Sir i have paid bill but receipt not receive by bsnl

Invoice no.;[protected]
Invoice date:- 01.02.2017
Date of payment :- 10.02.2017
Bill amount:- 1558/-

Bill paid but receipt not yet received. Amount also debited from my bank account and bsnl portal is also showing the staus as bill paid.

I registered a complaint about my landline phone was dead on 03/02/2017.
but on 07/02/2017 i got a message about your complaint has resolved without take any appropriate action. and after i make call to technician he told me its a computer fault.
