[Resolved] Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — bsnl prepaid sim sim registration failed | |||
I did port from jio prepaid to bsnl prepaid, i went to the bsnl office branch on sep 20th. I gave my aadhar and a passport photo and register using my credentials on the application form. They gave me the receipt and the bsnl 4g sim. On sep 26 the jio service is off, then i inserted the bsnl sim, i got the warning message as "registration failed". I have provided the necessary documents and the id proofs. Please activate the sim card as soon as possible. My number is [protected].
