Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — bsnl 4g network issue, request to plant new site

I am Vivek Mondal, BSNL Mobile customer . BSNL4G network is working so slow in my area pin - 711316. I can't get 4G network when I'm in ground floor of my house, It becomes 2G. Only when I'm on the top floor, it works on very slow 4G. I called Customer Care so many times but they always told me to go through the appropriate settings, they mentioned …I followed the instructions, but there was no improvement in network speed. My mobile phone gets a very low 4Gsignal, strength around (-115 dBm). I am requesting you to make new site, I will be very much helpful and benefitted. Otherwise I have to shift to another company who can able to give better network signal . I’m still waiting up to my last recharge pack exhaustion period.
