Sub : Complaint for Non Connectivity for our Tel.no.25430008 from last 10days.


This is with reference for the Telephone Line mentioned above.

Regarding it we have launched on i.e-07/07/09 a compliant for non working of our telephone line wide YOUR COMPLAINT NO. 2027-07/07/09.& been assured that the problem will be throughed/ cleared by sending the linemen on 08/7/09 itself .

Further we have submitted the written application to BSNL Kothrud Office, has received the stamp & sign of your Mr.Rakelkar, who have denied us from giving the Fax no. also to submit further & assured that it will be cleared in 4-5 days. Thus attaching the copy of the compliant filed.


But, still till today 15/7/09 no further action as has been taken to solve the problem inspite of time to time follow up to do it & been told that YOUR CABLING WORK is going on, & will be cleared in two more days. Hence, forced to fax you further all the details. It is causing SERIOUS difficulites for day to day operations of our business transactions & resulting in delays in communication.


We hope the problem will be solved in said time as informed or other wise, expect you to immediately solve the problem by sending your linemen at the above address, Else we will forced to claim for losses occurred to us due to complaint unattended in time.

My residential telephone landline[protected] is not working for the last four days. As my mother is ill please send technician to repair it.
My telephone[protected] was dead from 6.07.09. I made a complaint through 198 twice on 7.07 and then 11.07. On 16th I started receiving calls, but no calls could be made from my side. The response to any call made is either an engaged tone or 'sorry this number does not exist' or 'all routes are busy'. However, my Broad band is working without any hassles. On further complaint a lineman did visit on 28.07 and opined that the telephone set is not compatible with Broad band and we should purchase a set. He walked away after the sermon. Incidentally the present set is a replacement of the original set we had after the broad band connectivty could not be established for a month when I subscribed for that. At that time incompatability of telephone, excessive discharge and so on were the pet answers for the non connectivity of the broad band. ultimately the lack of connectivity was found to be due to a wrong patch cord connection at the exchange. The connectivity was established in minutes thanks to a young upright Engineer. I wonder if anybody will restore my telephone connection so that a senior citizen can keep in touch with his son and daughter who stay thousands of miles away.

landline[protected] is not working properly from last one & half year. nobody from BSNL office came to check the complaint. so many complaints logged at bsnl office. The telephone is very much need due to senior citizens in the house & not able talk.It has been noticed that while we left the phone noise of engaged tone caming from the instrument. also many times corss conecctions are their.

BSNL — Network problem in my residential area

Sir,

I the undersigned is employed as Assistant Engineer at JVVNL. I am using three BSNL GSM Connections of which one is postpaid ([protected]) and two are prepaid ([protected]/[protected]) for around past 5 years. But for last 3 or so months their are problems related to frequent disconnections ,breakage of voice signal and others around my residential are (Chitrakoot Sector-2, Jaipur). I had already filed several complaints on Telephone No: 1503 and by hand at Customer Care, Vaishali Nagar but no action has been taken yet . And if i ask Contact Person on 1503 he/she tells to go to customer care and Customer Care tells me to first book complaint at 1503. All BSNL GSM subscribers in area around Chitrakoot Sector-2 are facing this difficulty ,also few of them has already changed their operators.

I am from Vasai (Thane, Maharashtra) and my number is 2346947. Every alternate day and in weekends my internet is down.

Sir, I am from chennai my telephone number is [protected] conection with broadband. it is not working for 5 days. I have booked fault complaint thro' auto call service on 20-APR-2012. My docket number is [protected]. Since it is eam season my son is suffering to see mail transaction & browse net service. I contacted at exchange office & called to different ends.     Dear Sir/Ma'am,

    I have been getting messages from unknown numbers lately. First it was in the beginning when i bought my BSNL sim... I used to get many calls from guys in Belgaum saying that my number actually belonged to a friend of theirs, where I got my sim, that they're the police, they want to know my location, name, etc. and they were asking me to change my sim. I used to get many calls from them for about a month. It finally stopped after a while. That was a year back. I kinda got calls from about 6 -8 numbers from Belgaum.
    I've been getting calls from one of those numbers again.
    And then a few days ago a got a forwarded message from an unknown number [[protected]]. I asked who it was. No reply. I asked again after a few days (i.e., today) and i got a call from that number. There was swearing from the other side and the person was asking me whether I was Nisha and whether I study in bangalore and that my number was given to him by some paramedical store guy and that my number's from bangalore. they were asking for my name, what I was doing, etc.
    Later on today I started getting messages from another number. I thought it was some of my good friends from class playing with me. It turned out that it was some unknown guy called Sanjan who was saying that he was my close friend. I never knew a Sanjan in my life.

