully charging. If i am calling they says highway work is going on thats why. But they are not at all considering our complaing. Their service is very very bad.. To whom i wants to complaint for further action. my rent is paying fully, they are not giving any concession on it.
our land line is getting problem frequently due to improper cable connection. And they are not attending our problem seriously.so please solve our problem as early as possible

our telephone no. 25923741 is dead from 15 days yesterday afternoon it has been repaired but again today it is dead. We having two telephone another one is 28379374 after repairing this telephone is dead and today it is ok again 25923741 has been dead. It is effecting our bussiness . Kindly look into the matter it is very urgent.

    More than one month have passed since I applied for a broadband connection. Location - NitiKhand, indirapuram, Ghaziabad.

    After umpteen number of calls to customer care and JE / SDO office no favorable result has came.

    I applied to transfer my land line phone(220003) from Modinagar to Swarn Jayanti Puram Ghaziabad on 31/03/212. However, phone is not transferred yet (6/May/2012).

    I had a discussion with JE and some other staff member of BSNL, but no body convey the message when I will get it transfer. I asked to internet connection as well but they reply once the Engineer will come to setup phone call him and they will setup the internet.

    My whole work is depend on internet and due to improper information given by BSNL staff I am loosing my business as well as in future I would not recommend anybody to go with BSL.

    I can understand now why people are going with other companies like Airtel, Idea,
    Reliance and vodafone. Because BSNL service is kind of shameful.

      This is the second time I am facing problem from BSNL Bangalore in shifting the landline from one home to another in the same BSNL region.
      When I shifted my home from 5th Phase to 1st Phase JP Nagar, they to more than 3 months for transferring the connection. This was also successful as I was running to Jayanagar 5th and 7th block (Yediyoor) offices everyday leaving all my daily work.

      This is the most irrsponsible public service I have ever heard in my life.
      Now that I have shifted my house within same premises in 1st phase and even after 2 weeks of applying for transfer, the old connection is not even disconnected allowing its mis-use.

      And everytime they promise the transfer will happen in 7 to 10days.. So nice to hear!!!

      Can someone higher authority look into as why JP nagar BSNL office works in suich worst condition in providing public service?

      I too faced same problem. I had to run arround offices and catch the line man. It took almost 3 months for me to get the connection.
      Your services is useless Telephone no 22442085 repeatedly goes dead.

      No use complaining . WE are forced to Airtel mobile services.
      we are also expecting the jeyanagar bsnl for the present position of new phone connection with broad band with plan H500C for the one year with the regstn No.JNR/N OYT GNL/78300 dt[protected]

        My self Dilip D Vaghamshi reside at DABHOI district BARODA and I have been cheated by BSNL

        i purchased a BSNL Sim on dated[protected].but sim not activated till date pls resolve the problem as soon as possible my BSNL No- [protected] and sim card No is[protected]
        i have to call customer service and they are not giving me satisfied reply. visited BSNL office in dabhoi but everytime there is not responsible person available, and every time they told me that "COME LATER SIR IS NOT AVAILABLE" hence I dont know that who can solve my problem.

            The best and worst service and interaction with customer is too poor worst with BSNL.Dont know what happening with this national wide big service provider.The employees are very less technically skilled and even they didnt know about the particular what about we are asking for.And they always try to skip delay the work and didnt want to make the work get it done.always they use to say " work is pending with some third parties" ...In my case i was applied for telephone connection in kothapet exchange.they recorded my order and said with in two days i will get connection, after 1 month of no response i went to exchange and while enquiring they told the exchange associated to my area was affected due to rains and the connectivity broken ..new connections are not possible wait for three months.I felt unhappy about how these employees are doing jobs...with out any efforts and doing no work.Later i went to JTO in the exchange and he suggested to opt for WLL phone as new landline conections is having problems.they created new order and routed me to the concerned office. i went there and asked about the connection they said wll phones out of stock ...it will take one month...

            OHH God...damn BSNL...again after one month i went for the office and enquired about the connection and now they are saying server is down ... we are unable to track your order details ...

            Could any one of you please blow out away BSNL for the god sake...

They always have a excuse about the connection and now they are saying server is down ... we are unable to track your order details ...

            i requested on there consumer no- 1500 for connection comp. no 7503063 dated 1/11/11 and again 0n 10/12/2011with complaint no is 7525821
            i also requested many times to GM udaipur/ J.En. madari/ BSNL shoppe exchange but still i am waiting without any action .

