Dear sir, I am kumar vaibhav, from najibabad distt bijnor, i have bsnl sim -[protected] 2 time i have my submit paper in airtel counter for porting, and one time on jio counter but all time bsnl reject my porting request Bsnl say :- contractual obligation violation Pls.