    Same thing with Airtel. I kept getting messages from this unknown Airtel number saying "I love you so much Sangeethaji."

    And within one or two days after I bought my Tata Docomo sim (i used it as my personal number - for 3 of my close friends n family), I got a message from some Karthik (Airtel number, [protected]) or someone... asking for my name and whether we can be friends.

    It's bothering me. Getting messages from these unknown men annoys and worries me. I simply don't understand where they get my numbers from.

    That Sanjan guy's messaging me. now he's saying that he's Shankar [[protected]]... I've got no idea who these people are. And it's disturbing.

    When I go online in Yahoo! messenger, it's like this (because i have an ID which has my name in it). I can manage that somehow. I've got no idea who these people are. It's like I have no privacy when I get messages from unknown numbers pretty oft in my mobile.

    Is this Euromillion mobile draw, true?
    i used to have similar problems at airtel...however after switching to tata docomo this problem has gone away...also the problem of getting a big mobile phone bill has also gone away thanks to the economical package by tata docomo

    i want to complent againg tata docomo service, actully sir i was taken my new number before 1 week, at that time retailer took all document but now my number out going is bard, so i cant abel to use this service and i m a student so i have not time to go and do some enquire, i also contact to customer care, but she told me that you have to submit all document againg, that not possible to me, becouse our class is going morning 8 to evening 6, so please sir solve my porblem.

    I have the same problem here. I bought my Tata Docomo SIM on the afternoon of July 10th, 2009, a Friday. When I bought the SIM, I gave all the necessary documents which are required and I also submitted the form the BDA Complex in Koramangala when I bought the SIM. And today I get a message from them saying that I have to submit the form for my connection. And that today is the last day for that. I got this message on today i.e., July 22, 2009, Wednesday at 18:07:03. Please do solve this problem. I have exams from 27th July to the 30th of July, 2009. I won't be able to revisit the BDA complex again soon. And I remember I've submitted all the necessary forms and documents. I have the receipt (or customer copy or whatever you call it) with me too.

    anyone of her friends relatives can cann and check with me or even she has the guts she can call me and check with me and delete the complaint that she has wriiten way back in jan 2010

      I have applied for shifting my bsnl broadband connection one and half month ago from BTM to Rupenagrahara, but still did not get connection,
      And one more thing i want to know that will i be getting bill during shift till i did not get connection back.

        Dear Sir,
        Reg:- broadband[protected] plan 299 combo converted into 750 plus unlimited

        I am very much fed up from the behavior of staff of Gomti Nagar exchange, specially SDO Mr M.S. Verma & Mr. Bhuvendra Kumar.
        Phone remains always out of order and no complaint is heard by SDO and customer care.
        Further, I had given application on[protected] to SDO Gomti Nagar to change my plan from 299 combo to 750 plus unlimited. And after confirmation from SDO Gomti Nagar & Mr. Bhuvendra Kumar, as well as from customer care, on[protected], I started to use it.

              land line telephone — Bad services of Telephone

              I have instlalled a land line MTNL telephone No.25274517 by my employeer State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur at my residence GH-4/67, Meera Apartment Paschim Vihar, New Delhi in the month of May 2009. Since then, my aforesaid telephone is not working well. There is a surrounding sounds in the line while using the phone. Moreover, the instrument is also defective. The incoming call sound is very low which is not hearable. For this I have made complaint since last 3 months various times but not a single man come to attend my complaint. This is a matter of concern. Please look into the matter seriously other wise we are compail to surrender all the 500 telephones of our officers installed at the residence of our Bank.