              I Rakesh Mishra, My BSNL Pre-paid Mobile No. [protected]. This Mobile No. not working properly from dated 10.12.2009 that all incoming calls are done but not any numbers dialed. If we dialed the any number, my mobile beeping Tu… Tu… Tu… then call end.

              Kindly solve this problem & reply urgently.

                Hi

                I'm from Gurgaon and I want to buy a new BSNL EVDO Card. I walked into the Gurgaon Telegram office where BSNL sells its EVDO Card in Gurgaon and I talked to Customer service and also visit mail telephone exchange to apply EVDO Card for my laptop. I had to visit the office many many times and every time I went there they would tell me they have no stocks. It happening from last 2 months and one office lady told me that it will took about one more months to come the Stock in Gurgaon.

                Its really bad and I realise why people choose Reliance and Tata Indicom instead of BSNL because of poor service and negligency of customer

                BSNL EVDO broadband — Not working for past 2 months

                Respected Sir,

                I'm using BSNL EVDO broadband service for the past 8 months.. Initially it was working good, but for past 2 months it's not working.. Despite repeated complaints, I haven't got any proper reply from BSNL.. Nobody from BSNL has visited my place also to check actual problem..Everytime when i call BSNL office, they register a new complaint, but they don't provide complaint no. also, so it's difficult to check who has registered the complaint... I request you to do the needful...
                I was assured of speed upto 2mbps, but i'm not getting even 50kbps which is a dial up speed..this is really ridiculous since it's a broadband.. even yahoo! home page takes around 2 mins to open..
                Still haven't got any reply from BSNL as well as anybody from this forum.. I guess it's bcoz we'r in India
                You are right!! I am trying to get from last 3 months. I am based in Gujarat, Surat city.

                NO STOCK available!!!

                  Myself is Vishal Nimbark, sir my address is B103, PMO colony, C-58/20, sector 62 Noida.

                  Sir, i had applied for BSNL Broadband connection though a consultant but after 15 days of waiting he has told us that bsnl broadband service is not available in ur area, so finaly we have told him that we dont want the connection. Afterwards we did not received any call from BSNL office.

                  But now even if we dont have any phoneline, dont have any modem and BSNL has given us a bill of Rs. 2078, the given phone number is S[protected]. I had not recieved first bill. I got second bill at my address.

                  we have been to BSNL office, sector 62 and met many of the officers, but none of them is responding properly, one of them said us to pay the bill. why we should pay even when we are not having any connection????

                  I HOPE U WILL DO NEEDED ACTIONS IN FRONT OF THE OFFICERS WHO ARE NOT EVEN CARING FOR CHECKING WHETHER THEY HAVE PROVIDED CONNECTION OR NOT, AND JUST THROWING BILLS AND WASTING TIME OF PEOPLE.
                  I absolutely agree to your statements made, as i too am a victim and do not have internet connection for more than 25 days (almost a month now). I am from bangalore.
                  I would also like to share a interesting fact which depicts their work culture. This happened when i called the BSNL call center.
                  The story in short: " a person named tyagaraj picked the call for 2 times and checked the issue reported that it is their backend problem after making me to go through checking and reconnecting etc... The third time i called, unfortunately he had picked the call again and told me that there are 2 tyagaraj :)

                  Now here is the punch line given by him when i asked him to put the call to higher ups "THERE IS NO ONE MANAGING US"
                  This sentence rightly depicts their behaviour in totality NO ONE TO MANAGE THEM AND THEY ARE LEFT FREE.

                  And i am very sure this is not going to be resolved for another 1-2months.

                  NOTE: in case anyone disagrees pls give me the contact number to whom i can contact and get my issue resolved.

                    i am using BSNL prepaid service. I dont know, hw a service activated on my no. [protected]. i discussed several times to customer care & called the nos suggset by them to deactivate the service. but still it is pending.

                    I would like to bring to your notice that the service provided by BSNL is very bad.
                    its old...way behind the other service providers.The greatest shock is from the caller tune section.No new songs gets added in the list.The songs are too old or too boring one whereas the other providers hav so much gone ahead in the process that you juz need to call and tell the song name.They hav unlimited songs..old..new...english.The same is expected frm BSNL..but no we are not supposed to get it..
                    There are no gud offers..The same is goin on and on...The second is the Internet on mobile.it is so slow and so disturbed that one cannot use it regularly.
                    well i would like to tell you that i have activated the radio service on bsnl prepaid ..and itz charging 19 rs ...so i would be gratefull to you if you kindly tell me the procedure of removing this facilty...please be quick...

