I received a call from the bsnl person asking me as to whether i was facing problem on internet and thereafter was directed to lodge a complaint by sending an sms. Much to my shock i came to know that i have supposedly subscribed to bsnl hungama. Major fraud. First of all deactivate the hungama account and ensure that your representatives do not cheat customers. Strict action should be taken against the frauds.