              BSNL — Telephone landline service

              As our land line number is[protected]. During one of BSNL scheme of advance telephone bill payment we had paid our 12 month telephone service rent in advance during march-2010 to march-2011. As per the scheme we have been given new telephone set with caller id facilities. We have not been given new instrument till date and our phone number is dead from nov-2010 to till date. We have registered our telephone complain to computerised complain centre five times. BSNL had attended the complain two times but within a week our telephone became dead again.
              We have approached BSNL exchange Narol nearby for our complain. They had answered that their underground cable was being theft every weekend and they were not able to solved the problem. Also when we asked about new instrument as per the scheme they told that we had not sufficient stock of instrument and as soon as the stock arrived they were delievered to us.
              Now they have given us 10 day notice for not paying our dead telephone's bill payment.

                i am using Bsnl students suvidha connection for almost 1year.my number is [protected].5 days ago i bought a validity recharge coupon of 165 rupees.when i tried to recharge with the voucher i got a message that "network is busy please try later".when i tried after some time it said " vocher is pending".i did wait for abt 3 hours and then contacted bsnl customer care.they said please wait for another 6 hours, this may be due to our server problem etc..after waiting for 6 hours i tried to recharge again and again i got the same message that the voucher is pending.i registered a complained with the customer care and my complaint number was KL[protected].they asked me to wait for another 24 hours and try to recharge.this time also it dint worked..after waiting for 24hours i again contacted the customer care and every time they said my complaint is under consideration and wait for say 6hours..i contacted the customer care 6 times after waiting for the time specified.then when i contacted them for the seventh time they said your problem is solved and the complaint is marked as solved.please wait for another 6 hour and the recharge will be done.
                but it didnt worked this time too...
                then today morning i went to the customer care at statue trivandrum in person and contact the officer there, he took a photocopy of my voucher and said my problem will be solved today itself...but till now the problem persists and am not able to call my clients..
                please do something...

                  BSNL Broadband — Broad Band not Working Properly.

                  BSNL — BSNL wireless broadband service not working

                  I had taken a bsnl wireless broadband connection few days back. The wireless broadband worked properly only for 2 days. However, if the network cable is connected to my laptop the internet works or else, it gets disconected. I had called 1504 plenty of times and followed their instructions but all went in vain as they said they will pass the complaint to backend office or something and the problem still persists. It was on 15th of August when they said they will get back to me, but till now I did not get any call from concerned people.

                  What is more painful is that, it takes you minimum of 15 minutes for you to be attended by them (when you call BSNL customer care service numbers 1504 or [protected]), and if they are not able to solve the issue, it gets cut automatically, and you dial up and wait again, this time for for more than 30 minutes...or you will never get attended throught the day...

                  Unbelievable?? Believe it...(for those who are not associated with BSNL service)

                  Yes, ..may be they will be busy attending some other calls, but how come it gets disconnected in the mid of your conversation or why is that they do not get back to us when they say so...

                  b.s.n.l broadband — Wireless Services Not accessible

                  We've been BSNL Broadband service holder for more than 2 yrs now. We've been paying Monthly rental of Rs. 800/- for unlimited broadband wireless services. Earlier we were able to utilize the service of wireless in entire home but since past 2 months when bsnl's modem became out of sevices, we requested bsnl to replace the modem with another instrument.They did change the modem but wireless service were not able to excess outside one room where the modem was placed. We put up the complain with bsnl service provider they came with another modem but the problem still prevails. We complained 100 times but none of them have been able to provide us the solution as well as no reply to our letter written to them with our complain.

                  We request you to help us in resolving this problem. They should not charge us for last 2 months o[censored]nlimited broadband charges we paid. We want a refund to the last 2 months of trouble we've faced as well as we need confirmation for the future whether should we continue with the service if they cannot resolve the matter then we need the refund of last 2 months and this month as well.

                  We've been affected with irresponsible management of bsnl of not replying to our letter or helping us with solution. Just buying time whenever we call them..!!!

