Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — calls to reliance jio not possible

I have been trying to call my contacts of reliance jio from bsnl landline for the past 2 months but i always get a message that this is not the right number. First i thought that it is an exchange problem but later realized that for all the jio numbers i am either getting an engaged tone or the above message. I don't know that am i the only person who has this problem or there are others too.

Our ACP H Division office'S landline or broadband connection[protected] has not working from last 3 month so we have many times complaint SDPO bapunagar shree K.A.Patel to his M.NO.- [protected] but he is not interested in our matter so our problem are not solved yet so we are don't working in Gujarat Government project E-Gujcop. pls solv our prb

Sir, I am recharge in online on bsnl mobile app in STV 444 offer, then bank account amount 444 is reduced, but my mobile number not recharge. recharge is one week ago. my amount is refund.