                      I am ANIRUDDHA SINHA lives in Bolpur.I bought a BSNL ZTE EV-DO from bolpur BSNL office on 24.04.2009.(Reg no.202505).As I was told the monthly charge is Rs.500+ tax.But they have send me the bill amount of Rs.1572 for the month of april(for 7 days) and for the month of may(for 31 days).After long conversation with the SDO i had paid Rs746.Now again for the month of june they send me the bill of Rs.755 in stead of Rs.500+tax(10%).So I am requesting you to kindly look after this matter as early as possible.
                      I am completely agree with Aniruddha Sinha.Bolpur BSNL office serves very poor service.Sometimes their printer does not work and ALSO THEY LIE WHILE SELLING THEIR PRODUCTS...please look after this matter.

                            I have lodged several complaints through 198 and the person taking care of telephones in our society Shipra Riviera, Indirapuram but the problems remains.
                            The hardly works properly for 15 days in month. Often it is dead. The person who is in charge of taking care of phones in our society hardly cares to listen to complaints.
                            we are using your forum to voice our concern.

                              Dear Sir,

                              BSNL Jharkhand-Jamshedpur.

                              I am goutam karmakar residence in Jamshedpur, jharkhand.
                              My nearest bsnl exchange manifit exchage and its tower is visible form my house.
                              I use 1x WLL data card from 9 month ago.WLL number is 2908311.

                              Its surfing and download speed regularly decrease.Some time it is totally tortoise for log days.
                              I am middle class family and using net for business purpose.
                              Broadband service is very costly for me for 24 hour service.

                              Please correct my problem and increase speed

                              ONE COMPLAINT WITH DOCET NO. JKH/CO/2009/2054...DATE - 23/11/2009

                              the above connection not working since july 2009, and still not functioning due to improper response of S.D.O Mr. R. K paswan, O.C.B Exchange, Purana Bazar, DHanbad, I had to pay useless five months Bill even after no use of wll net connection.The device stopped working in july 2009, after enquiry in exchange office i was informed that it could be replaced, talk to Mr. Rajeev for repair, but Mr. Rajeev informed that it could be replaced with a letter to S.D.O. This Whole process finally ended on 23rd Aug when finally they recieved the device. But the device not sent for replacement due the negligence of S.D.O, Dhanbad for a month, it was kept in the exchange office there it self, finally after so many enquiries and irritation it was finally recieved by me on 23rd Oct 09, The device was sent back to the office on 11th oct as informed by mr. Rajeev(replacement division, broadband, karmik nagar, dhanabd). for this whole duration i had to pay the rental for nothing which was delayed due to S.D.O. even on enquiry on the day of recieving of device (23rd oct) he misbehaved and did not gave proper response for the delay. Finally all dues were cleared with fine to the device working, but till date its not working, today(23nov) i went to all the exchange office as informed by one other employee in the office and finally came to know that as the device was replaced, it has some ESN No. which also has to be changed with the new one on the S.D.O 's order which was not done yet again and its not working still now. I want a clear cut solution and action on the S.D.O of Dhanbad, B.S.N.L, O.B.C Exchange, Purana Bazar, 826001. and also want you to do what is fair with the bills which i had to pay for no use, Request you for bills to be reversed or adjusted in future bills, And Get the connection started at the earliest.

                                New Landline / WLL connection — Phone not installed even after two months

                                Sir, I applied for a land line phone connection on 6th June 2009 and deposited a sum of Rs. 500/- as the security amount on 6th June itself. Though more than two months have elapsed since I applied but no action has been taken by the department. It seems that BSNL either is not interested in new customers or is incapable to install the phone. I visited your sub exchange at Mianwala/ Nathuwala, Hardwar Road for more than four times. Every time I contacted the official concerned at the sub-exchange, they has one or other excuse for not installing the phone at my residential address. I hope you will look into the matter and help me get a phone connection. However if still BSNL is not interested you are requested to refund my security amount.