                    There is a major problem in BSNL West Bengal and Kolkata network. While talking with others, line got disconnected automatically.
                    The one more concern is for last 4-5 months 'Missed call atert' facility is not working. All 'Missed call alert' setup has been done in my hand set with the help of customer care. I have also lunched compalint with BSNL customer care but still now it is not working.
                    Last but not the least the BSNL authorities should check the quality of resolutions provided by the customer care executives which is really a very dark side of the service. My cell no - [protected]

                        I applied to transfer my land line phone(220003) from Modinagar to Swarn Jayanti Puram Ghaziabad on 31/03/212. However, phone is not transferred yet (6/May/2012).

                        I had a discussion with JE and some other staff member of BSNL, but no body convey the message when I will get it transfer. I asked to internet connection as well but they reply once the Engineer will come to setup phone call him and they will setup the internet.

                        My whole work is depend on internet and due to improper information given by BSNL staff I am loosing my business as well as in future I would not recommend anybody to go with BSL.

                        I can understand now why people are going with other companies like Airtel, Idea,
                        Reliance and vodafone. Because BSNL service is kind of shameful.

                          This is the second time I am facing problem from BSNL Bangalore in shifting the landline from one home to another in the same BSNL region.
                          When I shifted my home from 5th Phase to 1st Phase JP Nagar, they to more than 3 months for transferring the connection. This was also successful as I was running to Jayanagar 5th and 7th block (Yediyoor) offices everyday leaving all my daily work.

                          This is the most irrsponsible public service I have ever heard in my life.
                          Now that I have shifted my house within same premises in 1st phase and even after 2 weeks of applying for transfer, the old connection is not even disconnected allowing its mis-use.

                          And everytime they promise the transfer will happen in 7 to 10days.. So nice to hear!!!

                          Can someone higher authority look into as why JP nagar BSNL office works in suich worst condition in providing public service?

                          I too faced same problem. I had to run arround offices and catch the line man. It took almost 3 months for me to get the connection.

                          No use complaining . WE are forced to Airtel mobile services.

But till date (even after 16 days) the service has not been provided. I request your kindself to look into the matter and arrange to provide me with the Broadband service without any further delay.

                                The best and worst service and interaction with customer is too poor worst with BSNL.Dont know what happening with this national wide big service provider.The employees are very less technically skilled and even they didnt know about the particular what about we are asking for.And they always try to skip delay the work and didnt want to make the work get it done.always they use to say " work is pending with some third parties" ...In my case i was applied for telephone connection in kothapet exchange.they recorded my order and said with in two days i will get connection, after 1 month of no response i went to exchange and while enquiring they told the exchange associated to my area was affected due to rains and the connectivity broken ..new connections are not possible wait for three months.I felt unhappy about how these employees are doing jobs...with out any efforts and doing no work.Later i went to JTO in the exchange and he suggested to opt for WLL phone as new landline conections is having problems.they created new order and routed me to the concerned office. i went there and asked about the connection they said wll phones out of stock ...it will take one month...

                                OHH God...damn BSNL...again after one month i went for the office and enquired about the connection and now they are saying server is down ... we are unable to track your order details ...

                                Could any one of you please blow out away BSNL for the god sake...

They always have a excuse about the connection and now they are saying server is down ... we are unable to track your order details ...

                                i applied for new phone connection on 6th july 2011.and deposit rs 500/-as per there demand notice no [protected]
                                rec no.upr [protected] dated 7 july 2011. phone no-allotted[protected]
                                i requested on there consumer no- 1500 for connection comp. no 7503063 dated 1/11/11 and again 0n 10/12/2011with complaint no is 7525821
                                i also requested many times to GM udaipur/ J.En. madari/ BSNL shoppe exchange but still i am waiting without any action .

                                  I Rakesh Mishra, My BSNL Pre-paid Mobile No. [protected]. This Mobile No. not working properly from dated 10.12.2009 that all incoming calls are done but not any numbers dialed. If we dialed the any number, my mobile beeping Tu… Tu… Tu… then call end.

                                  Kindly solve this problem & reply urgently.

