My broad band and land line were not functioning from 22.02.2019. I lodged a complaint vide complaint document no.[protected] dated 23.02.2019. Without resolving the complaint i received a reply that the complaint was resolved. I again made a complaint on 01.03.2019. The complaint was resolved only on 04.03.2019. The charges for not functioning of bb & land line for 12 days may be adjusted to my future bills.

I am receiving frequently text message from 57171 from last many times
please prove help me to get rid of it
My mobile Number is [protected] and BSNL is the service provider
Apart from above Rs.5/- is charged to me for service "kiran_5"
I have never sent any consent for it