                                Our Land Line No[protected]

                                I have taken BSNL landlines Service since 2008 but the battery backup hardly 2 minutes and its useless batteries proving to innocent customer.
                                Our Home is located in village area and my parents totally depends on BSNL landlines to call us ..
                                There was no connectivity of any other mobile service also.
                                Our Exchange office Guttigar Sullia Talaq, they were replaced battery more than 3 times but problem not solved.
                                Power cut problem daily will be 8 to 10 hour, how can we communicate parents an emergency situation?
                                Please look into the matter solve the problem ASAP.

                                  Dear sir/ Madam,

                                  My name is Dr Suresh Kumar and I am going to complaint regarding the BSNL customer care service. I bought BSNL EVDO internet data card 3 months back. Since then very rarely I was able to talk to any customer care personnel. I have 2 customer care numbers[protected] and[protected]. The first one keeps ringing and no one picks up and the second one is busy all the time. During these 3months, only twice I was able to talk to customer care personnel in spite of repeated uncountable attempts of calling spread over period of weeks.

                                  Even when I connected, customer care personnel talks very rudely and does not pay any attention your problem. They seem to somehow ignore you and also they lied to me once. I totally ignored this situation until today (14 July 2009) when I was very upset by their behavior.

                                  My BSNL EVDO is supposed to have 2 mbps speed but for the last 2 weeks it’s very slow (even less than 126 kbps). To know the reason I called[protected] and the customer care personnel did respond this time by picking up the phone but instead of answering question he just gives another number which happens to be[protected], which is the same number I attempted several times in the past, which is always busy. But on 14 July 2009, the second number was not busy and the customer care personnel answers the phone.

                                  As soon as he understood my question he hangs up the phone and then he makes repeated attempts to check whether I am still online. I deliberately did not hang up my phone to know what was going on. After 6 minutes, I disconnected and tried again and it became busy thereafter. It is very obvious that customer care personnel are not doing their job.

                                  I am very disappointed by this behavior. I hope someone will attend to this and try to solve the problem.

                                  im roliek george the same thing happens with us also... myself n my friend sajid bought a bsnl evdo data card which is supposed to provide 2 mbps... n the worst part is its not even providing more than 200-300kbps... is it a fake service offering 2mbps and making the people fool????? the respective authorities should take action to solve the problem soon...
                                  BSNL does not believe in service. It does in leisure. Make a call to their customer service number 1504 and you can listen to a carnatic music concert for an hour. Then dont believe in interrupting you, even for assistance.

                                  My situation is also same, i bought the BSNL dat card 2 months backs and since then hardly my speed goes till 50 kbps which should be 2 mps. Am trying to disconnect this connetcion as mine is unlimites but am not able to use it at all so please help me, i want to cut this connection but none of the customer care service centers provides any response to my request wither they wont pick the call or they just hang up providing some other number.

                                  getting the fluctuating speed of 30 - 90 kBps. I have purchased the EVDO USB Dongle of 2500(Prepaid). And without any further recharging, i am able to connect to net. But now i don't know which scheme i m using right now, so that if it's not Unlimited i can convert it so. How to check account balance? I have tried the ip address as said in some Web-site links.
                                  I also purchased a 3G data card no. [protected] from BSNL on april 2011, after being fooled by their advertisment gimmicks which promised high speeds on their data cards, but to my utter dismay post purchase of it, the reality was indeed something else,

                                  I hail from Agartala, tripura and from the same house where i use to get amazingly fast speeds on my friends tata photon+, the bsnl 3g data card is able to give only 2 or 3 kbps speed. which makes even a fast to load, site like Google appear only after waiting several seconds..and better not to talk of the other high graphic sites..with videos and all...
                                  I am so dissapointed and frustrated with my decision, is this the kind of service one expects from a PSU run by the GOI...
                                  i would also like to know, whether there is any remedy for this problem or i shall dump this data card in the nearest garbage.!!

                                  BSNL customer care official never attends to the issue, the other day after calling for about 25 times always shifting from one number to the other finally they recieved and when I wanted to give the complaint the customer care representative told me that the complaints cannot be taken.

                                  From past 1 week there is almost no or poorCDMA/EVDO signal in ashoknagara area pincode(575006). Please rectify this.

                                    ur all the employees so called sarkari jamai's are having good time during the job time. they are always not avaible to the customer. this is the worst part o[censored]r service. we are not free all the time coming to ur office and in returns hearing with a cold brain that "atyare koi nathi kale avjo". i want ur reply fast about what are ur actions to it.