                                    I'm from Gurgaon and I want to buy a new BSNL EVDO Card. I walked into the Gurgaon Telegram office where BSNL sells its EVDO Card in Gurgaon and I talked to Customer service and also visit mail telephone exchange to apply EVDO Card for my laptop. I had to visit the office many many times and every time I went there they would tell me they have no stocks. It happening from last 2 months and one office lady told me that it will took about one more months to come the Stock in Gurgaon.

                                    Its really bad and I realise why people choose Reliance and Tata Indicom instead of BSNL because of poor service and negligency of customer

                                    BSNL EVDO broadband — Not working for past 2 months

                                    Respected Sir,

                                    I'm using BSNL EVDO broadband service for the past 8 months.. Initially it was working good, but for past 2 months it's not working.. Despite repeated complaints, I haven't got any proper reply from BSNL.. Nobody from BSNL has visited my place also to check actual problem..Everytime when i call BSNL office, they register a new complaint, but they don't provide complaint no. also, so it's difficult to check who has registered the complaint... I request you to do the needful...
                                    I was assured of speed upto 2mbps, but i'm not getting even 50kbps which is a dial up speed..this is really ridiculous since it's a broadband.. even yahoo! home page takes around 2 mins to open..
                                    Still haven't got any reply from BSNL as well as anybody from this forum.. I guess it's bcoz we'r in India
                                    You are right!! I am trying to get from last 3 months. I am based in Gujarat, Surat city.

                                    NO STOCK available!!!

                                      Myself is Vishal Nimbark, sir my address is B103, PMO colony, C-58/20, sector 62 Noida.

                                      Sir, i had applied for BSNL Broadband connection though a consultant but after 15 days of waiting he has told us that bsnl broadband service is not available in ur area, so finaly we have told him that we dont want the connection. Afterwards we did not received any call from BSNL office.

                                      But now even if we dont have any phoneline, dont have any modem and BSNL has given us a bill of Rs. 2078, the given phone number is S[protected]. I had not recieved first bill. I got second bill at my address.

                                      we have been to BSNL office, sector 62 and met many of the officers, but none of them is responding properly, one of them said us to pay the bill. why we should pay even when we are not having any connection????

                                      I HOPE U WILL DO NEEDED ACTIONS IN FRONT OF THE OFFICERS WHO ARE NOT EVEN CARING FOR CHECKING WHETHER THEY HAVE PROVIDED CONNECTION OR NOT, AND JUST THROWING BILLS AND WASTING TIME OF PEOPLE.
                                      I absolutely agree to your statements made, as i too am a victim and do not have internet connection for more than 25 days (almost a month now). I am from bangalore.
                                      I would also like to share a interesting fact which depicts their work culture. This happened when i called the BSNL call center.
                                      The story in short: " a person named tyagaraj picked the call for 2 times and checked the issue reported that it is their backend problem after making me to go through checking and reconnecting etc... The third time i called, unfortunately he had picked the call again and told me that there are 2 tyagaraj :)

                                      Now here is the punch line given by him when i asked him to put the call to higher ups "THERE IS NO ONE MANAGING US"
                                      This sentence rightly depicts their behaviour in totality NO ONE TO MANAGE THEM AND THEY ARE LEFT FREE.

                                      And i am very sure this is not going to be resolved for another 1-2months.

                                      NOTE: in case anyone disagrees pls give me the contact number to whom i can contact and get my issue resolved.

                                        i am using BSNL prepaid service. I dont know, hw a service activated on my no. [protected]. i discussed several times to customer care & called the nos suggset by them to deactivate the service. but still it is pending.

                                        I would like to bring to your notice that the service provided by BSNL is very bad.
                                        its old...way behind the other service providers.The greatest shock is from the caller tune section.No new songs gets added in the list.The songs are too old or too boring one whereas the other providers hav so much gone ahead in the process that you juz need to call and tell the song name.They hav unlimited songs..old..new...english.The same is expected frm BSNL..but no we are not supposed to get it..
                                        There are no gud offers..The same is goin on and on...The second is the Internet on mobile.it is so slow and so disturbed that one cannot use it regularly.
                                        well i would like to tell you that i have activated the radio service on bsnl prepaid ..and itz charging 19 rs ...so i would be gratefull to you if you kindly tell me the procedure of removing this facilty...please be quick...
